I normally stay at another hotel close-by but there was no availability. The price that included breakfast lured me in for this stay but the customer service won me over & I plan to return. The decor was a little out dated but we loved the atmosphere & the location was extremely convenient.

Nice hotel... happy all the way around with this hotel, Polite staff, everything looked clean, great breakfast, even had a happy hour. Good restaurants near by

I booked this room for my elderly mother. She was very comfortable. She had a wonderful rest.My grandchildren took advantage of the pool. A good time was had by all.

Good location for business on the west end of Omaha...lots of choices for good restaurants, the hotel was nice, free appetizers and complimentary beer everynight.

The swimming pool steps were covered with brown baby "poop" ! First, we alerted the front desk to the problem. After 4 hours, we returned to the pool and the "poop" was now smeared on to the steps and throughout the pool area. We again alerted the staff. Three (3) days later the poop was still there. We never did take a dip in the 98 degree heat... If […] you do not eat fruit and love "frozen" mini donuts, you will just love the Free Breakfast. Not eating turned out to be a real plus...the toilets throughout the hotel did not work. We left the plunger in the room for the next guest...good luck with that. Lisätietoja

Good location to West Omaha - near 180th and Center. Staff was attentive, amenities were as advertised and a good value.

As with all Holiday Inns, this one ranks high on the list of places to stay when looking for consistency and reasonable prices.

The hotel was quiet and in an area with lots of stores and restaurants. The free breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel.

The location was near our intended business. The breakfast and happy hours were excellent. The staff was friendly and newness of the hotel made our stay better than expected. Give the holiday inn express Omaha west a try. You will not be dissapointed.

this hotel is great for business travel, its back of the path and a little hard to find. the staff was NOT great with directions or patient with non-business related issues. otherwise good hotel for price. if you are looking a hotel for other than business, i would try somewhere else, they seemed proud of the business aspect.

We stayed here for one night only, but we'll probably be back! The employees were friendly and helpful, the bed and pillows extremely comfortable, and breakfast was a pleasant surprise!! Great selection and quality. It's a very convenient location, with easy access to restaurants and shopping, and yet our room was quiet! Perfect combination.

We enjoyed the customer appreciation time. Our children are 12 and 15 but we do not leave them at a hotel without one of us. It was nice to go down stairs for a time to relax/enjoy as adults and know that we were just steps away if the children should need something. The young lady that was the "hostess" was delightful and attentive.

This hotel was conveniently located near to shopping and restaurants. The hot breakfast provided was good, and the staff was pleasant and went out of their way to be accommodating. If business called me to the area, I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This worked out great for us since it was close to our destination. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rooms were a little small, but worked fine.
