The hotel itself was very nice. It was clean and I would absolutely stay there again, with a different staff. The staff was not as impressive. I requested alternative down for my bedding and the night receptionist said they didn't have anything like that but when I asked the morning receptionist, she told me there was alternative down bedding available. Excellent - beyond our expectations! Room was very clean and modern. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Complimentary breakfast in the hotel lobby was the best....eggs, waffles, hot or cold cereal, muffins, bagels, etc. etc. Definitely worth the value.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. We arrived at 10:30 A.M. knowing that we were way too early to check in. We were traveling and I did not get lost as I had planned to do! The woman at the front dest was kind and courteous and said she would see if there was anything cleaned. She was able to get us into a room at that early time and we were able […] to freshen up for our little family reunion. The morning breakfast was more than I expected and my twin teenaged sons really enjoyed all of the choices. If I ever go to Brentwood again this will be my hotel of choice. Great place to stay very accomidationg in every way possible, we needed to check in early for bride to get hair done. 24 hr, full coffee/tea hot cocoa bar in the nicley decorated lobby. rooms clean & fairly new. nice place, would definately stay there again when in Brentwood.

Had a hard time finding it, not well marked off Hwy 4 SB. Very friendly staff, free wireless, and really nice full breakfast.

The room was very nice and comfortable, and the free breakfast had a good variety. Everything was new and well-maintained. The only issue we had with the room was that the keys never worked and we had to go to the front desk to have the clerk let us in to our room every time we came back. They did not offer us another room and said that somebody would […] fix the door/key issue, but never did. New Hotel! 16 months old when we stayed March 2010. Great staff! Friendly town! I am so glad that I stayed here. We had a bad travel day: ran into 1 gallon house paint cans on Hwy 99 at 70mph, got paint all over our car. Then we got a little lost getting to Brentwood, but kept on the old Hwy 4 from Hwy 99 and eventually got there. It was late, we were […] tired and stressed! However, when we arrived in the parking lot and saw a brand new property, we were so relieved! The staff greeted us so warmly and even printed out directions to 2 detail and auto body shops where we could get the paint off of our car the next morning. They have an elevator, wireless internet and in the lobby, there are internet cafe tables so you can surf while having coffee! We had a great hot breakfast. Then, while my husband stayed and took the girls to the outdoor pool and hot tub, I ended up going to Mike's Auto Body. They were too busy to do it right away, but they were so friendly! They refered us to another guy and gave us directions. I went there, but he was not in. They guys next door were there and they did the job. Very quickly! The whole town is friendly! I was back right about check-out time, but the staff gave us a little more time because of our circumstances! So very gracious, reasonable and wonderful!
