We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxed and comfortable, plus the staff were very helpful with directions of places to go.

room was clean and comfortable, window didn't seal properly so lots of traffic noise, disappointed with breakfast as no bacon for "full english", was asked to pay again as we were leaving even though payment was sorted through hotels.com

Poole train station didn't have cabs on my arrival at around 17:30. You could see the hotel from the station so I decided to walk. But the way is totally cumbersome; it took me over 40 minutes to get to the hotel, which is only a mile away. They checked me in to the 3rd floor with elevator out of order. The best they've done is to show where the stairs […] are. Toilet didn't flash in my room; to get internet you have to go all the way down to the reception to purchase a prepaid access. Next day my room wasn't cleaned; they left only bag with fresh towels. I had to leave hotel at 06:00 to get to my train to leave Poole. There was nobody at the counter; so I had to walk to the station with all my luggage. So this hotel is just one notch up from slipping on the train station. Lisätietoja

i have used the premier inn for the last 5 years now i will use holiday inn it was the best ever and my wife loved it she smokes first class

This Hotel stood out as a pillar of welcome, quality and value during our week touring the South West. In particular we enjoyed the modern style, the friendly welcome and the inclusive complimentary breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to check in earlier than I expected and reception were very helpful when I lost my keycard. Hotel is very convenient for the shops and theatre and I would definitely stay there again.

Liked this hotel a lot, the staff were v helpful & English!! Well mostly...they even found me some toothpaste as I had forgotten mine.

Nice hotel and a nice location but lots of things in our room were in need of attention. Tv only two viewable channels most of the time Extract fan not working Shower head would not stay on rail, fixed myself. Breakfast choice was limited, Although complimentary with the cost of the room it could have been better.

The location was beautiful you can walk to Poole Harbour, the double bed for the childeren was a sofabed that was tired and uncomfortable the mattrass has lots of stains it was 3 pillows pushed together so there were 3 gaps. In addition we had a smoking room and the smell in the hallway was disgusting, you could smell the smoke when you woke up in the […] morning, no idea why a hotel is providing smoking rooms to house children. The breakfast was disapointing with no bacon, ham, cheese , tomatoe or mushroom on offer. I never stayed in a hotel before when the staff have time in the morning to have a chat. overall not a good experience. Lisätietoja

Staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel clean and modern. A very enjoyable stay.

Always ticks the boxes having had stayed more than five weeks over the last two years at different times throughout the year. The position, facilities and most importantly the staff are excellent. Highly reccomended.

Good and quiet and the availablitiy of a very early breakfast makes it an ideal hotel if getting an early start

Das Holiday Inn Express in Pool liegt in Walking Distanc zum Pool Pier und zur Altstadt, zk 10 Minuten, relativ ruhig gelegen, und mit dem Wagen gut erreichbar. Frühstücks Buffet gut. Würde wider dort buchen.
