We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Left our luggage at reception as we arrived hours before check in time and when we checked in, they have placed our luggage in the room; English newspaper was also provided daily. This hotel is super nice and value for money. Yes, although the location is not as convenient as popular hotels in hottest sightseeing spots, Kitahama station is also very convenient (one stop to Umeda, direct railyway to Gion etc). The room size is relatively big, as per other hotel rooms in Japan. The showering facilities is superb. Even the provision […] of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are in high quality! I like the neighbourhood very much because unless those hotels located in tourist area, this hotel is in business district in which I many small and nice resturants and nice buildings. The only concern with this hotel is that it is a little far from the main stations in Osaka, however it is very close to the subway. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel.

The good: - -quite a new hotel, newly renovated and looks quite professional -good staff, with a couple that spoke english -came up to our room to fix our internet :) -free bottles of cold water in fridge and free morning paper service (including english paper!) -extremely clean room -great lighting with light controls next to the bed :) -next to the […] Kitahama Subway line and 7/11 accross the street! -near Osaka castle about a 15 min walk -starbucks down the street and many food outlets and restaurants nearby -pretty cool japanese toilet lol has auto flush and random bum squirter buttons lol. - Very secure, you cant even get up to the rooms with a key card -very quiet, didnt hear any noises at all. This hotel is near by the subway, and there is a convenient store cross the street, its really convenient to live in this hotel. The environment near Hotel is quite simple! This hotel will be my choice next time while I visit Osaka.

It is nice and clean. In addition, the price is very affordable.

Excellent in all respects, and when we stayed surprisingly inexpensive. The room was far more spacious than some of the more expensive hotels in Japan we've squeezed into. Very close to the Kitahama subway station, but not so close to any Japan Rail lines. Nice hotel. very clean. One key thing is, it is walking distance to Osaka Castle. but little far to everything else unless you take a taxi or train. Used this location fr travel to Nara and kyoto.

We were a family of four (two teenage children) holidaying in Osaka for 7 days, doing days trips to Kyoto, Nara, Koyasan, etc. We stayed in two Hollywood Twin Rooms. The rooms are supplied with absolutely everything that you would need including two bottles of water provided every day. The bathroom is a good size with a separate shower and bath. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. We found the location very easy to access the subway (only approx. 50metres from exit) and major train routes. Though the area is a business district, we found plenty of restaurants and also supermarkets. For Japanese standards, the rooms are quite big. It is a little out of the way for a tourist, but if you don't mind walking 15 minutes to the Midosuji subway line... its a great place. I like how they provide free internet and complimentary bottles of water. The staff are friendly and though they don't speak much english, they understand written english […] and drawings ;-) I however wish they had more coin laundries. I was in Osaka for a week and half and 2 laundries for an entire hotel of guests isn't really suitable. Overall it was pleasant and I would go back again. I've been to Chisun's Shinsaibashi hotel and a few Namba hotels too and in terms of distance, value for money, cleanliness, staff quality and location, they're rather equivalent. Definitely room size is the winner here for the equivalent price band. Most tourists in Osaka would try to stay at a hotel on the Midosuji (red) subway line... but you'll find that Brighton City Osaka Kitahama Hotel is suitable for most new tourists to Osaka who know a little bit of Japanese. I'm not sure why this hotel had a 3-star rating at the time I stayed there. It was more upscale than 3-stars in my opinion, and it was very comfortable and beautiful inside. It is located in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to the Kitahama subway stop. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. While there was no dedicated restaurant, a delicious French […] boulangerie, "Grand Marble", is attached to the hotel with fair prices and great food, and there are plenty of other restaurants and convenience stores in the near vicinity. Out of all of my hotel rooms on my trip to Japan, this hotel had the largest single room and the most elaborate and spacious bathroom. the room was very nicely done and very modern. it had many amenities and it was in great condition. check-in and out was very smooth. i didn't try the cafe but it looked very nice. my only complaints, which are not insignificant, are that the bed is pretty lousy for being memory foam (the memory foam portion was very thin), and the walls are very thin […] so it's easy to hear what's going on in the other rooms and hallway. The Hotel is beyond expectation. Hotel is beautiful and located very near the subway station.(but the subway entrance doesn't have the elevator/escalator).The room is well docorated and very clean. Bathroom is convenient and well equipped. Quite far from JR.

This hotel was above my expectation in every category, first I was taken away by just how nice my room was for the small price that I had paid. The room featured beautiful design, and amazing, functional bathroom with a glass and tile shower (very romantic) a mini fridge, which was mine to use, so I stocked it up with drinks, nice bed linens, and much […] to my surprise, cable tv with some channels offered in English! The location of the hotel was PERFECT, being in a business district, it was functional by day and quiet by night. There was 2 convinience stores right outside of the hotel, which offered a variety of products. And down the street there was a cafe which offered freshly baked goods, high quality coffees, and delicious meals all at 4-9$ a meal. The location also provides easy access to the subway, and has a few sightseeing places just around the corner. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, not a spec of dirt anywhere, and the smell of my room was fresh and clean. There were only two things that I found the hotel lacked, an in room ironing board and iron, and wifi Internet, however, a pant press and plug in Internet were provided at no cost. Finally a few features that this hotel offered that went beyond my expectations, an in hotel restaurant with dine dinning, a laundry-mat, and a computer rental service. Located slightly out of the centre of the city but very close to metro links and a short taxi ride to the main train stations. We were in Japan for 30 days and this was our last hotel stay. The Brighton City Osaka was a very modern and clean hotel in the middle of a financial district in Kitahama. It was conveniently close to the river, the rose garden and a nice restaurant. The subway station was just a few steps away, and there is a convenience store right across the street. […] We were there on a 3-day holiday weekend and the streets were very quiet. The staff were very accommodating and while not all of them spoke fluent English, they understood us. There is a washer/dryer in the hotel and it is next door to a sports complex and a small supermarket. We had a netbook and a connection was available in the room. Great bathroom set up!!! The only slightly down side is that it is far from the rail lines. We stayed in many hotels and ryokans on this trip and this hotel rates high for us. Lisätietoja

Great, modern, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff and located across the road from 2 concenience stores. Only downfall is it is a walk or short subway ride to eating/shopping/tourist areas. Located in the business district.

有投幣式自助洗烘衣機(400日幣),房間設備好，大小是住過日本飯店裡算大的了，隔音還ok.週邊寧靜的感覺會讓我們慶幸沒去住梅田熱鬧區(當然是看個人啦!) 下次家人們一致都說會再去住

Très bel hôtel. Chambre pas très spacieuse, a la japonaise, mais tout y est. A 15 mn de marche du château d'Osaka. Par contre, attention, la gare de Shin Osaka ou arrive le Shinkansen n'est pas tout près ! Taxi ou métro pour aller a l'hôtel

お部屋の清潔さや設備も万全で、サービスも優れてあいて、とても快適に過ごすことができました。しかも価格もリーズナブルで申し分かありません。 また子供用品の設備についてお伺い程度に聞いたリクエストが叶わず、当方も全く気にしていなかったのに、ホテル側のお気遣いで予約していたお部屋よりも広いお部屋にアップグレードしていただき、大変感激しました。細やかな所まで気遣いの雪届いた素晴らしいホテルです。

オフィス街にあるから、土、日曜は余計に静かでくつろげる！ ホテル内も落ち着きがあり、オススメです。

駅からのアクセスも良く、フロントの方も礼儀正しく親切でした。ロビーも部屋もおしゃれでおおむね快適に過ごせました。 残念だったのは、インターネット回線の速度が非常に遅かったことです。部屋ででパソコンを使う方にはお勧めできません。 そしてお風呂の換気扇が少しうるさく感じました。スイッチに「２４時間換気中」と書いてありましたので、そのままにしておきましたが、本当はスイッチを切って就寝したいと思いました。

部屋は快適です。すべての部屋が同じ作りかどうかはわかりませんが部屋が広くベッドも大きく、バスルームが最高です。バスタブで全てを済ますタイプと違い、身体をバスタブの外で洗え、日本のお風呂のようにゆっくりと入れます。シャワーも二つあり、気持ちのいいお風呂タイムで非常に豊かな気分にさせてもらいました。。立地も北浜駅に近く便利です。一つ難点は朝食でした。おかずの種類も量も少なく満足できませんでした。朝ごはんにこだわらない人には最高です。

it's juz one minute walk from the subway exit. it's nice and comfortable but the room is smaller than it's shown on the website. the staff are nice and some of speak english.

The hotel is not nearby major scenic spots but very good surrondings. Transportation to Kyoto or Nara is convinient. Room is confortable and clean but we had malfunctioned toilet first 3 days and were asked to change room last day of accomodation. Also, our laptop were damp after we got back to our room. 大阪の滞在と言えばキタかミナミが一般的だが、北浜はビジネスにはもちろん、京都方面へのアクセスもよい穴場的な立地。なにより繁華街の喧噪がないのが良い。周辺には大人向けの飲食店，カフェが多く、中之島など散歩する場所にも事欠かない。ホテルは落ち着いた深い色調で、デスクも広く機能的。特筆すべきはバスルームで、いわゆるユニットバスとは違い、ゆったりしたバスタブと洗い場があり、リラックスできる。できれば夏用の掛け布団か毛布が欲しい。エアコンをつけても厚い布団は暑かった。朝食をとる１階のカフェが狭く、朝食代はやや高いと感じる。が、飲料水、新聞の無料サービスはありがたく、スタッフも親切で感じが良い。またぜひ宿泊したい。

It's Perfect besides the room size but better than the others in Japan, I arrived the hotel late night 23:xx,and the staffs is very helpful to let us know where we can have dinner, and 7/24 hr store just downstairs. it just few minutes walk to the subway station, and there's a supermarket also. We walked from Namba to hotel ...it takes around 30 mins […] walk from " Namba " quite good after a FULL dinner. one more ... there's a " XX canteen " near the hotel ( just 2 blocks right hand side ) , Food is value for money . Très bien situé, à 2mn du métro. La chambre n'était pas très grande mais propre et fonctionnelle. Par contre le petit-déjeuner à 1000 JPY ne vaut pas vraiment le coup.

Quosto albergo è nuovo e in stile moderno, la camera era grande e con tutti i confort compreso un bagno di dimensioni buone e con una doccia molto moderna e comoda. Non posizionato vicino alla zone di maggiore interesse, Namba e Umeda, ma neanche lontano infatti con la metropolitana si arriva in 15/20 minuti nelle zone più interessanti.
