Hotel was nice but some minor issues with policy. I was there for 3 nights 4 days and upon arriving was told my visit was not long enough for daily housekeeping but if i needed towels or toiletries to simply ask at front desk. When getting into my room there was only soap in the bathroom (no shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc.) Other than this the hotle […] was clean and the staff friendly. great location, nice area, quick and easy. friendly staff. heater filter needs to be changed and fresh fruit like an apple or banana would be preferred over a unhealthy cheap danish. half and half or milk, not powder for coffee.

- Staff is very rude and not ready to help - Internet connection is very poor - parking lot is always full - Lamps do not work - AC makes noise - Water tab hot give cold water and cold gives hot if you want to spoil anybody's mood then recommend this hotel

I used this hotel for a very short stay from early afternoon to very early the next morning. I wanted something inexpensive and walking distance to the airport. ONLY negative is that there is no one on duty overnight, thus no wake up call possible, but they did provide me with an alarm clock, which I did not trust. Clean and Cheap! Awesome!

Very enjoyable stay in freshly redecorated and refurnished room Dec 2011.

I found the hotel on the Internet as being the least expensive. It claims to have been redecorated, but not done completely. All the employees I saw were hispanic, so I felt somewhat out of place. They were all very nice, helpful, and pleasant. I will go back again, as the price was right, and convenient to everything.

The staff was awesome. They were very kind and helpful.

There is no cleaning service for a 3 day stay, no towels are delivered to the room, you go down to the lobby to pick them up and carry them back to your room. They have no wake-up calls. In the morning they offer coffee and pastry at the front desk. Yes, at the registration desk. The coffee is not good, and they only offer packets of dry creamer. The […] pastry is greasy and I suggest you pass on the continental breakfast. I think the continent they are referring to is a third world continent like Africa, it sure isn't Europe. Also, the police came in when I was getting my "continental breakfast" and asked to see the register of guests, and it was given to them. The Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The one and only problem I encountered was that they only have one luggage cart. When one of the other guests had it in their room for over an hour, I had to use a laundry card to get my things to the car when I checked out.

TV is about 20 years old. Its the old picture tube style and was only 21"

It was awesome we had everything we needed,the only thing that was missing was shampoo it was like going to my time share, everything was clean and there was iron with board and hair dryer dishes glasses just like home thank you I was very pleased X G

I loved the service provided to me. Staff was very courteous and friendly.

The location was convenient for me - close to John Wayne Airport and near the places I was visiting. However, the hotel is out dated! Everything is old and run down. The hallways had a terrible smell - as if the trash hadn't been taken out. I would never stay here again.

Stayed here 9/9/2011. This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel STINKS really badly. Everything wreaked of smoke. The lobby, the room, the bed, the sheets, the pillows .. everything. To top it off, the fire alarm went off at 2:45am. No fire .. just the alarm going off. No shampoo or conditioner, no AC or temperature control, and a relatively worn down place. It was functional and inexpensive, but certainly not a place I would recommend for a good stay.

It's not the greatest I have to say. But I love it here. It's our 4th year returning. The first year when we walked in I expected more and was kinda bummed. By morning my attitude had changed. The rooms are exactly what we needed... nice little kitchen, clean, pretty spacious and very accesiable to all of OC. I LOVE the girls at the front desk, sweet […] and very helpful. its uncomfortable it makes noise we can even hear from our next door the noise it makes,we oreginally boob a 2 bed none smoking by the time we check in we got 2 bed smoking we dont have a choice but to take it ,it was a bad experience and the kitchenette is not fully equipt we have to by our own pot and pans

I think its funny and kind of pathetic... I booked a room here before I read the reviews. All the reviews mentioned them giving a new room. My room had clearly not been cleaned since the last person left. We didnt really care. I called down to the desk just to ask if I could come down and get clean towels and soap. the response I got: "OK well were […] going to give you a new room, please come downstairs so we can exchange keys" The room they gave us was bigger and much cleaner. I would only go back because they are cheap for the area. I was not so completely dissatisfied that I wouldnt return. I chose this property for the price, but was underwhelmed nonetheless. The location is okay, and the exterior is nice, but inside it leaves much to be desired. My room was clean, but stank of Top Ramen.

The bed was older than god; The springs you could feel throughout the bed. No shampoo etc. Just a rotten stay. The closest restaurant was a Carls Jr.

Upon my landing in Orange County, I called the hotel and was put on hold twice during a heavy rain storm, when asked for directions the the hotel attendant could not provide me with directions and had to ask someone, and I was put on hold again. When I arrived at the hotel, the hallways and lobby reeked of cigaratte smoke, I was given my room that was […] to be a single bed studio, and it was a double bed room, when I went back to the desk I was told that someone chose to change my room due a corporate outing that weekend at the hotel, he changed my back and said he'll just tell the other person what he told me. The smoke was so bad in my room I couldnot stay thew first night and spent the night 30 miles away at my fathers. after my stay the next day I returned to my room that night and it had not been made up, the next morning upon leaving I asked if I could have my room made up I was told that that service is only for 7 days or longer, I asked if i could have clean towels, he said yes, but I had to bring the dirty towels down to him to get fresh towels, I looked under my bed and there was trash like empty soda bottles, a remote, and random wrappings from food. The TV's were small, there was no toiletries in the bathroom, like lotion, shampoo, and only one very small bar of soap that appeared to be old by the wrapper. This property was simply a good location for my purpose the next morning. For dinner and fun on the evening I arrived I took a wander in the direction suggested by the front desk, which included crossing multiple traffic lanes, but never did the area seem threatening - just too spread out!
