Excellent customer care and service Front desk and shuttle bus driver very friendly and helpful The only hotel in my extensive 30plus travel years that provided water and even a wrapped little fare-well sweet treat in their airport shuttle bus. Only hotel during a 29 day journey in this price category that offered real china plates at the complimentary […] breakfast, and only one of two hotels that offered Strawberry coulis with their waffles during our 29 day trip and sliced cheese instead of just the typical cream cheese, and breakfast came included in the great price. Really loved the little gesture of using washing machine and dryers at no charge and leaving a washing basket for personal use in your room. Impressed with the spacious suite, nice toiletries and fully equipped kitchen. Only issue was a shower curtain one otherwise I would have given a five star rating for house keeping as well. Condition of the hotel was pretty good, would suggest they put a glas barrier between breakfast area and drafty front door, this allows clear view and spacious feeling and comfy sitting where we did. The Staybridge Suites Denver was perfect for what our family needed! We had a 2 room suite, one room for our 2 children to share. It was clean, comfortable and had a small living room/kitchen area between the bedrooms/bathrooms. The suites were terrific and the price was too, perfect for our family of 5. The food at breakfast was wonderful all weekend long. The staff were always helpful and kind to the kids.Family members met us at the hotel and enjoyed the space in the living room and kitchen bar.

The staff at the staybridge is awesome. My flight was cancelled and they had a room for me for a second night, no hassle no waiting for check in time.

Tha staff was very accommodating, from the front desk to the van driver. Room and pool was clean, breakfast buffet was more than enough, great variety.

We spent a wonderful night at this hotel. It has two bedrooms with one queen size and two double size beds, two bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, it was superb! I loved the room and the space and the staff! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and easy. One of the best stays we have had ever.

Wrong information about the shuttle schedule to and from the airport. Staff very cordial but absent from very important details like frequency and location of shuttle stops.

Just stayed at this hotel after a week skiing up in Vail. Had to find a place to stay near airport for flight the next morning. This hotel is perfect. Close to airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included the next morning. A good selection of breakfast items.

Although we arrived late at night we were greeted warmly.The room provided everything we needed ,even a small area with a fridge etc.Good breakfast and very convenient location. Extremely good value for money .

I was very pleasantly surprised by my first stay at a Staybridge property. I certainly would put them at or near the top of my list of places I would first consider when making future reservations.

Excellent desk service. The young woman at the desk printed a Southwest boarding pass for me when I would not have computer access at the proper time because of a dinner engagement. Would have liked HD TV however.

Visited Denver with my teenage son. Hotel was very comfortable and worked great for a jumping off point to all the areas around Denver we wanted to see. Staff was very helpful and friendly, loved having the small kitchen to make dinner while we there to save money on eating out.

We stayed here because of the proximity of the airport. They totally missed our wake-up call and we barely made our flight. There was trash on the floor behind a curtain and one of the closet doors wouldn't open because it was off the track.

we were surprised and pleased at the size and comfort of the suite, that serviced our family of six adults very well. One of our group is a grad student and others are readers, and we found the lighting in the room adequate, which is not always the case. The hotel staff also referred us to a lovely, local Italian restaurant that we all enjoyed.

We were very please with the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The continental breakfast was good and there was a variety of food to choose from. If I were to complain about anything it would be that there is not enough parking. During the day, it was plentiful. Coming it late at night, we had to park on the street.

Excellent place to stay! Used this as my home base to travel to CO Springs & Ft Collins. Convenient to both by tollway and close to airport. Clean, clean, clean rooms, great service by friendly faces and a delicious breakfast every morning. Walking distance to several restaurants. Will be staying at Staybridge from now on!
