we liked staying there very much. It was very clean, quiet and close to the beach and shops. Rooms were nice with a pretty big bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Wifi could have been better though. Overall worth the price!

This hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was good. There was a fridge and microwave included in the room. It was in walking distance from restaurants and a Wal-Mart. We would recommend this hotel to others.

This is a very nice hotel, very clean and friendly. The morning breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom drain plug was broke, but my wife made it work. Overall a great place to stay at a great price.

We happened upon this hotel during our stay. Although its location does not register on a GPS service which seems to be a common problem among the guests, the hotel and staff were very nice for the value. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Great place to stay for Ironman race week. It was not crowded with athletes, rates were great, nice location to beach, Walmart, places to eat, and more. Staff was quiet but friendly. Not the type to say "WELCOME" but certainly not rude either. They were the kind of staff that seemed to do their job well and let your stay feel like you can come and go […] as if you were in the comfort of your own home. My only negative was that my room smelled like feet when I walked in. I had to open the window to let it air out. Other than that, room service did a good job. Breakfast was pretty nice. The breakfast area was clean and relaxing. The food was fresh with a somewhat nice selection although I wish they had eggs everyday. Oh and bacon or pork roll would have topped that off nicely. THIS HOTEL IS GREAT AND I THINK IT IS NEW! THE SERVICE WAS GREAT! IT IS LOCATED IN A GREAT AREA...... YOU HAVE THE RIPLEY'S MUSEUM NEAR BY AND MINATURE GOLF COURSES... ALSO, LOTS OF FAST FOOD AND RESTARAUNTS... AND WAL-MART IS LITERALLY RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!!!!

Difficult to find. Directions used Back Beach Road when the name of the road was Panama City Beach Parkway. We had room 404. The door was difficult to open and close. Staff was friendly but got incorrect directions to a restaurant from one of the counter staff. Need more work on right and left! Breakfast was good..

Clean, comfortable room. Different firmnesses of pillow that were provided made for an enjoyable sleep. Breakfast had good options, fruits, oatmeal with a good range of toppings, cold and hot offerings. Would definitely stay here again when in town.

Rooms and hotel overall very comfortable. with a decent hot breakfast. Panana City Beach is a very busy place and the hotel was reasonably near quite a lot of places. Ample restaurants, shopping etc within walking distance. Only complaint - a largish hotel with an indoor/outdoor pool, but only a few chairs or sunbeds, practically all of which were broken. This hotel is very nice, new, and convenient in PCB. I lived down the street and was staying a few nights while packing to move out of town. The location is great with many restaurants close by, as well as the beach being a little bit of a walking distance away. Not beach front, but definitely walkable across a Walmart parking lot. We had a cleanliness issue with the sofa bed. There was food on the mattress when we pulled out the sofa bed. The staff's hands were somewhat tied by the full occupancy of the hotel. Housekeeping had left for the night and we were stuck in a room we did not feel had been properly cleaned. This was especially disturbing since this is a fairly new hotel. […] It was nice otherwise. so firstly the negatives - all sun loungers were broken staff were rude room was not cleaned on our 2nd day the good points were the room was clean and quiet and was a spacious size.

The location was great if you are not looking to stay on the beach. A short drive to everything. They off er a hot breakfast which was nice. The only complaint that I have is the bedding and pillows ! very uncomfortable. If they would change that out to a better grade I would give them a 4 star.

We stayed one night until we went to our final destination, but it was perfect for us. I used the fitness room, which overlooked the pool that was covered in case of rain. We had a good breakfast selection, and the staff was friendly. Across the street from restaurants and stores.

Fantastic bargain for proximity to beach. We stayed at two Country Inns on our trip and both were nice. Free breakfast buffet with darn near everything (except for bacon, much to my wife's chagrin). Only minor quibble at PCB location: broken tub drainplug and peeling paint in bathroom ceiling)
"Rude and housekeeping LIE"
Hotel was located near attractions and Walmart. Beach is near by. Hotel staff is rude, they don't greet you. Housekeeping was horrible. We had 4 rooms on different floors and each guest had a complaint about Housekeeping. They didn't take trash out, in my friends room the sheets became stained and it was noticeable and they still usted the same sheets. […] 2 of the rooms were not cleaned at all and they didn't bring towels. When we reported to the front desk, she showed us a paper where it was logged that they cleaned the room. We told her they did not enter room 322 or 406 and she said sorry Housekeeping is gone for the day. When we asked for clean towels she said we had to go up and get dirty towels. The young boys that were cleaning the room look like they were related to owner. Breakfast is over at 9:30 but they lock the doors before. I have never stayed in a motel that was that dirty in our room and in the elevator's. It had been so long since the back of the toilet and the side of the tub and part of the counter in the bathroom had been cleaned that there was dust stuck to them. The elevator's close to the pool had water and dirt where people had not worn shoes after being in the […] pool. It was slippery and dangerous. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. A couple of times there was not enough room to sit to eat. The carpet was terrible. There were so many stains in it and it just looked dirty. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and dusty. It was a nice building so I was surprised to get to our room and it be that dirty. I'm sorry to be so negative but I thought you should know. I usually give a good review but couldn't this time. Everything was close to the hotel which was great and the hotel actually had real breakfast which saved us money great place to stay
Hotel was very nice and we considered it a great value. It is not on the strip and is a good ten minutes away from the beach. The first night we arrived we went to he beach first time and immediatly showered realizing that the shower pole was falling off so the curtain would not stay close. We informed the front desk and they fixed it the next morning […] while we were out. Breakfast ended at 9:30 which we thought was early but it had a great variety.
