Olin nyt kolmatta kertaa samassa hotellissa. Paria seikkaa lukuun ottamatta olin erittäin tyytyväinen. Suurin harmi oli se, että bide-suihkua ei ollut, ja se suihkujärjestelmä, joka oli, toimi alkeellisesti. Säätö ei toiminut, vaan vettä tippui jokaisesta kolmesta kohdasta, vaikka miten olisi säätänyt. Veden tulo alkoi aina kylmällä vedellä, ja sitä siis tuli joka tuutista. No, kyllä tilanteen kanssa oppi pärjäämään. Toinen harmi oli se, että vaimoni yöpyku katosi liinavaatteiden mukana, ja takaisin sitä ei saatu.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Hotelli sinänsä oli myös ihan hyvä ja palvelu oli moitteetonta. Huone oli pieni pettymys, kuvat olivat antaneet paremman kuvan huoneen kunnosta. Tosin hotellissa on varmasti parempi kuntoisempiakin huoneita. Mutta huone oli kuitenkin siisti ja palveli hyvin meidän tarpeita (kävimme pääasiassa siellä nukkumassa). Voisin suositella.

The front desk people are rude and not helping at all. The house keeping woman enters your room even you put don’t disturb in your room handle.

I ended up being ill and spending an entire day in my room, which proved to be very comfortable and homey. The complimentary WiFi was speedy and reliable, and the bed was surprisingly soft. I ended up extending my stay an extra night, which was a quick and painless process at the front desk. The staff was great. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was exceptional as I was lost and he directed me with patience and professionalism. The room was much better than expected with a very comfortable firm bed. The tub area could have been cleaned a little better, but overall, I will always stay there when visiting family in Nanuet, NY.

Great room and stay (I slept to 9:30 am which I never do). The only complaint is the room is advertised as having a select comfort mattress which implies a sleep number bed which it's not. Otherwise great stay.

Arrived during a October snowstorm. We had reservations. Hotel booked up quickly. The room was good. What was expected from a Comfort Inn. Overall, it was acceptable. Very busy breakfast area due to the hotel being full. The staff did well trying to keep up demand.

I stayed at this hotel one night on our way to visit one of my daughters wth my other daughter and 16 year old granddaugher. My granddaugnter was happy to have a comfortable sofa bed to sleep on. Our other two beds were comfortable. My daughter is very picky about cleanliness and this room passed her 'white glove' inspection. Would def recommend and stay in this hotel again, it was a pleasure the hotel was clean and breakfast was way better than expected.The only problem was our tv kept freezing in some channels but otherwise a great place to stay.
