This hotel was a nice place and it was located near the airport so shuttle trafic didn´t take long. The only things that was less good but had diffrent explainations was one elevator was broken and that is just temporary. Also that we had a morning flight and the breakfast wasn´t served until 7:30 even thought it was new years day so i can understand […] but still missed breakfast. Anyway for us it was a nice place to stay at and i would recomend it if anyone asked. Lisätietoja

For the most part this is a great place to stay, it is kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is it is very loud. Both times we stayed there we came very close to complaining to the desk about the noise level of the rooms close by, especially late at night (midnight or later) and early morning (5:00am, loud enough […] to jar us awake) We understand it is convenient to the airpot and people are comeing and going at all hours, so if you are looking for quiet and relaxing this is not the right place to stay!! We just spent 2 weeks there on a business trip. The rooms were nice and clean. The place is still new and nice, but the craftmanship is poor and they have wood trim arounf the bathtub. it wont' be long before the wear will show. The kitchenette was fully equipped with a large fridge. The beds and pillows were comfortable with a nice comforter. But the […] sheet were too small and stretched, they kept popping off. Location was a little out of the way for walking, but great for having a car. Everything seemed to be within 5 minutes of driving. Being a little out of the way made for nice quiet nights. The large pool was great for swimming laps and the on-site laundry with 3 sets of appliances was very convenient. They claim to have a continental breakfast, but that's just in case of an emergency. This hotel is in isolation. Shuttle service should be to take anywhere within few miles of the hotel. There are no restaurants nearby. The current shuttle service just runs at a scheduled time to predefined destinations.

I've stayed at this Marriott property on several occasions; additionally I travel allot and stay in many properties. Whoever rated this property previously as a 2 should have their head examined. This property is more of a 3-4. Rooms are spacious, the property is only 3 yrs. old, very clean, quiet, no a long walk from your car into the room, nice continental […] breakfast, fantastic sleeping. Perfectly comfortable - the kitchen amenity was far more than I needed for only an overnight, but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The complimentary airport shuttle was right on time and very efficient.

Don't know why this hotel is rated as a 2 star as it was a very nice stay! Great customer service! It had a kitchen and everything. Very updated rooms and nice furniture! It is very close to the mall and the Raymond James Stadium! Also the airport is right across the street. I would totally stay here again!

I was extremely impressed with the customer service and care provided by the guest services agents. The hotel and room was very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Our stay at the Marriott was great. The room we got had everything we needed. it was comfortable and in a convenient location by the freeway so we could hop on and off to get to where we wanted. Plus, it was close to the airport so we didnt have to drive a long way after getting in at a late hour.

Reacted very quickly of our request for shuttle pick up when we arrived late at the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. It was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel was very clean. It was a good price for the money and I would recommend it to anyone.

Room was nice and clean. Sofa sleeper was very small and uncomfortable. We had to exchange electronic room keys out twice due to not working properly. Customer service was very good and the shuttle drivers were very accomodating.
