the extended stay in mt pleasant was very nice. i enjoyed the windows that opened, also the little kitchenette. met our needs very nicely.

Wife and I here for a four day stay. Unfortunately our A/C condenser pan overflowed water down into the hotel office below our room. Maintenance quick to pull unit from room and replace it. We left the hotel for hours and when we returned we found that the replacement was not working. The room on West side and very hot. After just a little shuffling […] we were moved into another room with a working unit.. Kodo's to Leah for quick initiative. Thank you Leah!!!. This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we got there the girl at the counter was nice and gave us our room key got us all checked in and we went to our room. The first thing that hit was the smell, pretty musty. Then the worst part, there were smeared hand prints on the picture that was above the beds headboard. DISGUSTING!! […] The comforter was dirty and so I went to the front desk to ask for a new room. The lady that was I guess managing came to the room with a bottle of windex and said oh there thats better. So when I asked to move she said no the room was clean now. Then I heard her and another lady complaing about us. After pushing and pushing they finally moved us to a slightly less disgusting room. This experience was horrible stay anywhere but here. I have never paid this much a night for a hotel in South Carolina and been treated so poorly and stayed in such a disgusting place. Spend more and stay anywhere else but here. Lisätietoja

Our actual answer should really be yes AND no. The checkin process was great. Only thing was we ended up with the last room was the handicap accessible room. The room was clean and all but the space seemed very utilitarian and cold. The bathroom door opened out and was 4 feet wide. When it was open the entrance door would hit it when you came in. A […] regular room would have been nicer but the price was good and the staff and fire department were very friendly. The FD came in to attend to the burning smell from the elevator. Room was like a mini apt. Located across the bridge from Downtown Charleston.

Great value for all that you get. It is a great deal and helps to make a trip afforable with the kitchen. Great location

Clean, adequate, some noise but not more than any other hotel, excellent location, good for the price. Not luxurious but would go there again. Very close to Charleston.

The hotel was very easy to locate and convenient to places we wanted to visit. Surrounding area of hotel was clean and we just felt safe. Staff was very pleasant, we will be staying there again in the near future.

Very bland and basic for the price. Decent location but does not command the price. Room OK but the A\C didn't work half the time. Bed very uncomfortable, woke up 3 times due to bed and A/C not working. Got called at 11:08 AM to evacuate or be charged another day. never was asked how my stay was. The hotel was in a great location in that we were just across the harbor from downtown Charleston and just down the road from both Patriots Point and Isle of Palms. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved the area.

This hotel was perfectly adequate. Over my 5 night stay, I had everything I needed. I didn't spend much time there, so ambience wasn't that important to me, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. This was in a great location and was easy to get into Charleston. The only complaint I have is that the bed was too hard and not very comfortable.

Location does get any better. Room was fine for price paid.

The hotel was conviently located to major attraction,downtown Charleston and a short drive to the beach. Clean room and quiet!! Lots of local restaurants close...a drive to the known chain restaurants.

Good value for the room.

The hotels rooms had the convenience of a kitchenette, but little else. My bed was uncomfortable and the room smelled. The back entryway into the hotel also smelled and always had litter in it...mostly empty beer bottles and cans.
