"Okay hotel, overpriced but convenient location"
Nice owner who lives on site, so hours are based on her schedule. We woke her up at 8:15 AM. Decent amenities, including frig and microwave. Easy to find on main road. "Monticello Inn- easy , quiet and comfortable"
Easy to find, clean, and very reasonable quality. A convenient stop on our trip. Not many frills but we weren't looking for them. No breakfast, owners recommend a grill down the road which was fine for supper/breakfast. Quiet location in the centre of the small town. Monticello seems a pretty dead place. The most exciting thing to do is get your photo […] taken inside an old cell from the jail which is on display in a local park.
