"Close to airport"
Like ot says the title, is is close to the airport , so if you need just to stay overnight is great, othervise you will be board
"Good all around"
Stayed for 2 nights and took the skytrain into the city twice during our stay. It was not a problem at all for the hotel to shuttle us to and from the airport at any time (for a total of 6 free shuttle rides). Room was clean and spacious. Food at restaurant was good. Location was convenient for getting to and from the airport.

we choosed this hotel beacause of the airport was close. free bus to the airport every hour from the hotel. Nice restaurant. Ok rooms. Good for the low price. There is NOTHING near by you have to go for about 20km to the nearest shopping
"Basic, but all I needed"
As the name implies, it's convenient to the airport, which is all I needed. It was like staying in an old college dorm. Definitely wasn't luxurious, but it must have been comfortable because I slept like a baby. The free shuttle to the airport was a plus and the breakfast was pretty good. "Not so convenient"
This hotel is cheap which is good, but there are hotels within the same proximity to the airport for only slightly more which are far better. Siam Place Airport is one of them. "Cheap and cheerful"
Room was OK, but bathroom was dirty and water from shower didn't drain well. Noisy AC unit. Bed was OK (apart from sheets too small for the bed!)
"This is really a Convenient Hotel."
We were any there over night, however the staff were very friendly and polite. They delivered food and drinks to our room with no extra charge. The porter was very helpful. We were given a wake up call by the hotel and the airport transfer was comfortable and quick.
"Still Convenient"
I've been using the Convenient Resort as my layover hotel at the Bangkok airport for about 3 years now, staying at least 10 times. They are still convenient, and the property is maintained fairly well. The staff are nice and the price is right. What more can I say?

"Ideal for a stopover"
Firstly cant understand some of the negative reviews on this place but hey i guess theres always some people who are impossible to please! Thought i was taking a gamble after reading the reviews but Hotel was absolutely ideal for a stop over. Very Friendly stafff who even arranged a FREE shuttle back to the airport the following morning. Very big, […] spacious, and clean rooms, Comfy beds & full on sat TV. Have visited BKK many times and this ranks highly for me for the price. Only downside is its hardy the center of BKK but you woulnt want that anyway if you you are heading back to the airport the next day! Perfect value for money hotel close to airport for one night stopover. Free shuttle from and to airport efficient and reliable. Large clean room with no airport noise issues.

"Fair airport hotel"
If you stay overnight at Bangkok airport for transit, and do not require a high standard, the Convenient Resort can be a good choice. It provides free shuttle service from and to the airport terminals, only about 7 min drive to the airport.
"Convenient Hotel - close to airport"
The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport, which is the main benefit. Otherwise, it is quite spartan. It's fine for a quick overnight stay before flying out, but not for any other reason.

"Cheap and cheerful"
OK for a night to be near the airport. Not near restaurants or shops, but hotel has a restaurant on-site and the food (Thai) was surprisingly good. Prices might seem high, but the portions are large. "inconvinient inside of hotel"
The counter personel are not approachable. I ask for the extra drinking glass and toilet paper instead of bringing to room, counter lady told me to tell the room cleaner. How come the guest looking for the cleaners just to ask a favor? So terrible....they never smile, never greet, I don't know what is the problem to them.
"terrible stay"
The staff was not very accomodating or helpful. Their main concern is to squeeze every dollar off their guest. Area is isolated and scary. Shuttle ride requires payment. Food is terrible, I started having cramps. The building looks old, no elevator. Don't say you were not warned!!

"i would not recommend this hotel to anyone"
apart from the fact it is close to the airport there is nothing good about it. the rooms were not presentable at all. beddings were old as....and totally worn. except for the driver of the hotel there was no other staff who were helpful at all. there were lizards in the room and i could not sleep all night. the aircon was not workin and it was so hot […] we could not sleep and had to complain twice to get it fixed. at first staff said that that was the maximum cooling the aircon can do....it was really hopeless. this hotel is fine for a stop over,the rooms are quite big a little basic,but met my needs.I had lunch,dinner at the hotel,and enjoyed the thai food excellent.If you want a bit of luxury in you,re room stay somewhere else,i was happy with my stay there,and would stay again,the price is very competitive!

"Only if you are stuck at the airport"
The staff was ok and the ride from the airport to the hotel was about 10 minutes. The surrounding area only had one or 2 local stores but not somewhere I would go out to. The room was 4 walls and the hotel itself was like something you would find off the side of a road. I would only recommend this place if you had to sleep somewhere.

Good hotel for a one night stopover in Bangkok. Stayed one night Apil 28, 2011. 10 min. from/to the Suvarnaphumi airport. Picked up at the airport and delivered to the airport next morning 5:30am as per arrangement. Clean and spacious room (superior). Good bed. Very reasonable price.
"Convenient lives up to its name"
This is my layover hotel of choice at the Bangkok airport. The staff are nice, the rooms are clean and huge and the restaurant is not bad at all. The neighborhood is not great, but for the price, if you are just overnighting, it is the greatest
The pictures that you can see are not what you should expect, hotel was not nice at all! The only positive thing is that it is close to the airport. I also payed dubble price for the car arranged by the hotel (I was going to an island the day after), i felt like an idiot, i payed 4000 baht to hotel, and 1800 when I arranged car myself on my way back. […] Shuttle bus is included from and to airport. And I took it from airport, then in the morning I left for the island, but I left my big suitcase in the hotelreception and when I came back 4 days later to pick up my bag and leave for the airport, they wanted me to pay extra for the shuttle bus?!?!?! And they said that I already took it twice, which was totally untrue, because they could see that I took it to hotel in the evening when I arrived and then I left with a car in the morning, arranged by them. But they still argued with me and said that I must pay for the shuttle bus. I actually refused, I felt that they were taking me for a fool and just saw me as a dum european who pays for everything, and pays overprice!!! I hate feeling used and taken for a fool and this is the feeling I had when I was at this hotel. I will never ever stay there again, and the room was so bad that they should actually pay people to stay there. "Convenient Resort, close to the airport"
Whilst not in a particularly pleasant location it is ideal for the airport, but not really anything else. There is a dual carriageway flyover and the skytrain very close by although I did not hear any noise from them. These are not accessible from the hotel. There is a lot of noise however from the planes. I had a complimentary can of Coke and bottle […] of water in my fridge and also a packet of snacks was provided free. A toothbrush and paste was also provided. Breakfast is buffet style though not a great deal of choice. There is a restaurant that is open all day. The restaurant is outside and there is no lounge. Internet is available for a fee.There is also a complimentary airport pick up and drop off. Check in is 14.00 and out is 12.00 and this is rigid. Drop offs at the airport are complimentary every hour from 02.30 to 13.30. Other times a fee is charged. As for value for money, that cannot really be faulted. Most staff are very pleasant. "Nice on a budget"
Convenient Resort was just that, convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful for us, helping us find a different way to Cambodia even. The beds and pillows are hard, but the room is clean, has good A/C, and you aren't concerned about safety. The attached restaurant is small but pleasant with good food, nice to come to since there isn't a lot nearby. "Wouldn't turn off the radio"
Everything was as expected at this hotel. And, the complimentary airport pickup was prompt. However, I had to go to the airport at 4:30 a.m. . My daughter was still in the room and was due to check out at 9:30 a.m. At 4 a.m., we could hear the hotel's office radio in our room. Our room must have been above their office. It was pretty loud and my daughter […] could not sleep. When I waited in the lobby for my transport to the airport, I asked the woman in the office if she could turn off the radio, as my daughter could not sleep. She ignored my request and I repeated my request again, pointing to the radio because I thought she may not have understood me. She again ignored me. "Close to Airport but..."
Convenient is all that this hotel was. The staff was friendly but the hotel was run down and dirty. Our bed had little bugs in it and the place did not look clean at all. Unless you want something that is just 10 min. from the airport I would not reccomend staying here.
just minutes away form the airport and has a free shuttle which is perfect when all you need is a place to sleep and shower. nothing special and rooms are not great... so I wouldn't stay here more then one night... but the restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly good.

"Very convenient for early morning flight"
Hotel is 10 minutes from the airport. We were only there about 12 hours, but the room was clean. No English language channels though. The staff was friendly when we got there, a little lazy upon leaving. But that seems to be the case with hotels. "Convenient Resort in Bangkok"
Very disappointing. The worst thing was the shower or lack thereof - you have to shower standing next to the toilet and the water simply flows down the drain in the washroom floor. Location is also not the best. You have to take a taxi to get out of the there.

This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Yes it is cheap, but they should be paying people to stay there, not charging them! The check in staff tried to sell us an excusion as soon as we got there, even though we arrived at 3pm and told them we were only staying the night to catch an early flight in the morning! The room itself was […] like a hostel. The decor was bland and drab. The bathroom was small and in very dated. The shower was old and barely let out water. We were actually afraid to take a shower in there! The air conditioning was broken and leaking and the staff didn't seem to care. "Good hotel for one night stay"
This hotel is great if you want to be close to Airport, they have free shattel to and from the airport. The room are simple and clean. I would recommand this hotel only if you need to be close to the airport
The "free" shuttle is oddly defined. If there are two of you and you use the same shuttle, it's free. But if you have, say, different outbound flights and want to use different shuttle times, you have to pay! Approximately 5-10 minutes away from the airport. Took a taxi to the hotel. Stayed overnight for a connecting flight the next day. Nice place to stay, excellent breakfast (buffet), and free transportation to the airport.

I arrived after hours, so I didn't catch the free shuttle which runs from about 6am until 1pm so I took a taxi. Make sure you have the address written down, because the drivers dont speak good english. This trip costs 200 baht, so dont pay much more than that. 离机场很近，而且有24小时来回机场的接驳巴士，去机场很方便，房间也比较整洁，总体来说很不错，很适合转机过夜
