"close to lots of decent restaurants"
entirely satisfactory. Exactly what a good American hotel should be. Price very competitive.

The place is clean. The staff is very courteous and responsive. The breakfast was more than sufficient for a continental breakfast. I had no hot water to shower in the morning, but everything else went so well, I didn't mind.

Will never stay there again !!
The staff was not accommodating at all. In fact they were very rude. I would not recommend to anyone nor would I ever stay here again!!!!

"Will return"
Beds and couch could have been a little more comfortable, and the overhead, fluorescent light hadn't been cleaned out for a while (dead bugs). I wish there had been info in the room about hotel services and nearby restaurants/businesses. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory, including the location and friendliness and professionalism of the staff. […] I am returning soon to Lexington and will stay at the Hyatt Place again. We were very pleased with the staff and our accommodations. We had a wonderful stay and will surely use this hotel when we come back.

Hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Beyond, fast and friendly service,they gave us an excellent recommendation for a dining location. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and updated. If I ever stay in Lexington again, I will definitely stay there.

This is a nice hotel with good common and room features. I think the staffing was an anomaly, as there were really good staff at the front desk and there were not so great staff working at the breakfast area. The staff was helpful and recommended a restaurant that we could walk to which was great after many hours in the car. We love stopping here when we get the chance.

We used the hotel for a night as we returned from the south. It was excellent. Located just off I-75 it was a great location with many restaurants and shopping areas close by. It had safe and quiet neighborhoods for my morning run.

"Excellent hotel with 1 small complaint"
Great hotel, everything clean, modern, large T.V. We have stayed in this Hyatt Place twice. Each time the sheets on the bed are very rough and "scratchy"

What a great experience we had! We arrived in Lexington a little early and called ahead. The person we spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and gave us an early check in. The hotel staff was very gracious, warm, and welcoming. When we stepped off the elevator and into the hallway, my wife's first remark was how clean and "great smelling" the […] hallways were. It wasn't overpowering, but it gave the impression that everything was clean and fresh. When we entered our room, we were very pleased. More than enough pillows on the bed, the Wireless was free and fast, the flat screen television was wonderful, and we appreciated the nice refrigerator, and amenities we weren't used to having in a hotel room at this price (i.e., a new tube of toothpaste, not just soap and shampoo). "Hyatt"
The bathroom didn't appear to be very clean, and the pillows had what appeared to be a moldy type of pattern on them. The Mattress's were not very comfortable. I probably wouldn't want to stay at another Hyatt hotel.

Only not comfortable in the room was the couch...bed was great. Breakfast buffet was ok...nothing out of the orinary, & not as lavish as many other motels. Were disappointed that there was a pool, but no hot-tub. Everything else was wonderful.

I felt this was a good value. It was a very nice hotel in a quiet area, surrounded with plenty of restuarants and shopping. Easy highway access. Do note that the layout of the king bedroom places one individual right next to the air-vent and it blows on you every time that it turns on.

Large rooms, great ammenties, clean, & courteous staff. The only negative would be it's proximity to the freeway, as it is right next to I75 and you could hear the traffic.

Travelling with my very aged parents. Had overnight here enroute to Florida. Our 1st stay at Hyatt Place. Absolutely the best quality in a "traveller's" hotel. Loved staying there. It is right off the highway and conveniet for getting an early start in the AM. If I had a complaint, it was only one and that was that the room coffee maker produced a cup of coffee that tasted like plastic.

We were able to reserve a pack n play for our baby and the room has plenty of space for him to roam around after a long drive. The room is beautiful with a large screen tv and a nice sofa. Plan to stay again on the way back!

Raymond that works the night shift at this hotel was such a pleasure. The hotel was nice and clean but Raymond really made the stay. I will be back there again. He showed wonderful hospitality to all that were there.
