Majestic Beach Resort - Panama City Beach

We love staying at the Majestic. We have stayed there several times now and have never been disappointed. Very clean and conveniently located to restaurants. Indoor pools in both towers but be sure to specify if you wish to be in tower with outside pool, just more convenient. Friendly staff, down to security. They have assisted with directions around […] the hotel as well as keeping luggage carts available. I really noticed the luggage cart assistance upon recent stay. Very nice. Would have been nicer if I was told I was getting booked a studio instead of a one bedroom like I had asked for.

This hotel slams you with an additional fee right when you check-in. What's it for? "unintentional damage fee" so let me get this straight, I pay you in case I accidentally break the tv? Seems like a scam. They are used to dealing with spring breakers, not grown adults. They also have signs posted by there baggage carts, "additional fee if you leave […] this in your room." First, who does that (spring breakers?) and second, is that fee really necessary. It was a HIGH fee. Lastly, if you want a late checkout, expect to pay an arm and a leg so they can penalize you for comfort. It was an early requirement. One of the best hotels on the beach I've ever stayed in. I loved the view from the balconies. All rooms are ocean front. Will go back!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay. We definitely would stay there again in the future. There was just one small problem because the jacuzzi wasn't working properly because it was trash coming out of it in the water.

The Hotel in Panama City Beach Florida was very nice and satisfying.There was one exception, I was unaware of a damage fee of $40.00 that wasn't refundable. We stayed at the Majestic in late February. Everything was excellent. The cafe and pool were open, the desk staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen. Great view of the gulf. The only negative is that we got a queen bed when we were expecting a king, so make sure that the bed size doesn't say "varies" when you make your […] reservation. The view of the Gulf was breathtaking, and the hotel offered all we could ask for. The garage and covered walkway were very convenient. Our only problem was that the signage didn't "pop out," for either the hotel or the garage, and we passed them several times before finding the signs. We absolutely stay at the Majestic Towers again.

Enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by name when we walked in the door rather late at night and everything was ready and in order. We had requested a one bdrm with extra bunks and we ended up with a 2 bdrm and 2 bathroom so it was very nice.

The kitchen is nice, but if you want clean sheets, you're expected to wash your own. Essentially rental condos.

The hotel was nice and the room was very comfortable for the rates. Awesome view! The beds a bit lumpy but the overall stay was really pleasant. No issue at all with the elevators or luggage carts.

We had a beautiful Condo with a Million Dollar View! The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was Amazing! Beach themed decor! Everything you need is right there. It is like a friend leaving you their keys for the weekend. We had plenty of towels and toiletries and fully equipped kitchen. We were skeptical about booking with this hotel because of some bad reviews that we read. After deciding to go ahead and book this hotel, for our honeymoon, we are very pleased with the outcome. The room had broken glass in the floor when we arrived, not all TVs had a remote and the buttons were broke off the front of the TV in the living area. The air did not cool very well and the air filter was completely clogged up in the main vent in hall. The bed in the master bedroom sounded like popcorn popping everytime we moved. We accidently left […] a wallet at the pool cafe and the bartender turned it into security and they did not follow procedure and log it in and they let someone else claim it even though it had a picture id in the window pocket viewer. When we asked questions about why they gave it to someone else when it clearly had ID inside the security officer changed his story twice. The first time he said a parent claimed it and that there was no id and the second time he said the person that claimed it looked just like the photo on the id. Lisätietoja

The lobby was packed with a tennage softball team when I arrived. I was a little nervous about roudiness. The girl at the check-in desk was confused by the hotels.com confirmation nuber and I bagan to fear that I wouldn't get a room...or the room that I purchsed online. NO WORRIES! elevators were awful--very slow, very hot and very humid, and for the most part, very crowded. had to stop on alot of floors to get to our 22nd floor. condo was very nice with a gorgeous ocean view, but very limited with the basic materials. we had bathrm and kitchen towels,two rolls of toilet paper, one small garbage bag, a small bar of soap, and two […] pouches of dishwasher soap. i understand we needed to buy our own food, but paper towels, dish soap, and several garbage bags would have been appreciated. When we arrived after a 13 hour drive at the majestic beach we had to set in a parking lot and take a nap for 4 hours because they didn't have the room ready after they told us it would be ready when we arrived no matter what time it was. We also had two employees welcome themselves in our room without a knock or a warning! The room was dirty the bed […] was broken, and the customer service was horrible. Pools were too small to accommodate the number of guest. Water pressure in showers was terrible.

The property itself is beautiful and the staff is wonderful however, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were so flat that we had to put the chair cushions underneath the bed pillows to get any type of support. These are privately owned condos and is up to the owners to provide for the room... this room did not have a washer and dryer. With this […] said we had to bring dirty towels down to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. I would have thought that the management team would know which rooms/condos had these facilities and would provide towel service. This was my first time back to PCB in 20 years! The Majestic is a pretty good place for the price. The only extra fee you pay is the $40(non-refundable) deposit to cover any little damages that may occur. No cleaning fee, which is great! The beachside view is great! The room was very large w/ plenty of space for 2 people... or even a family of 4. The […] carpet was a little dirty and it didn't smell real clean or anything... but that's kind of expected from a place that gets a lot of college traffic. Washer and Dryer = + , 2 bathrooms = +, 2 large LCD HDTVs = +, Sound System didn't work... but no biggie. Also, it's $10 for wireless per day so we didn't get it. Good thing we had smartphones w/ 3G! This place is in a great location, but parking is across the street and can be a little hassle if you are driving a good bit. All in all, I think we'd go back here but would probably stay at the Calypso first b/c it's closer to Pier Park and looks to be kept up a little better. Lisätietoja

For the price asked I was expecting a better hotel. Its ok hotel. The sofa was durty. The heated pool was really cold. But they have beatiful view.

the place was great..we stayed in room 309 and the mattress was terrible..that is the only bad thing i have to say..yes i would stay again just not in that room

the view of the ocean very breath taking the room small they charge a fee of $40.00 for breakage they tell you at check in i think it is a ripoff .the toilet backed up we called the front desk they told us we had to wait for maintiancethe next day they don't have a plunger in the hotel won't stay there never again.

Hotel was priced right and delivered all that was promised. Front desk and help desk were super with suggestions and directions.

Security was way to up tight, they were rude.

Arriving we found it was spring break and all the hotels were booked. We looked at the Marriot at Bay Point - it is setup well but away from the beach. There was only 4 rooms left on the beach and this hotel had the rooms - everyone else was booked up. The hotel rooms are great, spacious. The bunk beds are unique and should be considered before booking. […] The other bedrooms are nice, with bathrooms, and plenty of drawer room. All the balconies are situated to view the beach and you get sun most of the afternoon and can watch the sunset over the gulf. The pools and hottub was nice but are blocked and get no sun. The exercise room was above average. Security was present all the time, but they were there to "hastle" people not staying at the hotel, and were pleasant and fair to those staying at the hotel. Would stay here again, but with so many hotels on the beach I would consider other hotels to have the same type of rooms, which is elonged, a balcony oceanfront, kitchen, two bathrooms, washer & dryer and the front door overlooking the other side. We were overall pleased with our stay at the majestic beach towers. The room was cozy, but could use some updating(painting) the paint was rubbing off on several areas of the room. The water didn't seem to stay warm enough when taking a shower or filling the bath in order to relax using the jets on the tub. Brand new room. Very spacious with big kitchen, big living area with large windows for oceanview. Very nice!!!! Loved the location. convenient to everything. (Parking was directly across street in parking garage.) included free DVD rental in lobby. Has great poolside bar and cafe in lobby. Very happy with this hotel.
