Hotel was excellent. The beach was right across the street. It was like being in the comfort of your own home. The only downside to the hotel was the elevator by the main lobby. Waaayyyy to crowded. However, I found new elevator banks in the bank of the establishment and that was much quicker.

just came back from panama city beach, stayed whole one week there. what a condo?. never experience any where such a comfort and hospitality by the stuffs at that nominal price range condo.it was clean with all amenities possible.location was great and every thing was near by including a WALMART.. we will visit there again very soon and perhaps stay […] 2 weeks this time.i suggest every one should visit this condo and enjoy it facility and its surroundings. "Laketown Warf - A Must Stay!"
This resort is hands-down the nicest in the area. Though not directly on the beach, beach access is easy, just across the street, and in sight from nearly all balcony rooms. The room was spacious and well appointed (unlike many "beach condos" in the area). Rates were great and the staff was friendly. This was a great place for my family and I to stay at during the Florida Ironman. It was clean, affordable, close to shopping, and right by the start/finish line. I highly recommend this location for any triathletes looking to compete in Florida Ironman. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and the living room was large. […] This hotel is not on the beach, but that was not an issue for me. If you are traveling to spend time on the beach, be aware that you will have to walk across the street to do so. Be sure to let your cab or shuttle driver know that you are staying in Laketown Wharf. The resort was very clean, comfortable and the check in was speedy. Beaches were clean, not too crowded and very enjoyable. Resort offered 2 beach chairs to borrow. Pools were clean and cool. Grocery shopping was right across the street if you needed anything! The elevators were the bottleneck for the entire stay, especially check-out. "Laketown Wharf... a wonderful place to stay."
We had a great experience at this hotel. Our room was wonderful. The location is great. I will definietly book rooms here again on my next trip to PCB. Only disappointment was that the rooftop adult pool was not open. The decor in the room was very nice and made me feel right at home. I could live there and be happy.

This hotel was very nice, clean, staff was friendly, very helpful. Our room was very much to our satisfaction, price is wonderful. View of ocean is only good if you are on the upper levels. Not beachfront property, but just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Lovely stay.

everything was awesome, a lovely view from the balcony, very spacious, its a little confusing when u 1st get there and a bit of a walk from the elevators to the parking areas but for the price and the view you can't beat it absolutely wonderful experience
