Lähellä rantaa kaupungissa Albufeira sijaitseva Hotel Colina do Mar on lähellä kohteita Albufeiran vanha kaupunginaukio, Praia dos Pescadores ja Albufeiran venesatama. Lähistöllä ovat myös Aveiros ja Arrifes.

Olin tyytyväinen hotellihuoneistoon ja varustelutasoon. Halusin tilavan huoneiston ja hyvätasoisen keittiön sekä lämmityksen ja sellaiset sainkin. Matalan sesongin aikana hotelli oli myös hyvin rauhallinen. Lähellä oli sopivasti palveluita, ja vaikka bussit Albufeiraan kulkivat melko harvoin, se ei haitannut. Vilkasta yöelämää ja katuelämää tai runsaita ostosmahdollisuuksia kaipaavalle hotelli ei sopisi, mutta rauhaa ja upean rannan läheisyyttä arvostavalle sen sijaan erinomaisesti.

Hotelli oli positiivinen yllätys - kunnostettu, puhdas- erottui ympäristössä edukseen. Sijainti keskeinen. Ystävällinen palvelu, englantikin luonnisti.

Hotellihuone oli hyvänkokoinen ja ihan hyvin sisustettu. Sängyt olivat kohvahkot verrattuna siihen mihin olemme tottuneet. Koska käyntimme oli sesongin ulkopuolella ymmärrettävästi palveluita oli vähemmän ja olimmekin melkein ainoita asukkaita hotellissa, joten rauhallista oli. Netin käyttö onnistui mutkattomasti hotelli tilavassa ja hienossa aulassa. Olisimme tosin toivoneet yhteyttä myös huoneeseen. Allasalueet eivät olleet käytössä, mutta tuskin niitä olisimme tarvinneetkaan. Matka merenrantaan oli ihan kohtuullinen n. 600 metriä. Lämmintä vettä oli käytettävissä rajallisesti, mutta hyvällä organisoinnilla sekin onnistuu ilman ongelmia. Ainut negatiivinen puoli oli, että keittiövarustus oli heikonlainen. Esim. tiskiharjaa, luuttua tai tiskiainetta ei ollut lainkaan. Ruokailuvälineitä oli niukasti. Sijainti ei ole ihan paras mahdollinen, mutta taksi oli helposti saatavilla ja edullinen. Kaikenkaikkiaan mukava ja rauhallinen hotelli.

Good value for money (was one of the cheapest available 3 star hotels when I was booking). Staff is friendly but I understand that somebody could be offended because sometimes they were a bit funny. Spacious room and nice bathroom with hair dryer. Breakfast was ok but don't expect any full continental buffet.. TV had some english channels including […] Discovery, cnn, bbc, and hollywood movie channel. Location is excellent, right next to old town center but it is still on a quiet side street. Also easy access to beach. I didn't use the pool area on the roof but the pool looked a bit dirty having sand at the bottom and it was quite small. Lisätietoja

"Great location for the old town"
This is our second stay as the location is perfect, there is parking outside, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the price is very low. However, the rooms have deterioated even more than 2 years ago and the damp smell is strong. We had to move rooms due to the damp and the second room wasn't a lot better. "WARNING, NOT FOR DISABLED!"
This hotel is on a VERY steep hill, fairly basic hotel but very clean and pleasant staff, the breakfast is very basic (continental style) but adequate apart from the discusting cordial that was given out in place of fresh orange each day and unfortunately the owner would rather make excuses to me for 30 minutes instead of addressing the issue in a country […] that has about a million tons of oranges rotting on the ground, after many more days of complaining he did change it to carton orange with lots of added sugar, also the tv in the room worked on only 2 channels and there was no free bottled water or tea and coffee in rooms as promised. My wife and I chose this hotel based on price and locality to the bars in the Old Town. The staff were friendly and the room was spotless. For the price it was a great little find!

Great Location!!! But very basic...You pay for what you get...No balcony!!And theres new appartments being built oppisite the hotel whch was a bit noisey!Breakfast was very basic(TEA COFFEE TOAST HAM CHEESE TOMATOES CUCUMBER BOILED EGGS ORANGE JUICE WATER)We were put into a room wer there was a very bad smell and a smell of damp!!so we got changed to […] a different room...Over all wud stay again for the money but just for a few days again. "Great room/location for the money"
My husband and I booked this room not expecting much given the price we paid. The hotel, however, exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very close to the beach, and a very nice one at that, and to the small downtown area of Albufeira. This area has many restaurants and bars and the hotel is even with a taxi drive to "the Strip", another restaurant/bar […] area. The pool is very well-kept and is on the roof, which has a spectacular view of the city and beach. Overall, I was very happy with the accommodations and would stay there again! Lisätietoja
"Good enough hotel in good location"
Average 3 star hotel with a pool on the top. Breakfast was OK, not too rich but had all the basics. Staff was helpful, especially if you make an attempt to speak Portuguese.

Hotellets läge i gamla stadskärnan är överlägsen. Mitt i prick, nära till allt. Lugnt och trevligt. Tur man inte valde nya delen av Albufeira.

Más que un hotel yo diría que es una pensión. Está bien situado, cerca del centro y de la playa, aunque en una ligera cuesta. Las camas eran cómodas pero la habitación olia a humedad, alguna mañana las ventanas estaban empapadas por dentro y el techo del baño casi era mas negro que blanco. No ofrecía muchos de los servicios que anunciaban, como la wifi […] (parece ser que no funcionaba aunque si habia en recepcion un ordenador con conexion a internet que se podia usar sin coste), la botella de agua, o el servicio de bar (el bar estaba pero creo que fuera de servicio permanentemente. De todas formas aceptable para el precio pagado (poco más de 20 euros / noche la habitacion doble), asiq ue no me importaría repetir si volviera a Albufeira (localidad muy orientada al turismo inglés, dicho sea de paso) Lisätietoja

ældre og lidt slidt hotel, men rent. værelserne er fine med tv, dog manglede en balkon. fin lille terrasse på taget med pool men det blæste så det var lidt koldt ind i mellem på nuværende tidspunkt men man ku godt ligge der og sikkert skønt til sommer med lidt vind. morgen maden var enkel men helt fin. hotellet ligger perfekt. mindre end 5 min er du […] på stranden el midt i den gamle bydel. hotellet er rigtig fint til prisen og vi vil klart anbefale det pga beliggenheden og den billige pris. "Et fund til prisen"
Dejligt hotel, tæt på centrum i Albufeira. Dette mindre hotel ligger kun 5 min. gang fra det absolutte centrum med alverdens spisesteder. Alligevel hører man ikke støj fra nattelivet. Værelserne er af fin standard - fantastisk rart med et køleskab på værelset. Rengøringen yderst tilfredsstillende. Tagterrassen med pool er fantastisk med udsigt til havet […] og fiskernes strand. Vi fik ikke morgenmad - købte lidt smør, ost og brød og fik det på værelset, hvor der desuden er mulighed for at lave kaffe. Rigtigt rart sted, hvortil vi helt sikkert kommer tilbage. Lisätietoja

"dejligt hoetl"
Hotellet ligger i ganske rolige omgivelser - kun i ganske kort gåafstand til centrum samt strand. Gratisk internet på hotellet. Dejligt med køleskab på værelset. Fin service og ganske glimrende morgenmad. Stedet kan kun anbefales.

Mysigt litet hotell i den gamla delen av staden. Lugnt läge med mysig pool på taket med utsikt över staden och havet. Frukostbuffèn var bra men frukostrummet kunde gjorts lite mysigare. Personalen var trevlig! Städningen var mycket bra men sängarna gav oss tyvärr ryggont.

"Een Goed hotel"
Een goeie prijs /kwaliteit verhouding, lekker dicht bij het centrum, kamers netjes en schoon beetje gedateerd, Het hotel wordt gerund door drie mensen die altijd wel voor je klaar staan . Ontbijt is voldoende en goed, De ontbijtzaal niet echt gezellig geen ramen . Dit hotel gaan we zeker weer boeken als we in portugal zijn

Descent hotel with great breakfast buffet. In the city center so 300mts from beach. Great prices.Great view from roof terrace and swimming pool. Room with single beds for the rest all ok.

"Zentrale Lage aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen"
Wir waren mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eines 3*Sterne Hotels sehr zufrieden.Bedienung war freundlich, Frühstück war fast immer ausreichend, tägliche Zimmersäuberung bzw. Handtuchwechsel - etwas hellhöriges Hotel. Lage des Hotels war sehr reizvoll, da man vom ausgelassenen abendlich/ mitternächtlichen Trubel nur 70m entfernt war und trotzdem die […] Lage des Hotels als ruhug zu bewerten ist. Die kurzen Wege in die Stadt bzw. an den Strand haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Ein großes Plus der saubere Pool den wir vor jedem Frühstück nutzten. Eine gute Empfehlung für alle die ein bodenständiges gutes Hotel erwarten und die Abenteuer der täglichen Ausflüge an die Algarve geniessen um dann abends wieder ein angenehmes "zu Hause" zu erwarten.. "Hotel Colina do Mar - Närhet till allt."
Hotellet ligger ligger ca 100 m från torget i Gamla Stan i Albufeira och 300 m till stranden. Hotellets rum håller normal standard men frukost är mycket bra. Hotellets takterass med pool och solstolar är väldigt mysig med sol hela dagen. Personalen är väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig.

fijn klein hotel,rustig zwembad, wel weinig bedjes. bar en pooltafel beneden, zonder raam en niet gezellig. geen internet en maar een engelse zender op de tv en geen nederlandse. schoon en comfortabel zeker gezien de prijs. alles heel dichtbij.vriendelijk personeel en lekker vers ontbijt. goede vakantie gehad.

Nice little hotel. Small room, but OK. Central in the middle of the city, 300 meters from everything. Nice beach 10 minutes walk away. Some noice from the city and building activity outside. OK breakfast.
