Hotelli ei kyllä vaikuttanut mitenkään neljän tähden hotelilta. Huone haisi tupansavulta, käytävät sokkeloisia, eiköä palvelutaso kovin ihmeellinen. Luvattua ilmaista internet yhteyttä ei ollut (ehkä olisi pitänyt olla oma kone), ja huoneesta näkymä kaupungille, näkymä oli kyllä vastapäiseen saman hotellin seinään. Hyvät yhteydet keskustaan, raitiovaunulla pääsi suoraan Alexanderplatzille, pysäkki oli hotellin lähellä. Hotelli oli siisti, vaikutti äskettäin remontoidulta, jopa kylpyhuone loisti puhtautta (ei pinttynyttä likaa missään). Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat suuria. Ainoa ongelma oli, että huone ei ollut valmis saapuessamme. Huoneen olisi pitänyt olla valmis […] klo.15, mutta saapuessamme klo.16 meille ilmoitettiin ettei huonetta ole vielä siivottu. Aulassa oli muitakin odottamassa huoneen vapautumista. Mitään korvausta tästä ei saanut (yritettiin kysyä) ja respa oli muutenkin asian suhteen hieman tyly. Mutta erittäin hyvä hinta-laatu-suhde! Hotellihuone oli aika pelkistetty, mutta tilava ja siisti. Aamupala oli runsas, mutta ei kovin korkeatasoinen. Hotellilta oli helppo mennä raitiovaunulla Alexanderplatsille numeroilla 5 ja 6. Ne kulkivat läpi yön, matka taittui noin 15 minuutissa, joten ei hotelli liian kaukana ollut. Hintansa väärti!

Kaikin puolin hyvä hotelli, mutta hankala sijainti ja huonot palvelut lähiympäristössä tuovat miinuksen. Lisäksi kaikki muut kustannukset ovat hintavia, mm. vesipullo hotellihuoneessa maksoi melkein neljä euroa mikä on Berliinin yleiseen hintatasoon nähden älytön hinta.

The room was clean and well maintained. Summer visitors take note, there was no air conditioning. Most importantly the value was ridicilously good as the price was something you'd expect from a seedy hostel - but this is perfectly decent three star.

Hotellissa hyvä palvelu. Huone siisti ja sopivan kokoinen. Plussaa tässä huoneessa oli oma minikeittiö: jääkaappi, mikro sekä pesuallas ja ruokaluvälineet. Etenkin jos ei ole varannut hotellin aamupalaa, niin saa kätevästi tehtyä pienen aamupalan huoneessa. Hotellin sijainti ei ole ihan keskustassa, mutta hyvät kulkuyhteydet, raitiovaunupysäkki lähellä […] hotellia, joten hieman syrjäinen sijainti ei haittaa. Hintansa väärti vähintäänkin. Budjettihinnalla täyden palvelun taloon. Isoin miinus oli helteellä varsinaisen ilmastoinnin puute, vaikka tuulettamalla ikkunasta saikin ilman hieman kiertämään niin hiki meinasi tulla. Tosin, toimiiko muissakaan hotelleissa ilmanvaihto kunnolla helteellä... Sporalla pääsee helposti lähelle vuorokauden ympäri (M5, M6 ja […] M13) ja kauppakin on kävelymatkan päässä. Tarjoushintaan (noin puolet listahinnasta) Berliinin halvimpia hotellihuoneita omalla kylpyhuoneella. Huoneet ovat tilavia ja ok kunnossa. Hotelli on lähiöalueella, mutta ratikalla pääsee hotellin edestä nopeasti Friedrichshainiin ja toiselta parin sadan metrin päässä olevalta pysäkiltä Alexanderplatzille ympäri vuorokauden. Clean, comfortable hotel with small kitchenette and very good quality bathroom. Beds were separated but put side by side even though of different height. View from window to DDR style housing area and to another hotel tower.

Very good hotel. Good breakfast. Very good value for money. Close to tram, 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz.

The hotel is very nice and clean and a great value. Only a 10 minute tram ride from Alexanderplaatz(city center) or Berlin-Nordbahnhof (Berlin Wall). The tram stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

We stayed here for 7 nights of a 3-week interrail trip accross Europe. Having our own room and shower was a luxury after several nights in youth hostels, but we didn't expect the hotel to be in such a remote location, nor were we aware that it had recently become a branch of the Hotel Inn chain! The hotel is part of Holiday Inn group - so quality of the room is Holiday Inn Standart - good and the room was clean and comfortable. But at night by check-inn the receptionist told us they aren't available smoking free rooms....if we pay more they she can give us a superior room.. After while fighting was smoking free room available...no comment... […] The breakfest is in the hotel little bit expensive in compare that this hotel is like 10km outside from downtown. Lovely Holiday Inn run hotel - similar standard to what you would expect to a Holiday Inn in the UK. I'm quite confused by some of the reviews left by other travellers who had a negative experience - but with around 1500 hotel rooms, I guess not every room would be exactly the same. But our room was lovely (on 11th floor) - only thing we felt was missing […] was tea/coffee making facilities, but that's a really minor point. The staff were fantastic - so helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to who worked there had exceptional English which was great for us, as we (shamefully) know very little german. We ate in the New Orleans bar in the hotel - and the food and service were absolutely amazing and the menu provides a real variety of food at reasonable prices. The M5 and M6 trams from round the corner of the hotel go to Alexanderplatz which is one of the big main areas - and it is easy to change here for other trams or u-bahns to take you to other desirable locations such as Potsdamer Platz. We took the S9 train from the (Schoenefeld) airport to Landsberger Allee then got the M5 (or M6) tram to Weissenseer Weg. We bought a 3 day travel ticket from the hotel which included travel for 72 hours on any bus/tram/u-bahn/s-bahn and entry into all of the museums on Museum Island for 32 euros each- which we considered to be very good value. We absolutely loved Berlin - and although we found it quite complicated to find our way around (public transport - although clean, and reliable, could be a bit confusing and things weren't signposted very well) we hope to return again to explore more of this wonderful city. This hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly. It was alittle out of the way. It was hard to find the entrance. It was actully the Holiday Inn. To the center city was only a 15 euro cab fee. There is also no air conditioning.

i would not recommend this hotel. it is quite a walk from the public transport and no free internet available, even in the business center. the staff were fine and the rooms were comfortable and fairly clean, but the carpet needed to be cleaned.

The Hotel is in a very nice and quiet area. The price was fair. You must have a car to use this Hotel. It is around 25 minutes from the Center of Berlin, Parking was free.

This is a very nice hotel only a few miles from downtown Berlin. We brought our bicycles and rode everywhere from the hotel. There is a train stop nearby, but we preferred to ride our bikes. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Bring a fan for your room; they get pretty warm during the summer. Das Hotel ist sehr groß (es besteht aus drei großen Türmen) und ist scheinbar bei großen Gruppen wie Sportvereinen oder Schulklassen sehr beliebt. In der Lobby herrschte immer Chaos, da immer eine große Gruppe an- oder abreiste. Unsere Nachtruhe war durch eine italienische Schülergruppe leicht beeinträchtigt. Die Lage ist mäßig: Das Hotel liegt an einer […] großen Straße, etwas ab vom Schuß. In direkter Umgebung ist nichts Interessantes. Mit der Straßenbahn gelangt man aber ohne Umzusteigen in ca 10-15 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz (ca. 8 Stationen). Das Zimmer selbst war groß, komfortabel und sauber. Für den Preis war alles in Ordnung. Fuer einen Seminar-Aufenthalt war es echt in Ordnung: sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragende Sauberkeit und gutes Essen. Weniger angenehm: laute Straße (sechs-spurig) und keine Klimaanlage (waren zum Glueck ertraegliche Temperaturen im sonnigen April).

Et roligt og pænt hotel. Meget prisbillig i forhold til kvaliteten. Der mangler ikke noget, og rengøringener OK. Sporvogne lige uden for døren, så det er let at komme rumdt i byen.

A very good hotel, when you are travelling by car. Parking is free. Trams are a 3 minute walk. Then 10 minutes in the tram to go to the city centre. Rooms are big and clean.

Sinceramente non capisco come questo albergo possa avere 4 stelle. Ho prenotato una double business room, e non c'era nè frigo bar, nè cassaforte. Il letto è di dimensioni minuscole e il bagno idem, con una vasca da bagno con tenda (ad ogni doccia il bagno era regolarmente allagato). Servizio in camera pessimo (non hanno neppure svuotato il posacenere). Ciliegina […] sulla torta, pur avendo prenotato quel tipo di camera per avere la connessione compresa nel prezzo (essendo un viaggio di lavoro, avevo la necessità di connettermi tutte le mattine e sere) una volta arrivato, per avere la password, volevano farmi pagare. Per fortuna mi ero stampato il foglio di prenotazione dove specificava che il servizio era compreso. nonostante questo, ogni mattina dovevo scendere alla reception per richiedre una nuova password ed essendoci sempre una persona diversa, dovevo spiegare nuovamente tutto. In poche parole, direi che è decisamente uno dei peggiori albergi in cui ho soggiornato in vita mia. Lisätietoja

Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Vlakbij tramhalte, gratis parking. Ideaal hotel indien je met de wagen naar Berlijn komt.

für ein 4 sterne hotel wäre das vorhandensein eines kostenlosen wlan das mindeste. das wurstangebot war eher mäßig. bedienung und service war sehr gut.

Wir wahren voll zufrieden... Hatte 2 zwei zimmer mit durchgang. Sauber und modern. Kühlschrank/minibar fehlt..und WiFi ist wie immer VIEL zu teuer. Aber freundliche personal und schönes frühstück. Sehr gerne wieder..

Ok hotel. Området hotellet ligger i er der ikke meget ved, derfor skal man regne med at skulle ind til centrum hvilket tager ca. 10-15 min i tram. Derfor skal man påregne ekstra 6.30 euro pr. dag pr. mand til transport. Vi synes vi fik meget for pengene.
