Comfort Suites Plano - Plano

This hotel had everything right...except the air conditioner! The bed was right next to the AC unit and one of us (me!) had an iced bottom, despite using covers. And the noise was too much. So we shut it off, peeled the covers and got through the night. This is a construction problem; definitely not a people problem. They scored high there!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and location was great. I enjoyed the breakfast.

We needed a quick and reasonable place to stay as our hot water heater was being repaired. This hotel was close to home, schools and work. Front office was very helpful and polite. Rate was good. Room was pleasant! Will stay here again if we have another me emergency!

Staff was very helpful! Rooms were clean and spacious. Will stay here again next time we're in Plano. Thanks for making our stay a pleasure!

Good breakfast and very comfortable. We will continue to stay here often.

I just returned from a 4 night stay, and am still thoroughly satisfied with my experience here. This is my 3rd stay since June 2011. The beds are wonderful - the breakfast is the best free hot/cold buffet I've found - always the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. I really can't say enough nice things about this hotel !! This is a new, clean hotel with the same cookie-cutter design of this chain and many others. It's not a complaint, just an observation. The entire hotel, including guest rooms, is clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast actually had eggs and sausage, in addition to the ubiquitous waffle maker. It is conveniently located on the north side of George […] Bush Pkwy, one exit east of US75 (Central Expressway). Several gas stations are close and many Plano restaurants are less than 2 miles away. The room was great. The hotel was also good. Breakfast was more than adequate. The indoor pool was closed and we had chosen the hotel with this feature in mind so were were disappointed. The desk clerk told us that the filters were messed up by the many kids who had visited the pool earlier that day. Hotel staff were curtious and helful. Rooms were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Continenetal style breakfast was good and area kept very clean. This is an excellent value and would stay again.

Very clean, very easy freeway access. I will stay here on all of my business trips to Plano TX

Just got back from Plano, Tx and I have to say that COmfort Suites was one of the most enjoyable hotels I have every stayed in! I was by myself (female) and never, not once, did I feel unsafe. They have an awesome breakfast bar and you can make your own Texas-shaped waffles! The friendly hotel clerks were like concierge service and printed out my boarding […] passes and google maps to area Shopping centers/restaurants. My room was very spacious with super high ceilings, and the (king size) mattress was super comfortable. I thought the layout was perfect for both fun and business. This hotel was very convenient, close to good restaurants and my business and had an incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Top that off with a free breakfast, the Wall Street journal, comfort and quiet -what more can you ask for at a good price.
