Olimme hotellin asiakkaina maaliskuussa 2012 1,5 viikkoa. Hotellissa tehtiin tuolloin pientä pintaremonttia, joka ei kuitenkaan haitannut asumistamme ollenkaan. Lastenallas ja tenniskenttä olivat pois käytöstä, ovia ja ulkoalueita maalattiin, eivät haitanneet menoa. Aamupala sisältyi hotellin hintaan ja aamiaisaika oli 8-11, joskus ovet avattiin myöhemmin (eräänä aamuna 9.05), mutta aamupala oli runsas ja syötävää. Huone oli siisti, joka päivä huone oli päiväsaikaan siivottu. Parveketta huoneessamme ei ollut, en tiedä oliko oikeastaan kenelläkään joilla oli merinäköala huoneesta? Yhtenä iltana pikkukeittiömme lattialla oli 3 torakkaa, muuten saimme olla rauhassa ötököiltä. Hissejä oli kolme (hotellissa oli yli 10 kerrosta) ja hissit olivat kovassa käytössä, ja siksipä ehkä melko hitaat. Allasalue oli siisti (paitsi yhtenä päivänä kun pari poikaa kantoi aamupalansa altaalle eivätkä korjanneet roskiaan pois...) Allasalueelta pääsi rannalle, mutta portti oli lukossa ja takaisin hotellialueelle pääsy oli siitä kiinni oliko allasalueella joku ystävällinen joka avasi portin. Allasalueella oli myös baari, josta sai juotavaa ja pientä purtavaakin päivisin. Hotellin alakerrassa oli pari pikkukauppaa, ja hinnat tietysti sen mukaiset. Seuraavaksi lähimpiin kauppoihin oli jonkin verran kävelymatkaa, bussilla tosin pääsi helposti ja halvalla mm. South Beachille ja toiseen suuntaan ostarille (Aventura Mall) ja halvempiin päivittäistavarakauppoihin. Alueella on paljon espanjankielisiä, mutta pärjäsimme myös englannin kielellä. Hotellissa oli ympärivuorokautinen vartijapäivystys. Auton sai vuokrattua hotellilla sijaitsevasta autonvuokraamosta. Ajo Miamissa oli melko vauhdikkaan näköistä, joten me tyydyimme ajelemaan bussilla edestakaisin :) Alakerrasta löytyi tourist-info, joka järjesti asiakkaita erilaisille retkille, halvemmalla kuin varsinaiset tour-paikat. ON THEY TOLD N MY RESERVATION I REQUESTED A PULL OUT SOFA WHEN WE GOT TO DESTINATION WAS TOLD NO PULL OUT SOFA. hOTELS.COM BOOKED THE RESERVATION AND ASSURED ME WE WOULD HAVE A PULL OUT SOFA SO OUR STAY WAS A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE

The location of the hotel could not have been better, the staff was some of the friendliest people I have encountered at a hotel, and they offered a complimentary breakfast in the morning that consisted of more than bread and butter. Would definitely stay here again!

"Misleading"
The location was misleading as to how far the stadium was from the hotel. I asked for a king size bed and I received a bed much smaller than an king. The water pressure was very low when showering.

The ladies in Guest Services were very freindly and helpful with directions. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were really nice and clean. The beds were big and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel. Staff is very nice, the rooms are very clean, and they serve a great complimentary breakfast. Had to stay there on 2 separate occasions, while work was being done on our house, and the kids absolutely loved the breakfast.

"Two small disappointments"
FirstThe vending machine was out of bottled water. I really wanted to hydrate. Second, there was no newspaper available in the a.m. - no paper outside my door and no extras at continental breakfast area. Silly, but two imporant items for me.

"Orange Bowl Trip"
We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Pembrooke during our visit to the Orange Bowl (Go Eers). Employees were helpful and cordial but most important the room was clean and comfortable and the property well maintained.
"H I Express Pembroke Pines - convenient local"
Breakfasts were very good although the dining area could get very crowded in the morning. Rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. Thermostat was set at 75F and could not be changed. Very quiet even though the hotel is very close to I75. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I would have given an awesome 5/5 for this great facility if it weren't for the noisiest air conditioning unit I've ever experienced. Looks like it was set at super- Hi and in the energy savings mode which cycled on and off every 15 minutes and kept me up most of the night. The breakfast buffet was one of thr best I've seen. "Was ok for the money you pay"
Recepcionist need little bit more training, she fail to ask all she needs on the first time and I have to come down twice to fill up check in papers.And all night long every hour an alarm clock or phone I am not sure witch one makes a quick sound and stops , so basically I did wake up every hour that night. Probally a prank from last customer....

I stayed two days and nights in July, 2011. The hotel is beautiful, fully renovated, good view, very clean and comfortable, very fine and extraordinarily friendly personnel, decent breakfast, beautiful pool area, great value for the price. No, I'm not a paid spokesman. I can't remember a better hotel stay. (And I usually dread Holiday Inns.)
"Convenient location"
We had traveled 8 hours to attend a concert in Miami. The hotel was located close enough to the stadium and was ready early so we could rest before a late night. We did not expect the extra area in the room with a couch but it worked out great and had all we needed and more. A restful, fun stay.

I didn't now about this hotel, requested one close to pembroke pines, Palacio came up too, a dump, threw it into the brand name which must at least stand for something and tunred out it did. Good Show.

The room was large with alot of space for four people. It was very clean and looked new. The breakfast was very good and we loved the pancake maker.

We visited Miami for the 6th Annual Jazz in the Gardens 3/18-3/20. Wondeful experience. The hotel was amazing, just like the pictures on the web site is what you get in the rooms. The tubs were huge service was wonderful. I love the seperate seating area.........I enjoyed the breakfast. I would have prefered bacon instead of sausage but it was still […] wonderful. "Great Hotel"
Overall great hotel! Nice staff very clean rooms comfortable beds! Check location first it is locate close to I-75 a drive to down to Fort Lauderdale and miami. Again great stay for the price.

We choose to stay here as our home base traveling each day to a different area, ie. Miami-South Beach, Little Havana, Florida Keys, Everglades. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Outside was well lit and felt very safe both inside and outside the hotel. We stayed on the 3rd floor and they have two working elevators which was very convenient. "Close to Sun Life Stadium"
Holiday Inn Express, Sheridan St., Miami. It's very easy to get to Sun Life Stadium for a football game. Although very busy for Monday Night Football, hotel staff was still very attentive. We were upgraded to a suite.

Nice hotel. I had only one complaint. The breakfast buffet run out of bacon. Waited 10 minutes for more bacon to arrive. Not a big deal if I was retired or on vacation.

Two years ago we were forced to stay at a terrible place because it was the only hotel nearby. Now that this Holiday Inn Express has opened, it actually became the highlight of this year's trip. "Great Hotel, hard to find entrance!"
My only complaint is that the hotel was so new my GPS couldn't find it and we ended up turning into a BMW dealership trying to get to it, but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

El hotel en general es bueno, esta bien ubicado si quieres ir de compras (Sawgras Mills queda a 15min), es un poco lejos de miami beach (45min). El desayuno no es muy bueno, le falta variedad; en cuanto la habitacion, es comoda, aunque deberian cambiar los colchones por que no son muy comodos
