dont get a room by the elevator. We stayed in room 220 &heard the elevator all night.

Our family had a wonderful stay and the hotel employees were all very helpful. The gym was also very nice and clean as well as the eating area.

Perfect place to stay with a small group. Service was excellent, let us check in early, and were beyond polite. Hotel was clean, and very comfortable.

While the bed was not the most comfortable (and that's a personal preference), the room was very clean and laid out well. The "efficiency" part of the room was very nice and would have been great if we had been staying for more than two nights. But I can say that the friendliness of the staff was enjoyable. All in all our 13 night stay was satisfactory. The continental breakfast was all right. They have a variety and even have hard boiled eggs. We stayed in a twp bedroom suite. Noise/soumd insulation in the room was very good. We hear the opening/closing of the doors of our neighbors, that was about it. It was really nice and quiet. Upon arrival 2 of 3 tv's had to be replaced because they didn't work.After buying groceries we discovered the bottom part of refrigerator didn't work and lost $40 worth of food which the hotel didn't reimburse but replaced refrigerator.The telephone in one bedroom didn't work.I thought the room was clean but the service was poor.The maintenance was […] outstanding and very cooperative. i was very disappointed with the net connection....it was too too slow...if you are somebody who need the net connection, never take this hotel.... don't even think about the videos ,,,,, even the web pages do not load.............

Overall very good. The only issue I had is the hot water for the shower. The first night it was great. Second night I took a cold shower. And on the third night it was at least somewhat warm. We were on the 4th floor. I don't know what caused this problem.

We like hotel rooms and equipments. We had not luck with keys. When I check in they assign me room #A. We took all of our luggage and went floor 3 and found out that key does not work. Went back to check in again. Agent programmed key again and then went back to third floor. Key didn't work again. Agent came to third floor try herself but no luck. After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant to book this room, however, we were coming home from vacation with our dog, and had to attend a business training seminar and needed a hotel in this area that accepted pets. We had a one bedroom suite with a pull out sofabed. The room was nice but once we pulled the sofabed out it was against the main bed so there was no room to walk between the beds.

I was wary, given the 2.5 star rating, but we thought this hotel was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

I will never return to this hotel. I paid my reservation through hotels.com and the hotel overcharged me three times!!! I had to contact them on these three occassions and ask them to refund my money! In addition to this there were days when we had no towels in the room. We had to go buy some towels in the closest department store.
