I travel for business and love staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly, they serve 2 complimentary meals a day, and the rooms are well kept and comfortable. I love the fact that I have a stove and dishwasher in my room, because I can stock up on groceries and not have to eat out so much (there's a Whole Foods right across the highway). For this three week business trip with my wife, we chose as highly rated suite hotels as we could afford. Homewood Suites Beachwood was at the top of the group. Nice large rooms, very clean, nice windows, desk space, wired and wireless connection, lot's of pillows on the bed, large shower, free breakfast buffet, free dinner buffet (mon-thur), best place I've stayed with in the last 5 years.

The staff was friendly, the lobby attractive and welcoming, but the two room suite we stayed in was quite dirty. The garbage disposal had an offensive odor, there was thick dust on the lamp shades, the furniture was stained badly and the carpet burned in a number of places, though the room was non-smoking. Very clean suites hotel with full refrigerators, dishwashers, microwave (free microwave popcorn in room was a nice touch). Much more comfortable bed linens than you would find at a comparably priced hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Amazing hotel for the price.

The room, facilities, staff were all excellant. The best I've experienced. I used the fitness center 8 times and it was fantastic, The evening reception/dinner was not the greatest. Really enjoyed my stay here will return again. I stayed here about 5x's always has been an excellent place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the location was great for us, near a lot of restaurants, and the breakfast was wonderful. The best thing about it was the bed, I absolutely loved the bed, it was so comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend the hotel.

My wife and I were in Cleveland for a medical trip. Beachwood is about a 30-40 minute drive from the airport. The hotel is centrally located near residential neighborhoods. I had read that this hotel was the top hotel in Beachwood. The photos of the property were great and we looked forward to swimming with a hot tub. That pool/tub configuration was high quality! I wasn't 100% happy with housekeeping---proudly posted a "these dishes are clean" sign on the dishwasher, when the dishes clearly were NOT clean, our coffee pot never did get emptied or washed out in 3 days, and found a toy only inches under the bed...hmmm, did they really vacuum? But overall, nice, friendly hotel, good location.

For a longer stay, this was a perfect place. The free hot breakfast and dinner helped to keep our vacation dining expenses down.

It is a great hotel , we stayed there during the weekend and we enjoyed there. Kids liked the pool, Breakfast was good, staff were polite...overall great place to stay.

I know this concept since 2008, while my son stayed for a prolongued period of time 21/2 mo during an internship in Conneticut, thus this is not new; additionally on 2009 my family stayed at this same place (almost new at that moment). I had a great two night stay. I had a great room, used the gym and took advantage of the breakfast and dinner buffets. I will say it would have been nice to have a bit more weight equipment in the gym, but it was certainly adequate nonetheless. Everything you could want in a 3 star hotel including excellent and attentive staff and quality furnishings, lobby, breakfast. Only problem for mr with expensive laptop iPad phone identification credit cards> no in room safe to secure valuables while away from hotel for excursions, business, or dinner.

We only stayed here one night but I would have loved more time in the hotel. It was everything I expected it to be per the info on hotels.com. The only thing is I thought perhaps I read that it had a sauna, but doesn't. However, it does have a niiice workout room with headphones and towels laid out on all the machines, and a great pool area with whirlpool. […] We went down twice (once was a Saturday midmorning) and no one was there! No screaming kids! :) And the room was impressive!! We only had a studio, but I still had to take pix from several different points to try to show the whole thing! It felt like a luxury vacation, for a great price. The breakfast buffet also lived up to my standards, and the "snack shop" was open 24 hours, so after not finding anything open at 1am, we were able to buy a small frozen lasagna to throw in the room microwave and a single-serving bottle of wine. Front desk staff and any employee we passed in the halls were incredibly nice. For example after the breakfast buffet AND pool Saturday morning, I called the front desk to request an hour extension on checkout free of charge, and they said it was fine. That gave us till 1pm! Hotel was new (less than 2 years old) beautiful, amenities were great, budget-priced for a Hilton, definitely worth the money. The hot breakfast was a plus, and the "Studio" suite had a well-equipped kitchen, although the only thing we used was the refrigerator. The bathroom area had 2 of those real-glass glasses with the paper caps--an arrangement […] that I don't trust at all for cleanliness. So I asked the desk for wrapped plastic cups, and they immediately sent 2 dozen to the room! Only problem: hotel address was so new that my GPS wouldn't accept it. This is the 2nd time that we stayed in the hotel. The hotel is in a wonderful area close to shopping and the main highways and plenty of wonderful paces to eat.
