I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn, but my one concern, my room wasn't cleaned after the first night, not sure if thats the new policy. But I was brought fresh towels. Our bedside radio/alarm clock didn't work. The radio would not come on and we could not set the alarm. We called the front desk and gave instructions for a wake-up call because we had a plane to catch. We did not receive a call. Fortunately we woke up at 4:00 AM in time to get to the airport.
