The hotel was really peaceful and the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel locates a bit further out (300 m) of the "main street" from the beach front, so shops and restaurants are at 10 minutes walking distance. The beach is 50 m away, but swimming at that point is on your own risk - stinger and crocodile protected area with a net can be found just 800 m ahead. Pool area is nice and there are suitable pools for all ages.

Very affordable, located on the best beach (Palm cove) of the area, extremely helpfull staff! The hotel is not right on the beach but the walk is only 5 min and the hotel's pool area is very nice! I would definetely choose this hotel if I'm ever to travel travel there again! It's great for a couple, a family or single travellers as myself.

"So noisy"
We didn't have much time in Port Douglas, so we spent most of our time outside of the hotel. Anyway this experience would have been positive if I would not be awaken at 7 am by our room's neighbours. Our room had a door which divided us and our neighbours. Their children started to scream and cry sunday morning at 7, and even if I called the reception, […] nothing has been done. We had an 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor (which I think they upgraded us to) for our 1 night stay, which was spacious with cooking facilities. The room also had a patio and grassed courtyard to use. Would recommend staying for a longer period as everything is there for children or couples. It is a little out of town but a shuttle bus service […] is available for a fare if needed, but if you have a car this would be no problem. Would stay again if in Port Douglas. Lisätietoja

I first stayed at this hotel 18 years ago when it was owned by a different chain and unknown to me had actually booked the same hotel this time around! I found the rooms spacious, everything we needed and practical for our 6 nights stay. There are better options closer to the town centre if you just want to wander out your front door and down the main […] shopping precinct. Our holiday was a family holiday with a 5 year old and we had our own vehicle for the 5 minute drive to and from Port Douglas and to explore surrounding areas. The staff were friendly and extended themselves to help me when required. I had to drag my daughter away from the pool area everytime we went for a swim - she loved the pool area. We did not eat in as the many different eating places of Port Douglas appealed more. If the in house restaurant was devoted to more main stream a la carte or buffet type practical meals I would say they would do very well. I would overall best describe it as an upmarket Motel/apartment type accomodation suitable for families or even couples, but own transport will make it much more enjoyable. Lisätietoja
"Rydges Sabaya, nice resort"
We stayed in a 2 bedroom fully contained garden veiw suite. It was a really nice, although a little more care with cleaning would have been better. Unfortunately, due to lots of rain we didn't get full use of resort facilites, but they looked great. Resort is a little way from the centre of town, we had a hire car so it did not bother us at all. 部屋は程良い広さで冷蔵庫、ポットもあり利便性もグッド。プール、フィットネス、ビーチウォーキング、ポートダグラス市街での食事も楽々。静かな余暇を過ごすには最適なロケーションとホテル環境。 日本語のホテルガイドがあれば誰でも宿泊できる。（実は5年前に同ホテルに泊まっていた。名前は違うけど。 満足度は変わらず。 唯一の難点は洗ったシーツに砂が付いていてざらついていたこと。大したことはないけど。
