The one thing the hot tube not working was not very cool paying the price for the stay all areas of the Hotel should be working and avalible.
"Nice Hotel"
This hotel is fairly new and very nice. The problem is the location which is a little difficult because of the one way street in front and a hidden back entrance. Once you find your way in it's OK - but a drive to get to restaurants and stores.

"Homewood Suites Mishap"
from start to finish our stay at this hotel was horrible! It's located near a refinery so be prepared to breathe that ugly refinery smell all day & night. Housekeeping appearred to be off the weekend we were there too so we had NO maid service. The breakfasts are a carb nightmare so don't expect much & you won't be disappointed. "Very much what we needed"
I stayed at the Homewood Suites with my family because of the lack of flowing water at our home less the 2 miles away and even though the week for us had been horrible the hotel staff was wonderful our children all three of them had come down with a stomach flu of some sort and the staff was there every minute to help bring clean linens or help with […] anything else we needed. Also breakfast was good My kids loved that you could make your own waffles and husband enjoyed the different coffee's on hand. It was very cold outside so we didnt get to use the pool but it looked nice and the hotel overall was very clean and the small shop at the front desk was very helpful. I will for sure stay here again and recommend anyone who needs a great quite night sleep with lots of helpful staff!!!! Lisätietoja
"Helpful and clean"
I had inadvertently booked the wrong type of room for our stay. The staff was more than gracious and helpful and let us change our booking through hotels.com (with the site's savings) to the type of room of room we had intended to book. The breakfast is delicious and has nutritious options and the happy hour meals in the evening (mon-thurs) were good. […] The pool and hot tub were very clean. estuve con mi familia el fin de semana, nos agrado mucho el hotel, la habitacion muy amplia estuvimos en la alberca, tambien muy agradable, limpia, el desayuno fue lo que no me gusto mucho, pero no por eso dejaria de ir nuevamente, yo lo recomiendo ampliamente
