Very helpful hotel staff. This time stayed with my family. Will definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was my final stay after 6 weeks in Europe, having passed through 12 countries, and it was the best of all the places I stayed (and, amazingly, the cheapest, too!!!): the building itself is plain from the outside, but boasts an interior that is modern and very clean. Rooms are large by European standards, as are the […] bathrooms (& the beds enormous); rooms are tastefully decorated and offer a kind of elegant simplicity. The staff is very professional, immediately responsive, and helpful. Wireless internet is not available, but wired internet is & the hotel provides you with the necessary cable for in-room access. Although the surrounding area is not noteworthy—half neighborhood, half suburban business area—and the hotel isn't near the city center, there is a bus stop right outside the front door, as well as two metro stations within a pleasant 10 minute walk. From the hotel you can catch one bus that will take you all the way to Plaza del Sol in the city center & allow you to see a bit of Madrid; or hop on the metro and get there about as fast, with a change of trains or two. If you're coming from or going to the airport, Barcelo is unbeatable for location as it is just down the street from the train, which takes you to the airport non-stop. Lisätietoja

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The first 2 visits were great----no real problems. This time the AC did not work and it was hot outside and inside the room. The person on duty at the front desk told us that he would turn down the AC from the main switch but it would take awhile to cool off. Never cooled off. Then he wanted to move us to another […] room that was hotter than the first room and was blowing warm air. They should also have an optional summer blanket as the comforter is a synthetic heavy comforter that is only suitable for winter or a room with cold AC. We asked for a separate sheet to cover ourselves. Other than these 2 problems, the hotel is very nice and very close to the airport which is nice for those early flights out. I would still reccommend this hotel as it is nice and clean, easy in and easy out and a great value for the money---as long as they fix the AC which was not a problem 2 weeks ago when we stayed there. The hotel hallway was noisy at night. The air conditioning was not sufficient

Were a little worried on arrival as site is quite far removed from city centre, and looked more like an industrial site than residential / accommodation area. However a very good local bus service leaves from in front of the hotel and goes straight to the centre of town. Presentation, furnishings, and staff very good. Modern, immaculately clean, bright, comfortable hotel in the Northern part of Madrid. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The nearest subway station is a 7-minute walk away, and from there it's another half an hour by train to Puerta del Sol- Downtown Madrid. Estuvimos en este hotel durante un fin de semana y repetiríamos sin duda. La cama es enorme y el aseo bastante completo. Lo único malo es la zona en la que está situado ya que está en un polígono, aunque muy buena conexión si vais en coche. Cerca hay una parada de Metro Ligero y de Cercanías. Es casi perfecto! Muy recomendable!

A pesar de su ubicacion, para llegar al metro se camina alrededor de 10 minutos, es un buen hotel, muy comodo y las habitaciones higienicas . En general el hotel cumple con lo ofrecido. Lo recomiendo

LA HABITACION ERA PARA DOS PERSONAS Y SOLO NOS DEJARON UNA MAQUINILLA DE AFEITAR Y UN CEPILLO DE DIENTES VERGUENZA DEBE DARLES EN UN HOTEL DE TANTAS ESTRELLAS PERO YA SE SABE EN MADRID LAS ESTRELLAS VAN HASTA POR DEBAJO DEL ASFALTO

O hote é muito bom e o pessoal é muito prestativo. Está um pouco distante do centro, mas tem ônibus e metrô próximo.

Hotel localizado em um bairro residencial, com metro a 10-15 minutos de caminhada e onibus em frente.Muito limpo, agradavel e silencioso.Vale a pena.

地図で確認するとホテルの場所は、正直、プラド美術館など観光地から少し離れています。 しかし、観光地やショッピングエリア近くのソロ駅にはホテルの目の前からでているバス1本で行けます。 時間は30〜40分程かかりますが、始発終着駅なので英語が苦手。しかも、スペイン語がわからないわたしにはとても便利でした。 また、ホテルの部屋は広く、シャワーが壊れた際はスタッフの方がすぐに対応をしてくれました。

Noi eravamo a Madrid in 3 coppie per un week end di piacere .Lhotel molto carino,pulito con il personale addetto alla reception molto disponibile. L'unico lato negativo la lontananza dell'hotel dal centro .Per fortuna il servizio metro vicino alla struttuta è molto comodo

TRES BON HOTEL, PROPRE ET SURTOUT PROCHE AEROPORT. PERSONNEL TRES A L'ECOUTE ET TRES SERVIABLE. J'Y RETOURNERAI POUR UN PLUS LONG SEJOUR.

Un sitio perfecto si estas de pasada por Madrid...si te quedas varios dias no lo recomiendo ya que esta lejos del centro y no hay nada alrededor...
