Hampton Inn Suites Fort Worth West I-30 - Fort Worth

We booked this hotel specifically for five people with a roll-away bed. When we arrived we asked for the rollaway but were told it would not fit in our room. They did provide blankets for one child to sleep on the floor, which worked, but I will be more hesitant to book Hampton Inn from now on. Everything, else, however, was great.

Very nice site with an outstanding free breakfast that was diverse and very tasty. The room had plenty of storage space and very comfortable bedding. The hotel location was exceptional; within 3 miles to Ft Worth Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Museum, and Ridgemar Mall. Clean and nice enough for the money. Decor was a little odd, but I didn't go there for a fancy room. Certainly a quiet place to rest.

I was very nicely surprised with the quality and amenities that came with such a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to book here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice location for us. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent! Only thing is that I would like to have them change the linens at least every other day. Not every 3 days!! They also need to vaccum the room daily!

The stay was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our only complaint was over crowded pool due to the hotel guests from another hotel coming over and using the pool.

The manager saw that I had lots of lighting boxes on my truck so he had me park under the front canopy so he could watch it. I was very appreciative and didn't even blink after going to sleep. Normally I worry about the material but not that night. Thanks

We chose this location, because it was convenient to where we needed to be in Ft. Worth. One of the great things about Hampton Inns (as opposed to most other mid-to-lower-end chains) is that you usually have a very good idea what you are going to get, whether you've ever visited that location before or not. This one was no exception. It is a pretty […] typical Hampton Inn, with the usual amenities (or lack thereof, depending upon whether your glass is half-empty or half-full), usual room configuration and level of cleanliness/service. I rate it "average" overall, because it is an average Hampton Inn, and I believe that Hampton generally maintains a higher standard than most of their direct competition. In other words, I would rate an "average" Hampton as still being superior to a "better than average" Holiday Inn Express, and I believe that Hampton maintains the highest level of consistency among locations of any chain in its class. As I said above, you almost always know what you are going to get at a Hampton, and to the extent that there are deviations from the standard, they are seldom significant and usually are a pleasant, rather than disappointing, deviation. This may be a little further to get to sights than some would like, but the hotel is well maintained, very clean and offers a really good hot breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and they try very hard to accomodate your needs. This is one of the very best properties in this class at which I have ever stayed.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, good location.

We like the location of this hotel for the activities we had planned on this trip to Fort Worth. One complaint is that our tub pan had a chip but there was no mold in it yet. Hopefully the hotel will fix it in the near future so it does not create a problem. Also since we stayed three nights our room did not get cleaned by the time we returned which […] was after 5:00 PM. This is too late to be still cleaning rooms. However, the hotel staff responded promptly with clean towels and did empty our trash. The room was cleaned the second day. I was only in town for one night for a business interview. Bed was comfortable, AC worked excellently (it was 106 degrees, so that was important), and the shower was hot and steamy with great pressure. Location seemed safe, noise was minimal to non-existent, and continental breakfast was impressive (starts at 6). The hotel was not in the ideal location. But the staff were friendly (especially the maintenance and breakfast attendants).

My sister & I stayed at your hotel. The day of our arrival my sister was wearing an expensive pair of shoes. She took them off and placed them by the bed. She didn't think of them again, because the outfits she wore for the rest of our stay didn't require the type of shoes she had on initially. So when she arrived home, she immediately realized that […] she didn't have them. She went through her bags & the vehicle we drove. No shoes. We called the hotel. They said they did not have them. I can't say enough about the place. Everything was perfect.

We loved staying here!! The breakfast is very good. Served a variety of stuff like cheese omlets, ham, sausage, breakfast pizza bagels and of course Danishes, cereal and milk and coffee. Swimming pool is inside which is a plus when u have small kids. Location is right down the road from the mall and a grocery store and many restraunts. There is even […] a putt putt across the road. This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and very nice. Convenient location right off I-30 and there was lots to choose from for breakfast. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Ft. Worth Convention Center and the great price offered by Hotels.com (less than half!). The condition of the facility was great, but the outstanding part was the responsiveness of the staff. I needed help in securing my personal property in my room. Logan (staff) made himself immediately available […] and assisted me in a timely manner. This gave me the peace of mind that I needed to focus on my conference and not worry about the room. Checked in and was upgraded to a suite. Breakfast was great. Close to shopping and food. Great service.

Great last minute deal. Attendent couldnt believe the price. Close to sports camp.

my daughter had a dance competition at Will Rogers Colliseum and we got back to the hotel room around 9 p.m. all was quiet and we were trying to go to sleep because she had to be at the competition the next morning at 8 am. But around 10 p.m. the doors started slamming and our neighbors started showering it sounded like 6 of them in a row were taking […] shower and shower, etc.. With much talking and conversation inbetween. Luckily, my daughter was able to sleep through it but I could not. They had a good breakfast but I prefer sleep over breakfast anyday. Lisätietoja

Beds were'nt comfortable and sqeaked. The room did not have a smoke alarm. I consider this an isolated incident, as we have stayed at other Hampton's before, with no issues.

The stay was great - the breakfast was superior!! Looking forward to my stay again in 2 weeks!
