Extended Stay Deluxe West Palm Beach - Northpoint - West Palm Beach

I really would recommend Extended Stay Hotel to my friends and family. It was quiet and they had a nice exercise room. The room was supplied with all I needed for a weekend getaway. Thank you.

Stay was ok, only issues I had was hearing the side entry door closing anytine someone left or enetered and heard vacuuming in the hall at 5 am that woke me up.

Hotel was out of the way but good in every other respect. Staff were very good

Extended stay hotel was good. Meshall and Kenya at the front desk were excellent some of the other staff not at all helpful. Room was great, smelled a lil funny but once in there u get used to it sad to say..Full kitchen awesome, pullout couch was in need of a new mattress my kids complained nightly. I tried it and was pretty awful. The grill by the […] pool was a super awesome wonderful idea. Gotta get grilling tools n lighter from the front desk. Super close to Walmart which has a red box of DVDs so u can utilize the DVD player in the room. Overall, price amenities were all great. Especially because we got to bring our puppy on vacation wit us. Just $25 pet fee. Oh, rooms said smoking permitted but hotel says none. Lisätietoja

We only stayed one night and would not have stayed more. It was clean, free wifi and had a ktichenette which I was looking for that is why I give a 3. Although the pool was not heated and not attached to the hotel so you have to get out to the parking lot to go to the pool. I have two MAJOR complaints: The smell in the room was an overwelming perfume […] and gave me a terrible headache; it was way too much intense and I believe it was to cover up the fact that it used to be a smoking room as there was trace aof cigarette in the room. The hotel halls had the same smell a little less intense so I figured it would not help to change room. The other thing is the breakfast; on my reservation it said that the breakfast was included but I learned on the saturday morning when I went to pick-up it up that the breakfast was only Monday-Friday !!! We were vacationers there for 3 nights. Room was fine after they moved us due to malfunctioning TV. Location is convenient to Interstate and is in an office park. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient but not very interesting.

TV channels weren't coming through at all. There was no DVD player as stated in the hotels features. You have to pay extra to use the internet and then it is as slow as malasas. Complementary breakfast ain't really worth it.

For the price you cant beat it you get a little mini suite it's a good stay you could def do better but not for that price

The hotel is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Very easy to find and a Walmart is about five minutes drive away. The front desk agent was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us clear directions to the Mall and to City Place which was worth the trip. The room itself was clean spacious. This hotel Is ok for like a one or two night stay but hotel has no continental breakfast on weekends and the hotel is just old fashion....

The staff was amazing, the room quiet. And it is within walking distance of stores and places to eat. Had a great stay!

I stayed there for my Birthday and it was a nice hotel, very friendly staff..the bed was very comfy..will for sure stay here again

I was expecting a nice clean room with a small table, a sofa and a bed. Something that I could relax for a few days and feel like I was home. It was a basic room with a little kitchenette put in. The hotel smelled over-sprayed to cover bad odor everything was very low budget. Stains in the halls and the pool was terible. Have stayed in many great hotels through hotels .com for a similar price. Unfortunately this was not one of them.

They could not find my reservation for quite some time and it took 20 minutes to be checked in. I did miss an event because of that. However, the staff was very courteous during the delay and trying their best. The room was not high end but quite adequate and clean.

The location is 2 minutes from I(% and Walmart 5 minutes down the road. They need to update the rooms!! Bathroom was old fixtures with no hair dryer and shower was ok. Kitchenette was old and one burner didn't work on the stove!! All looked worn. there were no paper towels. ALSO no service (empty garbage etc.) only once a week!! NO daily maid service! […] If you stay for weekend (thurs- Mon) you need to exchange your towels at the desk!! Fire alarm went off at 3 Am with no intercom saying it was a false alarm after a few minutes!! My room smelled and i found out the ac was leaking onto carpet!! Lisätietoja

Much cheaper than other extended stay places in the area. Hotel inside was somewhat dated in colors and fabrics, but nothing terrible. Hallway on my floor was not airconditioned, so in a tropical storm was pretty bad. Room was good though. The pool was not in a very nice setting - didn't use.

This is a great spot to stay! We love having the kitchen & the space for our 10 month old to roam around. Can't beat the price. Just awesome!

We have been very pleASED at this hotel! We stay here every time we come down to WPB. I used to live down here, so we come down around once a month. The first time we tried to stay on Palm Beach island assuming it would be really nice, but it was horrible! So we came here because it was cheap and thought it was better than the one on Palm Beach! Overall our stay here was not good. We had a very smelly, stale room with terrible pillows. I hate when you wake up in the morning and the sheets come off the mattress, which is exactly what we experienced. There was really nothing great about this stay at all and we paid $80 which I think was way too high for what we got. I've stayed at much nicer […] places for only $50. very dirty, and alot farther then hotels said it was from the fair grounds.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful with accomodating my medical needs while we stayed at the hotel!

This hotel was what was expected for the price, but don't expect much in-house customer service--they are hard to find. No frills, but a decently clean room to sleep in.
