Surprisingly (for France) the reception was open at 16h on Sunday. The room was on the 8th floor with a stunning view of Bordeaux. The room was spacious for three people, but with only one single bed, the other two advertised were in fact a sleeping sofa (that could be separated) for two people. The room had a microwave oven, dishwasher and enough plates, […] cutlery and pots for three people. We borrowed a hair-drier from reception but the room had no coffee-maker. The room smelled strongly of old tobacco smoke but was otherwise clean. The person at reception spoke good-enough English. Perfect location for our visit to the stadium to watch rugby. Very clean and the kitchen area very useful. Also in walking distance to centre of Bordeaux and if you don't want to walk the tram stop is just round the corner. You are sleeping on a pull out bed but this was very comfortable. Good value for money.

I am sorry I rated the service only 3, because everybody was absolutely perfect, except for the young lady who was working during the day time : she was neither helpful nor agreable, As for the rest, everything was OK (except that I did not know how to open the bed and I had to sleep on the sofa without any sheets on the first night : but I must admit […] I am not very good with that type of things) : a good cost-quality ratio for France, I suppose. "Good Value and as described"
Provides just what it states when booking - a compact apartment within easy reach of the city centre. It's 200m from the tram stop which is a 5 minute ride into central bordeaux or you can walk it in 15 to 20 minutes. We had a studio which had a pull out sofa bed as the bed as stated on the website. "Appart'city Bordeaux - go somewhere else"
The place was cheap, clean, but we didn't sleep on an actual bed. It was a folding couch. The shower handle was broken. Though the bathroom was huge, the shower was aweful. If you can, go somehwere else.

Best part about this hotel was the front desk service. After getting us set up in the room and giving us the scoop on parking the car he became a quick friend. This paid off as he pointed us in the direction of a great restaurant -- Cafe du Port. The room was not overwhelming in size but that was expected for the price point. Quite happy with hotel. AC is poor, but other than that it was a very good stay. Should have dish towels and cloths in the room as they likely lose towels on account of the exclusion. Definitely would recommend.

A nice spot, would be great for a stay of any length, pizza places and restaurants nearby. A comfortable walk to the center of the city. Just could not believe there was no a/c in the whole building, and seemed like it had been that way for a while.

We enjoyed our stay here -- great value for the money. The rooms had a kitchenette that had utensils and plates that we needed to prepare our meal. Location was decent near the tram line. Make sure you understand how the check in-out hours work or you may arrive without someone at the front desk.

Conveniently located, easy to find and close to a tram line into the city. Nearby boulanger does excellant breakfast for only 2,30 euros! Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and no other room was available. I will try them once more but if this happens again I will not use the hotel again.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice, especially because of the kitchenette and the big bathroom. The room smelled of smoke, when we specifically asked for a non-smoking room. Also the hallway lights were motion activated. These detectors were located close to the elevator, so when we left our room to the elevator it was done in […] the dark. ホテルの近くに、路面電車の駅があって、裏側にコンビニ的なお店もありました。ホテルまでは、空港からバスで三十分以内。ボルドーの中心迄も歩いて三、四十分くらい？朝ご飯もブッフェがあって、かなり快適に過ごせました。一つ注意点が、夜11時を過ぎるとフロントが閉まって、ホテルに入るのに、ロックナンバーを解除して、自分で入り口横の金庫から鍵を取り出さないといけないので、番号は必ず分かるようにしておいた方が良いです。

Me parece de vergüenza el engaño que sentimos al adquirir la estancia en el hotel (si se le puede llamar hotel) Appart'City Bordeaux Centre. Nos dijeron que estaba situado en el centro de la ciudad, MENTIRA, y encima las vistas nos daban al cementerio. Agréablement surpris par la propreté de la chambre, de la salle de bain agréable et de la kitchenette. Chambre petite mais bien conçue. Déçue par la qualité de la literie (le lit grince alors qu'avec ma fille, nous ne dépassons pas 60 kg à 2!). Accessibilité limitée aux handicaps!!! trottoir d'accueil encombré et marche dans l'entrée!

"Hôtel près de l'hôpital Pellegrin"
Il nous fallait un hôtel près de l'hôpital pellegrin pour un nuit...2 mins dans la voiture. on est arrivé tard après la fermeture de l'acceuil mais le person qui travaillait ce nuit là nous a appelé pour verifié qu'on avez les codes d'entré. Tres pro je trouvais. La chambre (grand studio) etais juste ce qui nous fallait. grans lit de 160cm, salle […] d'eau, salon avec canopé lit et tv, table et chaise, cusine....bref tous qui faut. Propre et correct pour le prix; bien situé par rapport au tramway qui vous mets à 10 mns du centre de Bordeaux. Petite cuisine bien équipée pour quelques jours tranquilles.

Un hotel où quand on rentre dans la chambre le lit est couvert d'autocollants de carambar pose des doutes sur la propreté. Rajoutez une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, une douche bouchée par les vieux poils (beurk!) qui n'a pas été débouchée (aveux de l'employée : ça fait un mois qu'on attend le plombier!) et une salle de petit déjeuner ridicule […] pour un hotel d'autant de chambres (moins d'une vingtaine de places pour une centaine de chambres!). Das ist eben Frankreich. Alles etwas kleiner als anderswo. Der Franzose braucht grundsätzlich wohl weniger Platz. Wenn das Schlafsofa ausgeklappt ist, ist der Raum voll. Ansonsten waren wir sowohl mit dem Zustand des Hotels, dem freundlichen Service und dem sonstigen Drumherum zufrieden.

Le séjour dans votre hotel a été gaché par une organisation catastrophique du petit dejeuner - local sous dimensionné - peu confortable- nous avons dejeuné avec la file d'attente à 50 cm de notre table - vous pouvez imaginer le plaisir de boire un café dans ces conditions-le prix est aussi très surévalué par rapport à la prestation -
Todo bien en el hotel, la única incomodidad, podría ser que es un sofá cama, no una cama como tal y ueno, que el espacio del cuarto, por tanto, es reducido, todo lo demás muy bien.
Je trouve le prix standard beaucoup trop cher pour cet hôtel. Cependant, si on accède à des prix remisé via leur site ou via d'autres sites, je recommande clairement cet hôtel.
