Very helpful staff, good recommendations for eating in the area, easy to navigate in an unknown area. Very impressed with the overall quality. Will try Hawthorne Suites again!

Lack of possibility to open window keeps cooking smells lasting a long time. Very dark in living-room area, no daylight.

I needed a location close to my family for convenience. This hotel was centrally located. Although close to the I-95, there was no traffic noise inside the room. The staff could not have been any more accomodating. I have already recommended this hotel to several others coming to the area!

Housekeeping responded too slowly to my requests. Found the servers at the breakfast buffet unfriendly and kind of rude.

A must in the WPB area. Great deal for a room that could easily be double in price. Great rooms, fitness center, and the free breakfast and social hour are an extra bonus. Will stay here on all future trips to WPB area!

a wonderful place to stay. i recommend it to any person or group of people who may want to get value for their $.everything from enviroment to inside to was neat. disfunctional internet service, though, they appologised over that. and promised to work on it, aside that, I tell you... go Harthorn. Was absolutely shocked by how luxurious the decor was in the hotel and our room. Have paid much more at other places for less quality. Although we didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast, the coffee was great. The bed linens were top quality and we had a great nights sleep on the comfy mattress. Although we reported the light by the bed not working and it was not fixed during our weekend stay, the room was cozy and comfortable and the light did not keep us from relaxing and reading. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Halls were quiet. So nice to have frig and eating ammenities in the room. Bathroom was luxurious.

Garmin GPS had trouble finding the street as it was not listed, but phone call to hotel provided excellent directions. Evidently the official address is off a large street not in Garmin database. We stay in WPB regularly and this is has become our regular hotel. This is by far the best deal for the money around here, unless you want the ambiance of a boutique hotel (in which case, go to Bradley Park Hotel, which we do in off season). Breakfast is free and fine as long as you don't expect more than a hotel breakfast, if you know what I mean. This was a very nice property. The room was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close to everything we needed.

I only stayed one night, but the bed was excellent, room very large; great bathroom (with good lighting and magnifying mirror). No complaints. Close enough to Convention Center and City Place, in a quiet location.

Hotel is adequate for someone on business that is not spending any time at the hotel. Facilities are minimal; very small pool, no bar, breakfast buffet is basic and the servers are not the most helpful individuals. The kitchen in the suites is a waste of space and usage; there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around for all budgets. A huge refrigerator […] in the room for what? If the suites were for an extended stay, maybe the kitchen will be useful, but for a couple days or a weekend stay, not needed. Also, the suite will be better served with a sofa bed in the "living room" area and a king size bed in the sleeping area. Hotel is located in such a way that there is nothing within walking distance.

Very pleasant, albeit unremarkable, stay. Nice service and accommodations. A bit removed from West Palm and the beach. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

This was a great set-up. We've always tried to stay closer to the soccer fields (5 miles)this hotel was 16, but not bad considering how much nicer it is than our previous hotel. Also, the management was very tolerant of the kids running rampant. Much appreciated.

Our one bedroom suite was the perfect size for the two of us. The room and meeting areas were attractive and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The airport and shopping were just minutes away.

wonderful staff and beautiful hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, onc of the nicest places I've stayed at. The rates were great, the staff was excellent and the rooms were gorgeous and very spacious. Already looking forward to next year's stay!

I come into town for business. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it is always TERRIFIC! I would recommend it to everyone!

I stayed here recently only for one night while attending a show at the Kravis performing arts center and I must say I wish I could've stayed longer. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at my room. It was gorgeous, very clean and well-maintained. And the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It was convenient to the Convention Center where we were attending the World Quilt Fest and close to many restaurants and City Place. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located by the airport and 95. There are many restaurant choices within 5 minutes, and City Place is practically around the corner. Front desk staff was very helpful and extremely nice, always a friendly greeting when you enter the hotel. Breakfast is included and is decent. The front desk staff was accomodating and wonderful. The room was much better than expected, especially for the price! I have already recommended this hotel to others and would certainly stay there again.

I loved my stay at this location! Room was extremely clean and was fully equipped for cooking and serving for four. The staff was the best! They were very nice and helped us locating different places and meeting several needs. Hot breakfast included. WOW! Loved my stay here!!!

We stayed in this hotel as a stopover to break the journey from Miami to Orlando. We had a great room, it was spacious with a sitting area, kitchenette and a large bedroom all tastefully decorated. As with most USA properties - no kettle for making tea!!. I genuinely had a wonderful experience staying at the Hawthorn Suites for 5 nights this past week. The front desk staff was lovely and always helpful. They even have a shuttle vehicle which cost me $15 for the whole 5 days, so that they could transport me to the conference I was attending on a daily basis. My room was perfect for my needs with a separate […] space for my portable office with reasonable, wifi for emails etc. The only comments of a negative sort that i'd offer are that the breakfast is not great. It could do with some attention to some more healthier options and a bigger choice. The wifi, though free wasn't great for an iPad to run off. Emails were fine, but anything too complicated (videos etc) were slow to buffer through. The pool is OK, but lacks in atmosphere due to it's location at the front door. We stayed for 2 nights after flying into Miami. Hotel was so wasy to find being right next to Junction 71 of the I 95. Room facilities were excellent and the complimentary breakfast was very good.

I was impressed with this hotel. Up to date and very high quality furnishings and decor. The staff was very personable and friendly. Will definitely stay there again. Wished we could have stayed longer just to use the entire suite facilities.

We needed a place to stay for a couple of days, and I decided to take a chance since Hawthorn Suites is part of Wyndham Hotels...and I do not regret it! Best hotel ever, kind people, excellent breakfast, super clean room, nice environment, comfortable rooms with soft beds and plenty of pillows, fully equipped kitchenette, Target is around the corner […] easy access from the highway. Accommodations were very nice. The breakfast was also satisfying. Would not hesitate to recommend to others and would be my choice if available in other locations.
