The facility is very nice. The only complaint is that we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around their room. $10 for breakfast seemed a little out of touch as well.

Nice hotel! Only minutes away from downtown Charleston so easy to get to all the sights without having to pay the high prices to stay right in downtown. Only negative was construction in the area on HWY 17 but that isn't hotel's fault! Room was nice and staff was very friendly!

"Stay away from elevators!"
This hotel was very nice, but my room was directly across from the elevator. I was disturbed at all hours by the dinging of the elevator and the voices of the guests. The walls did not mask any noise. I did not get much sleep, and I was very disappointed at how noisy the room was.

The hotel in Mt. Pleasant SC is in an excellent location and easy to get to from all directions, very clean and the staff very friendly....only thing is when my wife and I arrived the TV was not working and the staff immediately took care of the problem...GREAT Customer Service.....will stay again.

I am typically very critical of hotels & expect the best in services. This hotel was extremely clean. The front desk clerk was hospitable. "Nice hotel - not worth what I paid, however"
Hotel was very nice, but not worth what I paid. However, I imagine that was comparable to other hotels in the Mt. Pleasant area. I could have stayed in North Charleston for about 1/2 the rate, but I chose to stay in Mt. Pleasant. Close to many restaurants and shopping venues. Bed was comfortable, which is a major plus for me. "Great facility; nice area"
This hotel is not far from Patriot's Point in Mt Pleasant. There are hotels closer to downtown Charleston and to Patriot's Point, but this faciliy is worth the few extra minutes that you must drive. The only thing I was disappointed about was that there was no room service. Due the the holidays the restaurant was closed. If I had known this I wouldn't have stayed in this hotel at all. "Nice Place for Price"
This place is not a 5 star hotel but it is very nice. Flat screen HD TV with HD channels in the room. Blackout curtains keep ALL light out. Very comfortable King bed with down pillows. Room is a little small bathroom is larger. Everything was clean. Had a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Room temp was 66 when we got in there. Pool area was very […] nice. Ice machines were fast and full. Complimentary washers and dryers. Exercise room was one of the nicer ones I have seen. If I had one complaint it would be there was no fan in the bathroom. "Girls weekend in Mt Pleasant, SC"
We arrived at the hotel late on Friday night after shopping at the Tanger Outlets, we were all very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the hotel was. The room was very nice, clean, the bathroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable. "Mt. Pleasant -Marriott"
Very nice hotel with a great location. The hotel staff was very friendly. I only had two small minor complaints. The walls are very thin so you are going to hear noise. "Great Place - Why pay more?"
Why stay in Charleston and pay 200% more? This hotel has larger rooms and is only 13 mins away from downtown Charleston. Great place with clean rooms, a nice pool w/ firepit, and good bar. Highly recommended.
"Great location and an outstanding hotel"
I really liked this hotel... it's location...the employees etc! My room was extremely clean and on the first floor as I asked for.The PC connection in my room did not work and after a few attempts to correct it.... I was given the excact room next door and a complimentary drink. I would definintly recommend this hotel.

My room was just across the hall from the elevator and we heard the elevator bell each time it arrived on our floor. Didn't' enjoy this much. Perhaps this room should be reserved for reduced rate stays. GailB

"Great stay"
Great stay for a weekend, saw a concert at the windjammer which is in the Isle of Palms. Only complaint was that the walls were a bit thin and the room above was very loud even when walking. Would recommend to friends and family for a weekend trip to Isle of Palms or Charleston.
