Follow the directional signs on the resort to Reflections for check-in. After-hours check-in is at Bay Point Residential Gate located off Delwood Beach Drive. Guests arriving after hours must contact the property in advance using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site.
Guests of Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Bay Point Resort have access to all amenities within the Bay Point Resort. While some amenities are within walking distance, a vehicle is recommended as transportation within the resort area is not included.

"CLEAN IT UP!!"
If they would CLEAN the rooms (and the grimey pool outside of the rooms) then it would be an AMAZING hotel... Other than it being EXTREMELY confusing to figure out where to check-in and our room and the pool being filthy, it would have been an incredible experience. And if the staff would have been more helpful...Seriously...offering a free cleaning […] the morning people are checking out (when check out is at 10am) is NOT an acceptable solution to the problem!! "As long as you don't expect a housekeeper, OK stay"
This hotel charges a fee for housekeeping to come to your room for a fee. There is one bar of soap, one shampoo bottle, one spare roll of toilet paper, one trashcan for the whole room. Don't ask for more or you will be charged for that, too. There is no ice bucket in the room because there is no ice machine. "Nice hotel but...."
The reception is not located where the rooms are. The rooms do not have a kitchen as I was expecting. There is no maid service. Towel exchange costs $5. There is no free internet access. It costs $10 per night. But the rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable and it was good value for money.

"Great Room for the Money"
Let me start by explaining that we are a couple that generally looks for a good deal because we spend very little time in our room. Here is what you should expect from this reservation: 1. There is no regular office, but the check in/out office is easy to find, the staff was very friendly and helped us find everything we could want to find around […] panama city beach. 2. The location is off the beaten path in a very upscale area. I would have been happier in the center of town, but still a 4 star rating because a 10 minute drive will get you just about everywhere you want to go. 3. It is a condo style room with no regular maid and you have to pay for towel service. I will add that there is a free washer and dryer and a large trash receptical not far from the room. The cleaning staff left many garbage bags in our trash can so it wasn't a big deal. 4. The room itself was excellent. Clean, very nicely furnished, comfortable, and very quiet. We had a small balcony to ourselves, but the description is wrong. There is no kitchen on anything but the villas. I was a little disappointed in this website because the description they put against the room said a kitchen. I will add that after reading reviews from other people, the light switches took about 2 minutes to figure out. There were no blown bulbs, the lamps are controlled by two sets of light switches. As long as one of the switches it on it will control the power outlets in the room. We turned them all on and then just turned the lights on and off by using the switches on the lamps. "Great Resort, beautiful rooms!"
When we arrived at the Resort, it was easy to get information about where we needed to check in, getting a map to the building we were assigned and finding our way there. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the buildings were well maintained and clean. We had access to any and all pools, but decided to use the one closest to our building. "beautiful grounds"
The air conditioner was loud and I don't know if it was working well. the room was nice and the resort was wonderful. for the price it was great. next time i will pay a little more and get a nicer room. it was like a dorm room with a small balcony. there were many pools and hot tubs, tennis and golf and the beach was across the street.
