Sheraton St. Paul Woodbury Hotel - Woodbury

I went up to visit friends and go to the Mall of America to shop. The hotel was about 15-20 minute drive to the mall but definitely worth the stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and willing to go out of their way to help out. The hotel was in a great location-close to the highway with easy access to St Paul/Minneapolis with many restaurants […] nearby. We loved the hotel. Everything was great. We were attending an event at the Xcel Energy Center and had to go back and forth many times.......the location was very convenient! It is also minutes away from great shopping at Woodbury Lakes and to stores right over on Radio Drive and we took advantage of both areas. P.S. We LOVED the candy basket in the […] lobby! For us it was close to the places we wanted to go. Easy access off the interstate and the room was very nice, The bed was comfortable and the staff accommodating. Will definitely book there again when we make our next trip to MN.

Very nice hotel! The most comfortable beds I've slept in a hotel yet! Professional service. Unique room layout, the kids loved the bathroom doors. Room temp was great, thermastat actually worked unlike some hotels. Very wonderful experience. Wish there was continental breakfast though:(

Everything was perfect - staff was very friendly.

Very nice hotel, fairly new. Hotel staff was superb. Didn't eat at the restaurant as it looked too "stuffy" and uncomfortable, but the bartender was sassy and fun in their lounge. Location was convenient with restaurants and shopping within 1.5 miles. Would definitely stay again, although it's a little pricier.

Just have to say that the room and hotel were beautiful. The bathroom was just great. The problem was that the bed was quite worn -- no support for hips and lower back. Hence, I woke up in great discomfort throughout the night. I tried to sleep on the very edge of the bed hoping it would provide some relief, but no support. The primary problem was […] with the air and dust. I arose the following morning with a terrible sore throat and earache. My sinuses were totally clogged and I thought that perhaps I was coming down with the flu. My friend also awoke with a sore throat. Given that she flew in from the east coast that day its not like we shared any germs. Both of us felt alot better after we checked out of the room and got some fresh air. It wasn't until the day following our check out after we slept in different environment, that we both awoke with clear sinuses and no sore throats. I think the air filter in heater/ac unit must have needed to be cleaned. Since I am terribly allergic to dust mites, I looked at the bed to see if the mattress were covered or encased. It was covered, but not with a dust mite type of material. Please look into cleaning the air filters and covering the mattresses for dust mites. I'm sure that I am not the only person with allergies. Everything was great except one slight oversight...there were underwear from a previous guest under the nightstand that had not been discovered...and actually I would not have seen them but my small dog discovered them. Room service was wonderful with delightful girls delivering.

I was really surprised to find a really, really nice Sheraton Hotel in a suburban location...Very plush.. superb bedding..

Excellent hotel. Nice amenities. Nice location: near plenty of shopping. Enjoyed the fifth floor club level. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub are both a little on the small side. Very low shower pressure, wished it was higher.

This is our first stay at the Sheraton - Woodbury and it was wonderful! The access is easy off the corner of I-494 and I-94. It was only minutes from downtown St. Paul. The room was luxurious with a heavenly bed and comforter. This a great find for those needing a place in the St. Paul area.

we were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned. When we talked to a cleaning lady, she told us that we would need to go down to the front desk to be given a key to a room that had been cleaned. It was not a big deal, but, was inconvenient to lug everything we had down to the lobby for the change. The rating would have been a 5 if this had been […] handled differently. Lisätietoja

We stayed here just overnight, very short visit. However we are very happy with the condition of these recently renovated Sheratons. We have stayed at the Sheraton Minneapolis that is connected to Abbott hospital numerous times due to our father being in the hospital and we were extremely happy there, so we were very happy to find an identical Sheraton […] in Woodbury. It is extremely clean, and we are very picky. The furnishings are tasteful, the bed is very comfortable. They have a very nice fitness/pool area, however, we have never had a chance to take advantage of it. Our stays are always very short as we are only there to visit our ill father. However, it is so nice to be able to come back to a very clean and comfortable room for needed rest. The Sheraton Woodbury was renovated in 2007 - I checked when I made the reservation. We stayed in Dec 2010. I will continue to look for these renovated Sheratons in the future. Lisätietoja

great room, great price, dog friendly (not just online, but in person), great free starbucks, easy-access internet stations (the printer is constantly low on ink tho). all in all, very comfortable.

This hotel was beautiful and we couldn't believe how inexpensive the rooms were. The bed was very comfortable and the huge desk was nice for doing work. The staff was very friendly. There are also free computers in the lobby/restaurant area with the Internet. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Sheraton Hotel was beautifully laid out, the entire hotel was impeccably well maintained and the staff warm and inviting. The only weakness was the lack of a refrigeration unit in the room itself.

Top Notch Hotel. I travel with my dog - and this hotel is now one of my favorites when visiting Minneapolis! Beautiful rooms. Hard to sight see because I didn't want to get out of such a comfortable bed. Nearby trail to walk my dog. Had a great time! Staff VERY friendly and helpful.

This was a one-night stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, My only problem was that for my wife and daughter there was'nt enough space or outlets available for their after shower prep. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again when in St. Paul.

Hotel is clean; staff is friendly and helpful; food in restaurant is great; ambiance is relaxing. This was our second stay at this hotel and will certainly not be our last.

Hotel is pleasant, and conveniently located to things we go to the area to do. Easy parking, and room are nice

This hotel was great way better value for the money than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. The staff was personable and courteous. I'm guessing it was a new hotel, but still it was really nice. great bed/mattress, nicely arranged room, and best of all they provided us with a free shuttle to and from the even we were attending 24hours/day.

Stayed there recently for a wedding. Nice modern design and really clean room. Comfortable bed and had everything we needed. Didn't spend a lot of time in any of the common areas, but the room was great, staff nice, and it served it's purpose.

Loved the location and the surroundings, very convenient to the cities and to Stillwater. Would recommend this highly to others.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would have to say that it was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! The only real improvement would be to have relavant, easy to find information provided in the rooms explaining the hotel services (on the website it stated that there was free shuttle service?) and sites to see/restaurants in […] the area. I recently stayed at the Sheraton with my family on a Saturday night. The hotel was excellent, but not necessarily geared for family fun. If you are travelling on business, this hotel is perfect for you.

Nice new hotel. very comfortable.
