"Hilton at Beaufort, SC"
Wish it was closer to the water! FANTASTIC chef, brunch was the best we'd had -- almost ever. Parking was a bit weird, but plentiful. Beds were adjustable! (firmness), that was cool. Beatle's tribute band played next door in the field one night, so that was a special treat! That's what we love about Beaufort, it's like that box of chocolates!

The front desk clerk very rude when we checked in. BAD first impression. Overall the property was well maintained and in a convenient location to our MARINE graduate. Other staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. First impression always to most lasting however... If you can overlook the staff, it was a great place to stay. Beautiful hotel, superb service, comfortable beds. We would defintely recommend and would certainly stay her again if returning to the Beaufort, SC area.

Hotel was too expensive for the services offered.
The staff were terrific - my bag was lost by the airline & I was there for 24 hours before I get it . Hotel clerk Sammantha was so pleasant & helpful !

We were going to our grandson's graduation at Parris Island. The front desk gave us excellent advice regarding getting there and timing.

The Concierge seemed to be overwhelmed upon checking-in and checking-out (just 1 person). She thought she had put another guest into our room. WHAT!!! I really felt bad for the gentleman on Friday for check - just way too much going on at the front desk for one person to handle. The A/C could not keep itself regulated (too hot/too cold) we were constantly […] changing the temp. The Hilton should have a clue that on Friday (Parris Island Graduation Day) everyone is checking out. HELLO???? Parris Island has a graduation almost every week - this should NOT be a surprise or catch anyone off guard - DUH! Here's an idea, since most of the guests are leaving @ o'dark thirty on Thursday and Friday get breakfast out earlier (before 6:00 am). Again, this is NOT rocket science folks - just good old common sense. TV was still on analog - I about fell over. I'm staying at a Hilton for goodness sakes, not slum dog motel. Your standard HGI. Very clean, comfortable. Convenient location. Good breakfast. Would recommend and have stayed at this location several times.
"Parris Island graduation"
We attended my son's graduation this past September and booked this hotel online. It was clean and the staff friendly. I can be pretty needy and they kept up with my needs and wants very handily. Should I ever need to go to Beaufort ever again I would definitely stay here.

Was dissatisfied with cleanliness of original room. Supervisor upgraded us to a suite for the same price which we were very happy with. Other family members had no complaints about their rooms.

Very comfortable beds. Found used drink containers in refrigerator when checking in, no big deal. Pool was a mess one morning but told cleaning person arrived at 0900. Good location. Disappointed no breakfast included in price.

Check in was great and Porshe made sure we had everythin we needed. Our first room had a musty smell and inquired about a change. Porshe came to the rescue one more time and made sure we were expedited immiediately to another room. Her level of concern for customer service and a positive customer experience should be commended.

We came in at about 6pm and the attention and service was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. We got up to our room and the room was comfortable and inviting. "Hilton Garden Inn in Beaufort"
The major problem was a person in the next room blaring their TV all night long. The bight manager attempted to get them to turn it off. The next morning the manager changed our room and we had a good night's sleep. They were reponsive to our request. It wasn't the hotel's fault.

Staff met us promptly and check in was quick and easy. Odd smell in hallway when we first arrived, but not in our room. Smell gone the next morning. Pillows were very uncomfortable but room was nice, clean and big enough for our needs. Close to Parris Island, which was the ultimate destination. Close to restaurants and limited shopping. Bed very uncomfortable when brought to staffs attention upon checkout we were told bed was adjustable yet no instructions were given at checking or in room. Staff was very defensive. Very poor customer relations

Great location to the beautiful town of Beaufort. Bed was wonderful and so comfortable
"Great hotel, but . . ."
We love visiting Beaufort every couple of months or so for a weekend get away. Of the non-resort/B&B places to stay, the Hilton Garden Inn is our favorite place to stay. The hotel is new and well-kept. The staff is very friendly, there's free internet, and room rates are often reasonable. Awesome Hotel. Clean, Comfy, Great Location. Too bad it was Jarhead night. It was like boot camp without a drill sargeant. Some big parties happening but all good. Those guy's deserve it.

"Needs Improvement"
Too much noise from room above us. When we complained the next moring, nothing was done about it.

Did not sleep much during the night. There was knocking on the floor above us most of the night. When we told the lady at the desk,nothing was done about it. For the amount we paid, no breakfast was included. We will not stay there again!
