Hotelli oli ihan mukava ja siisti. Aamiainen oli OK. Sänky oli hyvä ja TV kanavia riitti. Ainoa mikä puuttui oli golf channel. Ympäristö ei välttämättä ole hyvä kävelylle, paikalliset varoittivat rikollisuudesta. Mutta jos liikut autolla niin suosittelen.

We are on a road trip in USA and thought it might help others to give reviews, since we read these a lot when choosing hotel. absolutely great. Seemed like very new hotel, quiet, excellent condition, cheapish. After this one we fell for la quinta.

Asuimme perheeni kanssa pari viikkoa hotellissa ja kaikki meni yleisesti ottaen hyvin. Aamupala kuului hotellin hintaan ja oli mielestäni hyvä. Ainoat mieleen tulvat miinuspuolet liittyivät epäselvyyksiin: jäi epäselväksi, onko hotellissa lapsille matkasänkyjä vai ei, sillä saimme asiasta kahdenlaista informaatiota. Loppujen lopuksi hotelli ei niitä ainakaan meille tarjonnut, joten otimme yhden mukaan. Lisäksi siivojat vähän liiankin innokkaasti poistivat lapsillemme tarkoitetut ylimääräiset pyyhkeet ja vuodetarvikkeet, mutta asia korjaantui kun sanoimme asiasta siivousvastaavalle.

This was the second time to stay at this motel. The only complaint that I have is about the breakfast. It started a 6:30 AM. I came down from my room at 6:55 AM and most of the food was gone. We stayed at the Baymont Inn the first and last nights of our week long Spring break trip. The hotel was easy to find, nice, and within walking distance of several restaurants. Our first nights stay was great. During our last nights stay though the weather had caused the airport to route the air traffic directly over the hotel so we got a taste of the […] down side of staying in a hotel near the airport. "Nice overnight stay"
Had to stay overnight in Houston to catch a flight the next day. A nice hotel convienient to the airport. Rememebr to call the front desk to get picked up at the airport. Unlike some hotels, the shuttle does not continuously run a route to/from the airport and hotel. Has a Waffle House and Sonic next to the hotel. Clean, comfortable room. "Bayonet hotel Houston IAH"
Very unpleasant desk clerk. Arrived late. Called for shuttle . No shuttle came. We were than told no shuttle after midnight. We called before midnight. Same clerk refused to give a reciept the following morning. Clerk not helpful at all.
"Baymont Inn and Suites near Bush Airport"
The Baymont worked in every aspect that any short stay traveler would desire, except for the airport shuttle. Although the shuttle worked well for getting from the airport to the hotel, they had to outsource the shuttle service to some company (Rocketfish I think?) the next morning to get a bunch of people to the airport. I booked a shuttle at 7 am […] but didn't get to leave the airport till 7:30 am. Make sure to book your shuttle a little earlier than needed. Everything else was perfect. "The Baymont Inn and Suites in Humble, TX"
The hotel had a very clean outward appearance. The desk clerk was courteous and helpful. The room itself was clean, with a very nice King size bed. The morning breakfast was also good (excellent waffles). The only drawback was I asked the clerk when I arrived if I could have a late check out, since it was New Year's Eve. "Average"
Stayed 5 nights. Did not receive housekeeping on one day at all and only towels and beds made on the other days. Small items were not replaced, i.e. tissues. Front desk did honor my request for an immediate room change when I discovered a room with screaming small children next door. Would give this hotel an average rating and would not stay here again […] because you can get a lot more quality and customer service for a small increase in rate and it would be well worth it. I booked 2 hotel rooms (jack & jill) and so satisfied with the condition and cleanliness of the room...looks definitely like a new hotel. The bathtubs are in pristine condition, shower curtains, towels, sheets look so new. I'm glad to have booked at the Baymont Inn & Suites. "Cockroach in my bathroom, horrible customer servic"
First off, the customer service was completely apathetic and basically non existent. The front desk clerk was on the phone and distracted while checking me in. I get to my room, granted the room itself was not bad, relatively clean with good, working amenities, good cable channels and wi-fi. But then, i take a shower and mid way through, i realize there […] is a cockroach on the shower curtain. I get out, and go to the front desk and tell them, and the completely unhelpful desk clerk (on the phone again) just changes my room, without dealing the roach at all. This forces me to pack up all my moved in things and transfer myself. The clerk wasn't even apologetic about the incident! Horrible place, if at all possible, stay elsewhere! Lisätietoja
"Ideal for overnight"
Airport pickup and delivery was prompt. Room relatively quiet considering proximity to airport. Quick check in and out. Lobby pleasant enough but room could use a bit of updating.
The hotel was very clean & comfortable. The continental breakfast was terrible though. However there are about 4 restaurants within a very short walk to choose from to eat at.

Hotel is really nice. Only thing I didn't like was you can hear movement from those above you. Would recommend it to others though. Parking is a little tight if you have a big truck.

"Not So good hotel"
I waited at the airport for 1:30 hours for the shuttle to pick me up, they don't send out shuttle as other hotels do unless you call them. When i finally arrived at the hotel the reception was cold and unfriendly no apologies for the pick up lateness was mentioned. The room smelled like musty, cigarette smoke even though i requested a non-smoking room. The […] area has a couple of fast food and a family restaurant, a gas station and a few other hotels. The breakfast included is nothing spectacular but filled the morning gap. I took the 7am shuttle ride to the airport and was on time. I did not like this hotel and will not stay here again. "Excellent"
Everything was great at the hotel. Great service to and from the hotel, wonderful breakfast and my room had exactly what I needed for my short stay. Also it was an added bonus having a convenient store and several places to eat right next to the hotel. I am definetely coming back.

I arrived at the Houston Airport, picked up my luggage and called the hotel for shuttle. Phone just rings and rings and then goes to a cycle that will eventually hang up on you. After experiencing this delight several times, I finally called the Baymont national reservations line to see if they could get anyone at the hotel to pick up the phone and […] send the shuttle ... and that took quite a while. Finally the national agent confirmed that a shuttle would be to the "C" baggage claim area. One did finally appear with too many people waiting and not enough space for them all, but I got lucky and got on board. No complaints once I got to the hotel, check in was prompt, room was nice, breakfast was good, but heaven help you if you need the shuttle or have any other reason to call the hotel. The front desk staff seemed to be completely unaware of what that "thing" was that just kept ringing but if left alone, it would finally stop. "Great Hotel"
The staff were really friendly. The room was very clean, the only problem we found was that the pillows were too high, but that is a personal problem.

"Clean and Convinient"
Exactly what a hotel should be that is servicing a major airport. Good rate / Clean / Good service / Efficient airport shuttle service / Places to eat in walking distance.
Very knowlegable and helpful staff/owners. Great location if you're using the airport.
I have stayed at many hotels near the airport in different cities. This was one of the best stay I have ever had. The only drawback was that I could not get a shuttle service after mid night since I landed at 12:30. But guess they wont chage the time for One person. Other than this it was awesome. This hotel was clean and the owner/manager very friendly and willing to help in any way needed. We did the park and fly and left our vehicle at the hotel. We were taken to the airport within plenty of time and picked up and taken back to our car when we arrived back in Houston. We were in for an Astros game. The room was clean and neat. The hotel overall the same. Breakfast was a bit weak, but acceptable. Overall, worth the money.

"Hotel Room good - staff not so good"
Recently stayed a this hotel, the cleanliness was good, however the people behind the front desk were NOT very friendly and had no customer service skills at all. Upon arrival, the woman barked out "checking Inn?!" and caught us both off guard. I went down to the desk to ask a question about the area and where they could suggest we go for dinner, and […] again, she had no cs skills. She just pointed to a map they had taped to a wall across the room and said "North and west". The man that worked the desk in the morning was just as bad. During breakfast he came over to the breakfast area and was restocked. I cheerfully said "Good morning!" to him and he just basically grunted "Hi" to me and continued to do what he was doing. I will not be staying here again even though the room was clean, because to me - customer service is very key. I don't want to feel like I am bothering you by staying at your hotel! The hotel van will pick you up twenty mintues late. The van some weird odor. The hotel csr is very rude. The hotel is filthy. I would not allow my dog to sleep there.

Pretty decent hotel close to the airport. My only gripe is the terrible quality of the sofa bed in the two room suite that we booked. The actual king bed was great and the rooms look like they were recently renovated.

The staff was so very nice at this hotel. They did anything they could to make us feel welcome. For being right by the airport, the room was very quiet. Nice breakfast, cookies put out in the afternoon, shuttle, close to a large mall and many restaurants. Great place.

"A good night's sleep"
I arrived at Houston Intercontinental about 1:00 p.m., There was a phone area where you could call the hotel and arrange for a pickup. I called them and they said a shuttle would be there in about 15 minutes. I was told to wait at the hotel shuttle area. In about 15 minutes the shuttle arrived and took me to the hotel. Since I had made the reservation […] through Hotel.com, there was no problem checking in and getting my room key. They had a computer available if you needed to contact anyone and the breakfast was OK. I did not make use of the fitness center but it was available for use. I made arrangements for an early shuttle run 4:30 am as my flight left at 6:00 am. I arrived in plenty of time and then checked in for the flight. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone needing a hotel near the airport. Lisätietoja
