This hotel is very close to SeaWorld and is near several other hotels of the same caliber. It is also within a 5-minute drive to several chain restaurants. Front desk staff was very friendly, and WiFi is free here. I thought the hotel was pricey compared to over Fairfield properties I have stayed at, but I guess we were paying for being close to the […] park. The room was about average in terms of comfort - clean, but nothing fancy. The included breakfast was pretty much a mess. The dining area is small and crowded, and the staff did not really keep it clean. All of the serving areas were littered with food crumbs and spilled liquids, and the tables were sticky with spilled juice and maple syrup. This hotel is in a great location if your heading to Sea World. This staff is kind and the complimentary breakfast is decent. However, the walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are saying and hallway noise as well. Arrived, greeted promply and very poilte. Room appeared very clean though bathroom wasn't. There were hairs in the shower and an old message showed up on the mirror after a hot shower- indicating lack of proper cleaning. A little lysol and windex goes a long way. Breakfast was CHAOS!. Great place ti stay if visiting Sea World; it's just 2 minutes away!! Room was clean and their wafers are the best!!! They even provide a shuttle to the park.

Employees at the front desk were extremely helpful, offering information & services that I didn't even think to inquire about. There is a free shuttle to and from Sea World and they even hold your luggage at the front desk for you so you can go even if you've already checked out. The room was a nice size. My husband called from our room to ask for an extra comforter and they guy at the front desk said they didn't have one but they had bedsheets and he told my husband to go downstairs and get it himself. Even 1 star hotels have room service. They complained that they didn't have enough staff but that's not our fault. This hotel by far has great customer service. From the time we walked in to the time we left they made my Seaworld trip easy and informative. Their offer you a shuttle that will take you to seaworld saves you $15 parking, they will take you five miles outside of seaworld if you choose to eat somewhere else besides inside the theme park. We had already […] had plan to dine with shamu but that was great that the driver offered that to us. The front desk did everything they could to get us all on the same shuttle for seaworld. Breakfast was the best part. You can make your own waffle in the shape of Texas, my nieces loved this and they also loved the way they taste :). Another great stay here. This is our favorite hotel for a San Antonio Seaworld family trip. Great location, helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms, and a decent breakfast for a good price. We'll be back next spring!

Great choice, very close to Seaworld, hotel provides shuttle to this location. Personnal was very friendly both Housekkeeping and Front Desk. Room was very clean and the hotel looks really nice. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

Everything was great except I had ants in the room. We had brought back food and sodas, my soda was on the nightstand in my room. I took a shower and when I went to bed, I saw hundreds of ants all over my cup of soda and nightstand. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.

We recently stayed a few nights at this hotel and it was wonderful. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly! And the shuttle service to Sea World was a huge bonus!!!!

Room was clean, didnt make it to the breakfast but it looked good. They have Texas shaped waffles. Pool is a decent size & was clean. They have a shuttle that takes you to Seaworld and picks you up! That is great beause seaworld charges an arm & a leg to park! Hotel staff were nice. Overall good place to stay!

We've stayed here a total of 3 times for our weekend trips to Seaworld from Houston.... and they never disappoint! We had 2 adults and 2 children and stayed in an extended king. The 2 separate areas for sleeping and seating was very nice. The rooms come equipped with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was big, the colors bright and the linens clean […] and comfy. The bed was comfortable and the pull out sofa wasn't bad either. The breakfast is a plus: scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, milk, oatmeal, and Jimmy Dean biscuits (sausage biscuit and bacon, egg and cheese biscuit). The shuttle is the best and one of the main reasons we love to stay here. We never have to wait long and they will take you to local businesses as well. As if there wasn't enough convinience provided, the hotel is located next to a convenience store that has tons of cold drinks and hot food along with gas and anything else you might need for that matter. Hotel is adequate for the price we paid. Breakfast included sausage, eggs, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt and cereal. We were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of this hotel. It is located right off the highway so it is very easy to find. It is also located within a mile of Sea World San Antonio which made it a very convenient place to stay. In addition, they offered shuttle service on the half hour to and from the park. It was a wonderful service and our driver was excellent. The rooms were very neat and clean. However, for the rate, I would have expected to see slightly larger rooms with more space to relax in at the end of the day. There were only two chairs in our room, one of which was a desk chair. The only table, to speak of, was the desk. The breakfast area, in our opinion, was a bit small for the size of this hotel. It offered limited seating and became congested quickly. There was only one waffle maker which was very popular. Both mornings we were there the line stretched out into the main lobby and the waiting time was quite lengthy. Overall a really nice hotel, clean, friendly service, comfortable rooms. As with ALL of the limited service hotels, the breakfast is just OK - not great. The coffee service was excellent and always plentiful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future. The staff was SUPERB!

This hotel is at a great location if your going to Sea World. They provide a shuttle to and from Sea World at no extra charge. There's a store next door for fuel and snacks. Also a five minute drive takes you to alot of different restaurants.

This was second time time we stayed at a Fairfield Inn and we have decided this will be our 1st choice whenever we travel-room was comfortable, breakfast was fulfilling, and personnel was courteous and always willing to make us more comfortable-

The hotel charge me for a movie, that I did not see, I was told that my card would be credit. But............ Watch, your credit card.

Hotel is nice and clean, staff are very polite. When I booked the hotel, it showed that breakfast was not included, but it turned out that it is provided which is a plus especially for family with kids. All in all the hotel was great. Very child friendly since so close to SeaWorld so amazingly quiet at night EXCEPT that our room was on the ground floor next to the swimming pool. The outside sound system played well after midnight. The A/C mostly drowned it out but..... and I was too tired to get up and complain.

Perfect hotel when you want to go to SeaWorld. My daughter already told us we have to stay there again because it was so fast to get back to the hotel. People are friendly. Breakfast is plenty but room to eat could be extended.

To begin this I had called directly to the hotel two times prior to even checking in and was greeted on both occasions with very friendly and helpful staff. Upon checkin, it was apparent to me that the gentleman checking me in was one of whom I had spoken to previously and he seemed to remember our conversation days prior about the shuttle to the park […] and the fact that we had already purchased parking passes for Seaworld. I found this very comforting. Even though he interacts with many guests he still seemed to remember our conversation. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience with this hotel and I will continue to stay here when I come to San Antonio regardless of what event I will be attending. We generally come to Seaworld or Fiesta Texas and we will be staying here from now on. I feel as if the staff and accomodations made me feel like I was at home without the stress. THANK YOU!!!!! Bright and clean overall hotel. We were always addressed by the staff when we met--breakfast, in the hallways. We will stay here again. Nice selection of breakfast food from boxed cereal to waffles to fresh fruit. Loved the shuttle service to Sea World.

This is a fantastic place to stay! We went for Sea World, had a complimentary shuttle that took us and also would take us to restaurants and so forth in the area. The breakfast was good. The hotel was great, it was about 20 minutes outside of town and from the AF Base, but right on the freeway and easy access to all the other highways. The hot breakfast was definitely a bonus. Hotel was great! Clean room and hotel, good continental breakfast. Didn't get to use the outdoor pool since it was so cold outside. Only reason I gave the convenience of hotel location a lower rating is because we were attending an event in the downtown/Riverwalk area, but the commute was just under 20 minutes and not that bad.
