Sijainti on kaupungin ulkopuolella, matka keskustaan on ajettava autolla. Muutamia pikaruokapaikkoja ja ketjuravintoloita kävelyetäisyydellä. Lähellä on hyvä kauppa, mutta huoneessa ei ole jääkaappia. Huoneet siistit ja tilavat. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta.

Olimme lomalla, kaupunki entuudestaan tuttu, joten tiesimme sijainnin, ja se on ihanteellinen. Hancock Tower nurkan takana, ja siitä alkaa magnificent Mile. Toiseen suuntaan muutama sata metriä ja pääset aamulenkille pitkin Chicagon upeita rantoja. Hotelli oli ihan siisti, sinänsä varsin hyvässä kunnossa, kokolattiamatot tietysti joka paikassa, kuten tapaan kuuluu, mutta kuuma oli. Huoneessa ei joko ilmastointi toiminut tai oli alitehoinen, siellä oli tukalan kuuma. Lattia antoi hieman periksi paikoin (ilmeisesti levyjen nurkissa), mutta se ei ei haitannut. Toinen haittaava ongelma oli wc-pöntön jatkuva tukkeentuminen, ja hieman kuulostelin, että veden kanssa oli hieman ehkä yleisemminkin ongelmaa. Päivystäjä oli kyllä aina paikalla parissa minuutissa fiksaamassa ongelman. Aamulla sai kahvia, jos haluaa enemmän, saa lähialueen kuppiloista mukavia bageleita. Eli: jos olet visiitillä, ja haluat liikkua ydinkeskustassa, on tämä hyvä vaihtoehto. Luksusta ei, mutta ihan kelpo ja hinta ok. Huoneet isoja, mahtuu useampikin perheenjäsen. Jos vähänkin tuntee paikkoja, niin cta:lla (juna) chicagon asemalle ja bussilla 66 joka lähtee maanalisesta noustua risteyksen vastakkaiselta puolelta rantaa kohti, ja jää pois Michigan avenuen kohdalla) (turisti-info), siitä on kahden korttelin kävelymatka. 2,25 usd.

Kokolattiamatto oli melko likainen. Suihkussa ei ollut käsisuihkua. Erittäin hyvä sijainti.

"Convenient Airport Hotel"
We stayed at the Midway Holiday Inn before a flight back from a hectic holiday season, and it was a very nice hotel. It's in a sort of hotel-alley clumped in with every other Midway hotel, which is less than ideal, but the hotel itself was exactly what you might expect from an airport hotel. It was very convenient to the airport (a few blocks away) […] and had lots of restaurants close by. They were doing room service & not available to take breakfast order. I was in. Hurry and there was a wait. Also, needed room cleaned as my son for sick. They. Had no one to clean it so they told us we could use the towels in room.

Was surprised pleasantly by my experience at Holiday Inn. It has been years since Ive stayed at a Holiday Inn. Will return as it exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Service was very good and the location was ideal. I did not eat at the hotel but will so do during my next stay.

"Handicap Room Cleanliness"
I stayed in Room 413. I requested the handicap room to ensure there was enough space with two cribs and 19 month old twins. My main concern with the room was cleanliness of the floor. The red stain on the carpet just outside the bathroom was a concern. But the larger concern was the floor in the bathroom. It just did not appear to be clean. Competition is good for business, they say, and this one proves the point. Price was excellent, quality was excellent, it's a new hotel in a "hotel ghetto" containing numerous properties. The room was well appointed with modern furniture, wired and wireless internet (free) were easy to connect to. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. "Astounded by the quality of the room and service!"
I was overwhelmed by the great room and service I received at this Holiday Inn! My room was so spacious and beautiful. I spent every morning of my five day stay in the fitness center virtually alone with a state of the art treadmill. The food in the Coaches Grill was superb-I ate there for breakfast and lunch. I often have trouble falling asleep on […] the road, but not here. This had to be one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. I chose this hotel because it offered the best price and location. "Fine spot for travellers thru Midway"
This is a fully satisfactory hotel with all amenities five minutes from check-in at Midway. Welcome and room assignment are excellent, rooms comfortable and well-appointed. Food is OK, but you don't come to Midway to eat gourmet meals! We shall return, without a doubt. JPR

It worked great for a early flight out of Midway. We were at the Sox game that day and easily took the shuttle to the airport and then the Orange Line downtown for dinner. The only complaint is that the airport shuttle runs for multiple hotels, so make sure you get it early because it makes stops prior to going to the airport which adds time.

This hotel was MUCH nicer than most holiday inns... stylish, clean, comfortable. Highly recommend.

We were very satisfied with the room. Great bed and very clean. The only thing we didn't like was the restaurant/bar closed at midnight, even on the weekend. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient and we didn't have to wait for more than a few minutes to be picked up or dropped off. If you are going to and from the Orange Line train […] pack some walking shoes..it's a hike from where you get dropped off to get on the train. "Exellent Hotel"
The hotel is brand new, very modern with flat TV's in the bedroom, this room has everything we needed in our room and it was very confortable the bed was soft and the pillow very puffy. We only spend a weekend in this hotel, but for sure we are coming back. The staff is eceptional we love it.
