This all suite hotel was wonderful. Plenty of seats in the room, and all of them comfortable (can't say that about many places). The televisions were nice and had multiple viewing options. The beds had comfort tops and the sheets were nice and snuggly. The tub was the only "okay" thing. The drain on mine didn't work, but that was the least of my worries. […] The kitchenette was fabulous, the refrigerator in great condition and everything seemed new. Definitely would recommend. The staff was great, I arrived late at night and needed a late check out the next day. I was in Sac just for the night to run the American River City Half Marathon. Both the night and the AM staff were awesome and very accommodating to my needs. Wish I could have stayed longer, room was spacious and clean. They allow pets. Pet stains on living room floor and mild pet odor leaves the impression of less cleanliness.

Free Breakfast excellent customer Service. Shopping Center just a walk away.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I have stayed in alot. The reception in the evening was great and the breakfast the one of the better ones. It was right accros from every kind of store or resturant you could need. The room itself is just like being at home. I know I will stay there again.

Great location! Close to resturants & shopping. Roomy suites. Never staying in regular rooms again!

Most important it was very affordable especially at Such a late date. The hotel had a home feel the food could have been better and the comfort of sitting in the dining area was not accommodating. But very pleased otherwise.

This is a nice place to stay very clean hotel staff very nice and is in a convenient location have stayed there twice now.

The hotel in itself was very nice howevery car's back window was smashed and a bunch of stuff stollen from it. Apparently the hotel has had a string of car robberies recently yet they still haven't hired security or cameras. We found out after our car was burguralized that these robberies had been occurring frequently. Location was totally convenient. Great shopping center nearby if you need anything. Evening happy hour food spread was the best I've seen, even better than my memory of Embassy Suites happy hour offerings. Really like a complete meal. And breakfast was awesome also. I have never been to Sacramento or stayed at a Staybridge hotel. I was nervous what to expect. It was awesome though. Very clean, the people that worked there were super nice. The area was super convenient to anything you'd need or want. My daughter and I were in town for a concert at the Arco Arena and it was only 5 minutes away. The breakfast in the […] morning was good too. I have traveled cross country numerous times and stayed at many hotels. I don't think you can top this one though. It was wonderful. We upgraded to a king suite at the front desk at check-in and I've never been happier with an impulse decision. Roomy, mini kitchen and a living area... plenty of space to spread out. The king bed was wonderfully comfortable. Will definitely choose Staybridge Suites in the future.

I am very pleased with this hotel. My room was impeccably clean and huge! I mean it had a kitchen. More than I needed, but for the price, I am very happy. I got the use the desk and living room for some quiet study hours, everything was very neat and clean. Nearby are a few restaurant chains and several shops to suit your shopping and dining needs and […] it was very close to my destination. The included breakfast was pretty good with quality coffee (strong!) and the staple waffle maker. I came to Sacramento to return something to a local store and had to make a reservation quickly online on my cellphone, so i chose this hotel based by other peoples ratings and i was not disappointed! the hotel was immaculate! clean! beautiful inside and outside! only 1 problem, i booked online and room was prepaid and did not know that the front desk […] had charged me again when i got to the hotel when they asked me for my credit card, but a quick call to them and it was fixed quickly! room was beautiful, i got a suite with queen bed, couch, kitchen, and desk too.. internet was included free which is most important to me.. as well as free parking! restaurants were really close as well as grocery stores and other stores too!! highly reccoment this hotel and this location in general! off truex and 80! in Sac! This is the third Staybridge that I've stayed in and they have all been nice. They are a great value. This one was good top to bottom. Great location!

I like the staff and the location. Lots of convenience, food, theatre, freeway. Pool and breakfast were great. Did not like that the daily room cleaning did not include bathroom cleaning or vacumning. Since this is a suite type hotel, this chain only does what they call "deep cleaning" once a week. Also, which was a big deal to me, the pillows were […] great for TV watching but way to big to sleep on. Unless you have a larger/ heavier head than normal. This was the best place that we have ever stayed at! The rooms were big, clean, and at a great price. The room service was wonderful as well as the free breakfast. They were very accommodating for my dog, we had to leave her in the room, worried that she would bark they said " No worries". My family LOVED this hotel. Check in was a breeze, even using a third party booking service (hotels.com). Our room was great, way better than we were expecting from a hotel in this price range. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with hot foods and cold foods. Waffles, eggs two ways, hashbrowns and gravy, on top of the pastries, oatmeal and cereals. […] The fountain machine was available all day long, and there was always hot coffee and ice water available in the lobby. The breakfast buffet also runs until 10:30am on the weekends, which is a lot later than most. The service staff was so accommodating at any time of the day, and went above and beyond their call of duty during a late night key malfunction (that was our fault). We'll stay here again. Stayed for business purposes. Very clean, great customer service at front desk, has all amenities would need for a business stay. Near many restaurants/retailers.

This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was not what we had expected from the chain. Our first stay in March, the key card would not work and when we tried to tell the desk person they would not believe us. Finally they had to go with us to the room and unlock with a master key. This stay the floors were stained, & when my wife got into the shower […] to wash her hair, she discovered there was no shampoo. I went to the house keeping and they told me there was no shampoo in the hotel at all. I had to leave the hotel & drive to a nearby convenience store to get shampoo. Great staff, very attentive. I had noisy neighbors one night and they changed my room right away. Very good breakfast and sundowners three week nights

Way better than expected. Very nice hotel. Close to freeway, but not so close it is loud. Great Buffett. Wish we had a few nights there instead of one.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and of the room itself. It was comfortable and very clean. They also offer a free hot buffet breakfast in the morning that does not end until 10:30 am. Like some other hotels in which you have to eat between 7 and 8 am. There are so many amenities in the area as well, restaurants, shopping, a movie […] theater. Yet the hotel is located away from traffic and noise. Check out was flawless as well and the price of the hotel is something to brag about. Next time I'm in the area, there is no other place I will stay! Lisätietoja

We had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was good. We like the location being close to the shops and the freeway. Me and my son like the fitness center. The coffee in the lobby was good too.

I will stay here again, very nice hotel for the price. Close to shopping, movies, fine dining, and the freeway. Nice neighborhood as well, felt very safe.

This was a great hotel. Our room was amazing!! The free breakfast was very good! I will be back again!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The reason I chose this hotel was because of the reviews. And wanted to let other people know they were 99% accurate. This was my experiance. It was clean, room was cuter than expected, lady in the front very nice, breakfast was not bad at all, shops and stores in walking distance, arena 5 min drive, right off the freeway, comfy BIG bed, nice tvs, cute […] kitchen (didn't use it but wanted to), good ac/heater, people were not loud it was quiet, I noticed the morning after a little store/snackbar in the hotel open 24hrs wich would have came in handy at 2am when I was hungry if I knew about it but I didn't read/look around(ice cream frozen pizza chips and more), I felt safe and usualy I annoy people by crindging at little things that discust me or I take my own blankets to hotels I didn't cridge once and used just one of my small blankets(just my comfort zone one). I will go back to stay here again....just 2 little downfalls wich didn't bother me much and I won't complain...were first ,no ventalation, because there's no fan in the rr/shower area so when it got steamy or my bf used the rr I couldn't open windows or turn fan on and second the house keepers wernt friendly but wernt super rude Lisätietoja

Went to see a show at the Arco Arena nearby and didnt want to drive all the way home. The hotel was an awesome deal, clean, comfortable with great service. I figured that I could live at this hotel 1000 dollars a month cheaper than living in my house, and they do your laundry!!!
