Air conditioning didn't work. No coffee available in lobby after close of breakfast.

The front desk doesn't care. poor customer service.

person in the reception was very helpful and polite, he was fast to give us our room and directions to it, the room was very accessible by stars and elevator. the room was clean and very comfortable, the next day they were prompt to clean it nicely and early. I will go back to this hotel and will recomend it to my friends and family.

While I was extremely pleased with the room, and service we received while staying at the motel, I was extremely dissatisfied with the "continental" breakfast. The food choices were limited, and the waffle batter tasted horrible.

The gentleman at the front desk was helpful beyond words. He went out of his way on several ocassions for us. That being said. the blankets had multiple burn stains all over them, the jacuzzi was broken, and they double booked our room so we had to stay in a"suite" that only had 1 bed and a pull out couch that was about 4 feet wide to sleep 4 people. […] I gave high marks but only because of the person that was there for us 16 hours a day, every day of the 5 nights we stayed there. The hotel was great with nice updates.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't get connecting rooms and for the price, I think they are to high for it's poor quality.

It was a clean room and close to a market, stores, eateries. Not to far from knotts berry farm or even disneyland. Good price. Just not so private. They were constantly walking by the room looking through the window or if the door was open Looking in as they passed by and right when 11 hit they called to have you out of there then started opening all […] the doors to the rooms. Quiet and safe, noise level low, had a good experience there, would recommend it to everyone.

It wasn't anything fancy, but the room was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The price was really good considering we had to find something for the convention last minute. New hotel but dirty...

We were pleasantly suprised with this stay. Would stay again. I was hesitant when I reserved the room, since pictures can be decieving, but it was very pleasant. Clean, easy to find, nice beds, overall very nice. Biggest complaint would be what they call breakfast. Not much to choose from, waffle batter was watery and tasted strange. Very small pool. Terrible breakfast selections, not even worth advertising that they have continental breakfast. No healthy options there at all. Dining room small, crammed, no AC, not very clean. I was very dissapointed. I think the price per night is way too high for this kind of hotel and service.

The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. The hot tub wasn't working...as cold as the pool for all 3 days we were there. They only had regular coffee, no decaf and the syrup jar was broken so one had to be creative while using this. The breakfast was very scarce, 2 dry cereals, no hot food. the vending machienes ate my money and when i talked to the management they charged me for a water bottle... beds were comfortable but staff was unfriendly. not located close enough to disneyland... about 15 minutes away. would not stay here again.

The room was OK. Nothing special, nothing horrid. The heater / AC unit doesn't have a setting to keep the fan on low all night. We like that for white noise and to mask the significant amount of road noise from the main road. The included breakfast (which is why we selected this one) was one of the worst I've experienced. The choices were of food were: cereal - Cheerios and bran flakes white or wheat toast some tasteless pastry There was a single sad looking orange in the fruit bowl on 1 day and nothing in it the other two. the hotel room has bad odor and it is very bothersome. you can not sleep good with odor bothering you.

The front desk person came and knocked on our door at 10:45 AM asking us to check out. Check out is not posted until 11:00 AM and I was still trying to finish dressing which made me very upset. Also the breakfast sucked. Do not recommend at all!

The hotel was in the right spot, just blocks away from my sisters and parents. Breakfast was as expected, just a little carb heavy. Too bad the waffle iron stuck so much. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I'm sure I'll stay here again as the location and price is very good for a family visit.

Is the first time I have been in Quality Inn. I do not know why I never tried it. But now I will look for them. I'm very satisfy for the price and the quiality. Thanks

this hote was clean had good sevice and everything i needed in the room (micr wave and fridge). was within walking distance to major stores and resteraunts.

Clean , nice staff, great breakfast , late check in, close to disneyland , knotts and a nice pool

The only drawback to this hotel that bothered me was the "continental breakfast" they offered. They had cold cereal and packaged pastries. If that's all they want to offer, at least get the good cold cereal, not the bottom-shelf stuff you get at the local supermarket. On top of that, the milk they had was sour. One taste of my cereal, and I decided […] to go down the block to pay for something I could eat. WONDERFUL UPGRADES TO THE ROOM VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND.

My family and I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites Cypress hotel in Los Angeles. The rooms are newly remodeled and tastefully decorated. We stayed on the top floor and the hotel wasn't crowded so it almost felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. The walls are thick, we couldn't hear any noise. The only down side to staying on the top is it […] gets a bit warm to leave the windows open so we had to use the air conditioning, which worked well. The hotel room was very clean and the beds comfortable, though the pillows were incredibly soft for us. I suppose it's individual preference really, but if you like firm pillows, bring your own! It had a nice fridge and microwave. The complimentary continental breakfast wasn't that great - just the basics, juice, milk, cereal, muffins, some old looking pastries and toast. We bought our own breakfast. The outdoor pool is small and not heated but the kids enjoyed it anyway. The hot tub was actually cooler than the pool but not really important to us. Location is excellent and price way better than surrounding hotels I looked at. 5 mins from Knotts, 10 from Disney and Long Beach Airport. Numerous eateries, grocery, pharmacies, gas, all either next to or within walking distance. Free ample parking. Not a seedy part of L.A. either. Management was friendly. Brand new hotel very comfortable & clean.

the location to the event that I went to was great,but the towels were not replaced as they were used, and the swimming pool had cigarett butts flooting in it.the hot tub was just plain dirty.I won't stay there again.
