"Very nice hotel"
A great hotel, very nice accomodations. Staff is friendly and the hotel is a few blocks from Dover Downs.

The front desk person could have been more friendly, they didn't pay attention to my reservation requests, and the lobby area was crowded with people hanging out, but the location was great, the rooms are very modern and nice, and a free breakfast is included. For the price on hotels.com, def worth it.

Had a blast at the hotel. It was worth the money considering in the studio suite you had the comfort of a home with all the appliances available and utensils. Someone poured oil all in the elevator but the staff was alert and cleaning it up at once. Housekeeping was great she cleaned the room beautifully and she was very friendly. "Great One-bedroom Suite!"
We stayed in a very nice suite with a full kitchen and other nice amenities, including a gas fireplace. The hot breakfast included in the room rate was another nice extra.

"Residence Inn--not just for long stays"
We were pleasantly surprised and happy that we were able to book this studio suite. It was warmly appointed and so welcoming when we opened the door. Everything we needed was right at hand. Neither of us like to travel and dislike staying in a hotel. This was the perfect compromise.

This hotel is right outside the gate to Dover Speedway!! It is a quick 10 min walk to the entrance. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are very nice. We chose to stay the night after the race to not sit in traffic all night! It was the best decision. Great food around the track and great breakfast with stay!!
"Very Pleased"
I stayed here after the Nascar race was less than 1 mile from track. The room was clean updated the staff was friendly. There is a place to eat within walking distance I will booking this again next year.
"Labor Day Weekend"
I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times now and I have been satisfied up until now. The breakfast area on the Monday morning of the Labor Day weekend was a disaster! There was no food to eat and the one employee was completely inadequate for the people trying to east breakfast! Not good.

"Great Alternative to Dover Downs Hotel"
My decision to stay at this hotel was last minute because I could not get a room at the Hotel (Dover Downs) casino which was up the street. To my surprise, this hotel was clean and the decor was very modern. The full kitchen was great because I brought my own food and saved some money there. I loved staying at the Residence Inn Marriott. The clerks both at check in and check out were nice and informative. It was clean and very cozy. The rooms decor and set up was beautiful and was almost decorated in colors as my home. I would recommend this Hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel was everything my husband and I expected. We have stayed at the hotel almost everytime we've stayed in Dover, Delaware. We tried a couple of other hotels, but his one was the very best. We always brag about how wonderful everyone is and how nice and clean the hotel is always keep. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Delaware […] or anywhere where there is a Residence.
