"Excellent Hotel!"
I have nothing but positive comments regarding our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was so pleasant and accomodating for any of our needs, the blow dryer was not working and they immediately delivered one to our room, I do not like feathered pillows and they delivered other nice pillows to our room. One of the bed had a lumply bedspread and look like it with not made. Call front desk they came and remade the bed but the bedspread with still lumply.

"Billings Hilton"
Clean, quiet hotel. My only complaint is that there is not always anyone at the front desk. In my opinion, the front desk should have an employee there at all times during the day.

My sister, brother-in-law and I stayed only one night here on our four day tour of Montana, North Dakota, and several other states, however we were all extremely pleased with our 2 rooms in the hotel. "RELAXING STAY"
Our 5 night stay at the hotel was great. It was quiet although the hotel was completely booked. The breakfast was great and they answered any questions and gave us directions at the front desk. We would stay here again on our next trip to Billings.

We were so very pleased with our recent stay at the Hilton. We found all aspects of the hotel to be top notch and the location of the hotel was so convenient to the interstate, restaurants and stores. "Perfect for an overnight"
I flew in to Billings late at night and the Hilton airport shuttle came to get me. When I arrived at the hotel they had my keys waiting so I could get right to sleep. It was seemless! Room was clean and had everything I needed. About 15 min from the airport but the nice hotel was worth the drive.

"Great bed!"
These hotels have super comfortable beds! It was a really nice getaway for us - good coffee in the room as well, fridge, microwave, just everything we could have asked for!
This was probably the nicest and most comfortable hotel we stayed in on our cross country trip. The rooms were spacious and well designed. They also offered a wonderful continental breakfast with fresh cut up fruit,etc at half the price of the full hot breakfast. We learned later that not all HGI's do.

We stayed here for 1 night and I will say it exceeded our expectations. We pass through Billings about once a year and usually stay at a different hotel but I can say that from now on, I will definitly stay at the Hilton Garden inn.

"One of the best"
The rooms are new and clean. Customer service was very good and the breakfast, although not included and a little pricey, was fantastic. It is not in the best area as downtown would be a little more ideal for atmosphere and airport access, but it is only ten minutes away. "Nice hotel"
This was my first Hilton and it will also be my last. The hotel is very nice, with clean rooms and good amenities. My complaint is that this particular hotel was the only one, in my stay of many, that could not, and would not, give me a copy of the folio just because I made the reservation on Hotels.com.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at your Hotel,however we have a few suggestions. How about a FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST like Hotels.com told us we would receive. How about offering lunch and dinner. These things might seem petty but they are not when time is of the essence.
