I always enjoy my stay at ALoft, It allows me both comfort and convenience along with affordability.

Very nice hotel - clean, good customer serivce, comfortable size rooms (they maximized the small spaces), good water pressure, & fun lobby space with bar, pool table, couches, and snacks. For being so close to the airport, you could not even hear a single plane coming/going! The 24 hour shuttle every 20 minutes was so convenient - I really appreciated […] that! great staff good place to stay .

Very uncomfortable. The unit had one chair, not fit for any purpose. Beds were lumpy. No breakfast. No tub in the bathroom. The building itself, looks odd. We were glad to check, ASAP.

WHAT A GREAT HOTEL. STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL. HOTEL IS CLEAN CLOSE TO SPORTING EVENTS AND AIRPORT. AND MINUTES TO CITY. I WOULD DEFINATLY STAY AGAIN...

Came down to go to a Sixers game. Hotel was fantastic! Clean and modern. Staff was extremely helpful. Only disappointment was having to pay to park. Should have been included in the price.

Groovy place. Maybe tries too hard. Turn down the lobby music! Had pool to myself, but it's tiny. Nice up-to-date gym machines. Room had Euro feel. Big TV. Easy to check-in or buy snacks. No restaurant.

Great staff! Room was very comfortable and clean for a reasonable rate for the quality of room.

When I'm in Philly, this is the best place to stay. Employees are very friendly.

With a very early flight from PHL stayed at ALoft. Clean, sleek lines. Incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Sit down restaurant next door, if you want more than a bar & pre-packed food. Fast & free shuttle to PHL. Only complaint - poorly marked entrance to hotel complex IF you're on the other side of the highway. UTurns are not only allowed, but […] expected. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Beautiful inside. Checking in and out, the front desk employees were very friendly. We were only in the area for a night and I only wish I had spent more time actually on the site. Leaving the parking lot was a nightmare. The parking gatehouse needs to go! With four hotels sharing the same gatehouse, there was […] an issue with the parking tickets being accepted in the ticket reader. Cars were backed up for a long period of time, even after an attendant came outside, it didn't seem to help much. People exited cars & were very angry. only problem was the parking and the machine. otherwise we had a blast! so much my children want to visit all of the Aloft hotels on the elevator door!!

Overall stay was okay. They could offer late check out though. Who doesnt do that? Parking lot was a madhouse getting out being that there are three hotels on the property and there is one way in and out. The floor in my room was dirty. It looked as if someone had spilled coffee on the floor and housekeeping didnt bother to try any sort of cleaning […] product to get rid of the stain. There were also dark holes like someone had out a cigarette out on the floor... I thought the hotel was smoke-free. Staff was cool. Even let me use their WIFI before checking in so that i could transfer money from my account to another to pay for the room deposit. There wasn't anything horrible about this hotel, but it was a bit too hipster for me and my companion. It made us feel old- and we're only 30! Kind of reminded me of an Abercrombie commercial...

The hotel is new, clean and convenient to the airport. However, the noise of the highway and plane takeoffs is substantial. Aloft reminds me of Ikea...cool and eclectic but not well made. That is, the accouterments in the room look cool, but are cheap. My shower door handle broke off in my hand when I attempted to close the door.

I really enjoyed my stay at Aloft. The ambiance was refreshingly different than the typical stale hotels. Its a hotel that really "gets it".

This was a convenient location for Peter Frampton at The Tower Theater in Upper Darby. A strange intersection to get into and out of the place, and you can't enter the group of hotel's parking area until you take a ticket and you can't leave till you validate the ticket. i HAVE NOW STAYED 5-6 TIMES AND WILL CONTINUE TO RESERVE WHEN I RETURN TO THE AREA. I HAVE BEEN EXCEPTIONALLY PLEASE AND SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING FROM STAFF TO ROOMS.

Okay lets start from the beginning. 1) When i first go to check in the young lady at the front desk is on the phone tying to figure out where her lunch is and why its taking so long to get to her (not sure why i needed to know this) I go to check-in and since i paid for the room via hotel. com i didn't bring my credit card into the hotel the young […] lady with as much attitude as she could muster while fighting through her hunger pains says to me "Really you should know that ANY MAJOR hotel requires a credit card". I know this but since i paid ahead of time i just brought my id into the hotel for check-in. So strike 1 is the rude staff in a "MAJOR" hotel! 2) My fiance and I go to room #220 and as soon as we walk in it is very clear that the room had recently been vacated (bed not made trash in various places in the room towels on the floor). So Strike 2 is in a "MAJOR' hotel you would think that the rooms we are assigned would be clean! 3)When we are finally assigned a room that has been cleaned. I examine the bathroom and it is VERY clear that room #204's bathroom has had some kind of water damage (white marks on the wall behind the toilet) grout missing from the corners on the edge of the lip of the shower. So strike 3 is the crappy state of the bathroom in a "MAJOR" hotel! 4) I get back to the hotel after a night out for New Years Eve partying with my fiance and there are literally about 50 to 60 people just standing outside of there cars in the flow of traffic did i forget to mention that its 2:00am? I understand that its New Years but security at a "MAJOR" hotel should have ensured that the people who were leaving the hotel bar actually left since parking is so very tight at this location. I had to park 1 row from the Sheraton that is on the other end of the parking lot. So Strike 4 is bad crowd management at a "MAJOR" hotel. I think this hotel was undergoing renovations...it was a bit messy in the common areas. Our room was small and a bit dingy. However, for the price and location I would stay here again.

this hotel was everything we were looking for, except for the convenience of a restaurant (which isn't such a big deal, given the shared parking lot has two other hotels with full service restaurants). everything is new and clean bed was very comfortable staff was friendly they do have a snack/app service at the bar, that is probably just frozen items […] that the bartender re-heats. it woudl do the job in a pinch, or after a few cocktails on an empty stomach. there is also a 'grab n go' market with sandwiches, salads, drinks, fruit, cereal and snack bars. very hip atmosphere - would definitely try to stay in one of these again! Hotel is very nice, clean, good service and very convenient w hotel shuttle. However there wasn't much nearby within walking distance. Hard to get to cuz of the roads but really enjoyed being there once we arrived. Very good value if you need the convenience of being near the airport. I would stay here again...

Nothing but good things to say about the Aloft. Very modern, extremely courteous staff. Cannot find one complaint.

I loved this hotel very much!! The only thing I thought could be changed was having an ice machine on each floor and more comfortable bed. But other that that I enjoyed my stay.

Great upscale place, very clean and modern rooms. The only problems I had was that the cleaning staff did not empty the in room fridge ( only drinks inside) and the downstrairs is very loud in the evenings as there is a bar area there.
