I stayed here for almost a week on vacation with my boyfriend. We liked our spacious room with a big fridge, microwave and a nice flatscreen TV. Everything was clean in the room and the hallways. The only part that wasn't spotless was the poolarea, we didn't really care about the pool anyways though! good except the kight on the hallway walls are to low. my son hit his head on one and needed 3 staples and a 5 hour ER visit, very inconvienent for a weekend getaway. they gave us extended check out hours but failed to make the room key work for that period and got locked out and had to get to desk to get key to work. towels in the pool work out area […] need to be constantly stocked i had to go to desk each time. maids need to know how noisy it is when they let doors just go as they enter and exit the bang is very loud for those not wanting to get up early. nice place nice location otherwise. This is a nice Holiday Inn in a reasonable location. The inside pool, hot tub and exercise room are nice. The rooms are nice. The staff is nice. Everything is…nice. Nothing is really exceptional, but then what more could I want when the price was also…nice.

we stayed here just for the weekend and will be back the staff was very friendly and helpful the location is perfect and quiet the indoor pool was beautiful and the rooms were huge and very clean must be a brand new hotel

This hotel was great. Everything was clean. Would tell anyone this is a GREAT Hotel. Would come here again.

Decent hotel that is maintained well and clean and moderately priced. Nothing fancy but served our purpose. we visited Busch Gardens and it was located fairly close and other attractions.

Built in 2006 according to front desk. Pros: Very modern, clean. Service good. Doorbell on hotel room door was a nice touch. Cons: Heard occupant above us running back and forth. Toilet flushing was heard through the night. Breakfast hours changed on New Years Eve but was not informed. Overall good quality for the price.

Excellent hotel for families - Positive -- It is new and fresh (although not fancy furnishings). The hotel is only a mile from Colonial Williamsburg visitor's center where you can park during day. The breakfast buffet and dinner menu is hearty and the servers and chef bend over backwards to keep customers happy. The pool is not long enough for laps […] but perfect for kids splashing about. Internet access in all rooms. Down side - No showers in pool area. Hard to find bag carts on arrival and departure. No concierge and no staff knowledge of First Night events. I chose this hotel for my family because of proximity to Colonial Williamsburg, price, and good rating. We were not at all disappointed -- the kids loved playing in the pool and hot tub, and the visitor center was about 1 mile away -- very convenient. Our room (basic) was very comfortable even though we were 3 adults (mother-in-law!) and 2 small kids, […] and the rate was very good compared to others in the area. The staff of this hotel were excellent and attentive. The Restaurant staff was exceptional going out of the way to accommodate. The hotel is new and in excellent condition, the Rooms, however, are a quite dark in decor. The theme is black with blue and brown accents. lol. The pictures have been brightened five-fold.

We love it and they serve very good food! Great happy hour specials and they even upgraded our room! Thanks, HI!

Stayed in a handicap room, which was much roomier than standard rooms. Very conveniently located to Williamsburg activities, resturants, etc. Pool was small but nice. My little girl and I went swimming most nights. Good place to stay, reasonably priced.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions to sites as well as good places to dine.

Excellent comfortable room, very convenient for Colonial Williamsburg

It was a nice visit to williamsburg, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. after having not such a good experience with our first hotel choice and cancelling reservation Holiday Inn & Suites were very accomodating. Would definitely return to this hotel knowing it is clean and comfortable.

It would be nice to have a breakfast to order rather than the buffet. We went next door for breakfast two days.

As can be seen from the numerical boxes, we give this hotel and outstanding rating. To begin with, the staff was extremely courteous and professional and allowed us an early check-in. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated close to Colonial Williamsburg and within easy driving distance to Jamestown and Yorktown, […] as well as proximate to area restaurants. WE were very happy with our stay. 1) The beds were comfortable 2) room was clean 3) staff was excellent 4)The breakfast buffet food and price was awesome I would reffer this hotel to any one and everyone . from bussiness trips to family vacations.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn for a three day weekend and the hotel was better than I expected. The rooms were clean and well put together. The TV was a little dated, but I didn't really watch TV much. The location was excellent. It was short drive to Colonial Williamsburg and downtown. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. A great hotel for the price. We had a one bedroom suite with 2 queens and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. Room was nicely furnished and very clean although it could have done with more lights. Hotel pool and Gym were adequate. Pool looked a bit cloudy but the kids said there was just quite a lot of chlorine in it. Gym had a multi wieghts machine, […] two treadmills and another peice of complicated kit! Breakfast was great, and although not included in the price, the kids ate free and so was still pretty good value. The buffet on Sat/Sun was superb with the added bonus of a proper chef being on hand to cook omeletes to order, Unfortunately it was back to a la carte on Monday so the choice was more limited but kids still ate free. Front desk was very friendly. Clean and modern room. The only issue was we got a room with double beds (I guess shacking up is frowned upon in the south??) but we didn't mind too much - king beds are too big to snuggle comfortably anyway ;-)

The bar/ restaurant was horrible. The food was pretty disgusting and the bar was completely unstocked. They even had empty bottles of alcohol in the bar, and the bartender said that the owner couldn't afford to stock the bar properly.

The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants and old town Williamsburg. The in house restaurant was convienent, but a little pricey for breakfast.

Very Convenient to historic Williamsburg. Nice staff and facility. Recommend the nearby restaurant, Food for Thought

Everyone was very nice. The adjusting thermostat on the AC was nice. The kids really enjoyed the door bell on the room.

I was surprised to find a medicine capsule on the counter when arriving thanks heaven we didn't have young children with us. The Hotel seemed to be darker and older then I expected. The bathroom could have been cleaner exspecially the floors.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff very friendly. Rooms very confortable and clean. Look just like in pictures on site. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.
