Vieraat voivat käyttää huoneissa ilmaista langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Huoneissa on taulutelevisio , joissa on parhaat digitaalikanavat, videopelikonsoli ja maksulliset elokuvat. Huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti arkipäivinä ja kaiutinpuhelin sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, kylpytakit, designer-hygieniatuotteet ja hiustenkuivaaja.

Vierailu sujui aivan, kuten piti. Huone oli sellainen kuin luvattiin ja näimme molempina iltoina Disneyn ilotulituksen ikkunasta. Palvelu oli tasokasta ja aulabaarin ruoka hyvää. Edestä pääsee bussilla Disneylandiin, mutta kyllä sinne kävelläkin jaksaa. Yöpyisin mielelläni uudelleen.

"For the money...Go somewhere else."
I expect more from a hotel that exceeds the typical hotel prices within an area. The last two times I have used this hotel, they have downgraded my room from what I had booked without notifying me. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but twice is too much to be coincidence. I have used the Ayers multiple times also, and for the money […] they gave much better service and quality. "Out of the way - but nice hotel"
I am a regular visitor to Southern Orange County and have stayed in a number of hotels in San Clemente, Dana Point and surrounding areas. I thought I'd try this one since the rate was good and it looked nice. When we entered, there was a band playing and I felt like we were walking into a club of 30-somethings. At check-in, they asked if we wanted the […] "quiet" side (because of the band) and also upgraded us to the junior suite at no additional charge. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom large, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable! The only thing that would have made this room even better would be a second sink. We had some issue with noise from the room next door on the first night, but when we called to report it, they took care of it. "best little hotel"
we were very impressed by the staff and the hotel . more so was the gym facility we were blown away by it,imagine the best helthy club/spa and thats what you get at no extra charge ,tghe only compaint is the bed i need a comfortable bed thats what they are lacking
I did enjoy my stay. Room service was fast & delicious. My only issues were the carpet in my room was a little dirty and the front desk only had one person there. "Exceeded our Expectations!"
This hotel totally exceeded our expectations for the following reasons: 1) entire staff was extremely helpful (from valet to front desk); 2) for the rate, the room was very nice...little things like offering to put a small fridge in the room and the nice Aveda products are the touches that impress me; 3) Kids center was a great escape for my 7 yr old […] and I felt like I was on a mini vacation just having to deal w my 1 year old while unpacking/packing up in the room. (They take children as young as 6 wks but I personally don't use day care until my children can speak). 4) my husband remarked that the breakfast buffet was really nice...he doesn't care for buffets so I was suprised to hear that from him. I didn't have a chance to see it since getting ready in the morning trumps eating breakfast when we are out of town in a hotel but I did have a drink or two at the bar and their specialty cocktails are delicious! We have stayed at 5 star resorts and our stay here at this hotel in terms of service was on par with places like the Ritz and Four Seasons. Such a shame we couldn't stay longer!!! "Great Place to Stay!!!"
The hotel was awesome!!! The rooms were really nice except that the pillows were to soft. I guess if that is the only issue its not so bad! The service is great and the food is really good. I loved the pool sitting area and if you have kids this is a great hotel for them. The ony other thing was that a shuttle is not provided to the Laguna Beach area. Had a wonderful two-night stay. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Citrus restaurant and bar has great food, drinks and an elegant outdoor space overlooking the pool.

We had a very pleasant experience. The Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the mini refrigerator door did not close well. We would return.

The hotel is connected to a health club and a restaurant. Unfortunately the hotel seems to take a back seat to all. The night we were there, a VERY loud band was playing outside. We were told 5 different times that they were lowering the volume or stopping any minute now. It totally ruined our plans for a lovely romantic evening.
