Econo Lodge Inn And Suites New - New Braunfels

Fine except there needs to be bedrooms that allow smoking!!!! Throwing the smokers out in the weather is not good.

Staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. Room was clean and well stocked. I will stay with them again.

Very good value for what i paid. I was very comfortable. The only suggestion i have is that they could add a few more items to the breakfast. Such as bagels, more cereal choices and possibly some oatmeal.

Great location minutes from Gruene and from schlitterbahn

Service was excellent and very friendly. I plan to stay again in the future.

The Location of this Hotel and condition were excellent! Great price and service. The breakfast was not up to par with the rest of the hotel, but that isn’t a deal breaker for me. I overheard one of the hotel staff mention to another guest that the hotel was intended to be a "Comfort Suites" but they had to many of them in the area. So it became a "Econo […] Lodge". We stayed one night before the Chosen Marathon for Adoption. We had packet pick up the day before and needed to spend the night there. The hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well lit. The bed was comfortable. I fell asleep right away, which could also have been due to the great bath I had before bed to relax […] from a hard week. It was a great one night away. I would stay there again, and recommend it to others. I also liked that if I was staying longer, they had a minifridge and microwave in the room. No coffeepot in room. Breakfast closed at 9am even though it was a weekend. Door was locked and not even coffee was available anyway. The continental breakfast was very, very poor. The coffee was almost undrinkable and the waffle batter made horrible waffles. Extremely limited selection of fruit also

We came in just for one day and went to Schlitterbauhn. Found this hotel online and thought we would try it. It was great. Rooms and overall the Hotel were very clean and new. Good stay for the price. Friendly staff. Close to Schlitterbahn. Walls are thin, can hear everything going on in the other rooms and hall. Other than that it was okay.

This is a clean hotel and great value.

If all you want is a room and don't mind the location being in an area with old housing and some industry, then this one is nice enough. Don't plan on staying more then a night though.Price was a little high also for the neighborhood.

We had never stayed at an EconoLodge before booking this trip...so we were a little worried, but for NO REASON! The room was VERY clean, we liked the fact the toilet/shower were separate from the vanity area. We would've enjoyed some type of protein with the breakfast and one little waffle iron for a room full of people frustrated my husband. LOVED […] neighboring restaurant "Oma's House"...a little pricey, but well worth it...Oma's Pride & Chicken Schnitzel were recommended and we would go back there ANYTIME to get them again! YUM! dont be fooled by the online photos its a nice room and a nice hotel but all of the online photos were clearly gimicks or stages the pool is literrally something like 4 foot by 4 foot

Stayed the night after spending the day at Schlitterbaun. Staff was very friendly during the check in process. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to various restaurants for dinner after a long day in the sun and for breakfast.

Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. A relatively new hotel, so things were in pretty good shape. Breakfast bar was a little on the skimpy side, but frequently re-stocked by the staff. All in all, it was a decent value for a night passing through.

Our stay at the Econo Lodge Inn and Suites in New Braunfels was very pleasant. The room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The customer service was great and quick. The room was comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was great. Loved the waffle. Keep up the great work.

One of the newer hotels in New Braunfels. Great place to stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Would stay there again.

I am very surprised to see that this carries a 2 star rating. It seems like a brand new hotel, it is very clean, and looks to be family run. I was very surprised because the room was so clean.

the only thing i would change is that the next time i get a room i will make sure it is not next to the ice machine. other than that it was very very nice

Poor location behind Home Depot. New, Clean. Small parking lot if you had a trailer (i didn't). Quiet. Limited breakfast selection and area was small. Staff was friendly and helpful.

For Econolodge it was very new which is the only kind of Econolodge I will stay at! The counter guy was kinda creapy. Towels were also scratchy and small

We were just looking for a reasonable hotel for our family get together. This one definately was good value for the money.

With that said, I could have booked the same room at the Econolodge website for the same price and avoided the extra deposit that I had to put down because I used hotels.com to book the room.

good price, room was clean, mostly families staying there-no partiers or loud music. close to restaurants and shliterbahn.

Very clean. Perfect for our stay b/c we spent most of our time at Schlitterbahn. Pool is very tiny but we didn't care - we were there to enjoy New Braunfels!

We checked in late, chatted with the clerk a bit who gave us a choice of room location. Our room was nice, the refridgerator worked great, the shower was fine with good water pressure. The bed was clean, it seemed a bit hard, but we have a new soft one at home and we slept ok. Hotel was not real full, so quiet enough. Buen Hotel, buen precio y Limpio, desayuno muy pobre, porque a la hora que se acaba un producto se tardan en reponerlo y a la hora de hacerlo ponen muy poco alimento.
