Hotelli on siisti ja tyypillinen japanilainen business hotelli. Häiritseviä ääniä ei ollut ja aamupala buffetti oli suorastaan loistava.

Chisun West Shinagawa is a practical and clean business hotel in southern suburban Tokyo. It is close to two subway lines that make it easy to reach any part of Tokyo. Reception personnel speaks sufficient English. Breakfast may not be to Western taste.

I found the room a nice size for Japan. I did find the location not to be very convenient to the places I wanted to go, I would have to tranfer a few times to get any where. I don't understand hotels providing a water heater for coffee or tea and not any coffee or tea to go with it but I found that in a couple of different places in Japan. I was very satisfied to stay in Chinsun Hotel Shinagawa-West. And hope to stay again if I have my night flight reaching Tokyo about midnight because it closes to Haneda International Airport.

We really appreciate where the hotel is situated, a quiet residential neighbourhood with students and people going to work in the morning, somewhere locals live, while at the same time it's just two stops away from the circle main line. It's big eonugh to fit in our suitcases without blocking our way. There's even a bedside table which I can put my laptop on. Also the room is more cozy than I expected. The bed is VERY supportive and the pillow fits anybody with any habit of sleeping. The bathroom is nicely built and larger than a built-in one. Chisun Hotel is a short walk from the Tokyo subway system and other rail.

Our first experience in staying in Japan. The staff did not speak a lot of English, but was very polite. Room was a little small by western standards,but very clean. We enjoyed our stay there. We would definitely go back. The price was very reasonable for our 9 day stay.

The hotel was just ok. The room was ok but very hot.. Check in is at 3:00 and I arrived at 1:45 and they wanted to charge me extra for early check in and I said that I would not do that and I would just wait...After about 10 min they called me to the desk and gave me the key. Business hotel-style layout in rooms but decorated like a much more expensive hotel - nice bed linen, soft lighting, elegant furniture etc. Only two metro stops away from the Yamanote (inner loop) Line, so convenient for accessing the main attractions of Tokyo. Easy to reach from Haneda Airport.

Got a good rate for this hotel for 4 nights. It is a good place to sleep only, and explore Tokyo the rest of the day (but who would spend the day in a hotel unless it's the park hyatt?) Room is standard Japanese small, but comfortable. A bit warm, but opening the window fixed this. Downside: room was facing the busy road in front of it. This hotel is originally the Sasagawa's family house. It has a few Japanese style rooms and I think it also has western style rooms. We stayed in a Japanese style room. The room was pretty confortable: views to the mountain (Happo One), heater (needed!), free wi-fi, and each Japanese style room accomodates three people sleeping in futons (pretty confortable). […] No en-suite, but because it is a house, you feel like you are in one and you can just pop by the bathroom like any family member would. Also, after a day of skiing you can enjoy ohuro (Japanese bath) downstairs! Our favorite part of our (brief, only one night!) stay was Yoko, our main hostess. The hotel was clean and nice as most of the Japanese hotels are. Good for price. One thing is that the location is quite far from nearby railway station and I had to take cab to go out.

The hotel is located only 3 stations away from Tokyo CBD by JR train. The hotel room is very clean and staff are very friendly though with very limited English communication capacity. It was very comfortable. Big bed and a big, flat screen TV in the room. However it was quite tight inside, not much free space. Also the location is a little far away from the main attractions. Although, it is close to Roppongi and Shibuya. The return train on the Asakusa line runs until 12:30pm, so it was fine. The hotel is 5 minutes walking distance […] to the train station. 翌日の朝早い羽田便を利用するため、前日の夜１泊しました。車で行きましたが、夜遅く雨の中ホテルの看板？も目立たず、通り過ぎてしまい、電話で確認してようやく到着しました。ホテルの目印として、ロゴはもう少し大きいほうが、わかりやすいです。駐車場が後ろにあり大雨の中、ホテルのロビーに入るまで、アプローチに屋根もなくずぶぬれになりました。フロントでコンビニを訪ねて親切に教えてはいただいたのですが、傘はお持ちですか？の一言あってもよかったのでは？濡れながらコンビニに走りました。翌朝チェックアウトの際にもかなり雨が降っていたのですが、また濡れながら、駐車場に走りました。部屋は清潔でベットもセミダブルからダブルに変更していただいて、主人と２人でも十分にゆったりと休めました。そこはよかったのですが、ウオシュレ […] ットが壊れていて使えませんでした。金額の安さでメンテナンス不良の言い訳にはならないと思います。ちょっとがっかりでした。その２点がなければ、お安いのに快適なホテルと書くことが出来たのですが…。 Lisätietoja

비지니스로 호텔을 이용하게 되었습니다. 위치는 전철역에서 5~10분 거리에 위치에 있고, 주변에 라면가게1개, 중국음식점1개, 편의점, 100엔샵 로손이 끝입니다. 전철역에서 10분정도 걸어가면 시장이 있지만 막상 걸으려니 귀찮더라구요 호텔과 정반대여서 왕복하면 시간이 너무 걸립니다. 明治学院大での会合に利用しました。タクシーで１３００円程、品川までは片道１８００円程必要です。 いいホテルですが、利便性を考えたら微妙です。

今回はシングルルームに素泊まりで滞在しました。ベッドがセミダブルと広く、お部屋も清潔で、窓が開けられるのが良かったです。アメニティもPOLAが備えてあり、香り・使用感が大好きなので大満足でした。付近にはコンビニもあり不自由はしませんでしたが、多荷物の私にとっては乗り換えと中延駅から少し遠いのが難点でした。ホテル自体はサービスも行き届き、お値段に見合った素敵なホテルでした。機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Het hotel was echt geweldig en rustig. De medewerkers zijn echt aardig en erg behulpzaam. Ik wil zeker weer terug naar deze hotel. Kamer was netjes en schoon. Ik heb helemaal geen last gehad van lawaai of iets dergelijks. Ik voelde me thuis daar. Thanksss!!!!

Fint hotel, dog med meget smaa vaerelser, men der er alt hvad man skal bruge. Hotellet ligger i udkanten af Tokyo i et ret kedeligt omraade og det tager ca 30 min med tog at komme til centrum, saa det skal man lige tage med i sine overvejelser. Metro st ligger ca 5 min vaek fra hotellet.

Gran Hotel, un poco lejos de las estaciones de tren, pero la caminata diaria hacia la estacion es entretenida y te ayuda a tomar una mejor idea del vivir diario en la locacion.

在東京有這樣房價的飯店的確很超值，但若你是那種在分秒都要玩的很精采，連半夜都不要放過逛逛街的那種旅客，建議不要選到這裡來，這裡到東京主要景點和逛街地通車都要很久，且要轉車，班次間距大，又早收班。會浪費很多時間搭車來回和早早回飯店睡覺。，其他人員服務都不錯，但有位女的櫃檯人員服務態度不太好

Mycket fint och trevligt hotel med trevlig personal. När vi kom till rummet visade det sig att kylskåpet inte fungerade, men efter att sagt till i receptionen kom personal och byte ut kylskåpet mot ett fungerande. Nice hotel, nice room, enough for 2 people, we stayed there 3 nights. Clean, tidy, and the staff was nice. Opposite the street is Lawson 100 - you can buy there products for 100 yen.

points negatifs; Vraiment dommage qu il n y ai pas de place ni armoire pour stoker les gros bagages. un peu loin du centre ville mais le metro est a cote donc ca va points positif; hotel facile a trouver, tres bon accueil, tres propre, belle vu sur le ville depuis la chambre, pas trop bruyant, et surtout pas cher!!!

Som almindelig menneske ved jeg ikke hvordan stjerne systemet foregår men det oversteg mine forventninger. Alt var som det skulle være. det var lækkert og kompakt, renligt og pænt. beliggenheden var god siden der var både en Lawson's og 7/11 i området. og stationen også tæt på.

생각보다 그렇지 않습니다. 프로모션 기간이라 아주 싸게 4박을 했는데 호텔 근처에서 고탄다 역까지 가는 버스도 있고. 나카노부역에서 그리 멀지 않습니다. 깔끔하고 괜찮습니다.

Net hotel, helaas wat ver van het centrum, waardoor je wat extra trips met de metro moet maken om er te komen.

Friendly and helpful staff. It´s cheap and easy to find the way from the metro or the trainstation in Nishi-oi, one stop from Shinagawa station. Small rooms, but very clean! A great hotell for the small amount of money that you pay!
