This was a terrible hotel as regards service and amenities The only possible reason anybody might want to stay here is proximity to the airport for early morning flights (there seems to be a dearth of airport hotels in Casablanca). So much was wrong I hardly know where to start. The check-in clerks seemed to be only partially trained, appeared not to […] have our reservation, and were surly, hence check- in was inordinately slow. The room we were finally allocated was cramped and dismal. Only one small towel was provided and repeated requests failed to secure any more ("laundry problems"). There were no water glasses (we bullied the barman for one), or, of course, a hairdryer. The restaurant staff was similarly incompetent (if there is a manager at this hotel he must be on permanent leave!) Two very basic omelets took about an hour to appear. Need more towels in the room, The salad bar, had great selection of salads, There should be NO SMOKING IN THE HOTEL ESPECIALY THE RESTURANT.

As an over night stay between traveling legs the place is OK. I've used it several times over the years. The surroundings are rather dull so there is not much to do. So as a base for sight seeing it's pretty useless. You could get more standard, comfort and luxury downtown Casa. Probably one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in. The only reason was to be close to the airport for an earlybird flight, but regretted every minute of the decision to stay at this hotel. There were cockroaches in the bedroom, the bathroom was scary, there was only one towel, the sheets were stained, we had fear all the night about getting an infection […] of some kind, the tv didn't and neither did the wifi. This place is terrible. It would be better to get up early at a decent place in Casablanca and taxi to airport.

After reading a number of reviews of this hotel I was somewhaat concerned, but I found it quite ok. It is not a typical US airport hotel, but adequate. No bugs in the queen size bed. A good breakfast. The staff friendly and the shuttle service to and from the hotel made it a great selection when coming into Casablanca after midnight. Based on prior reviews I expected poor service and that is exactly what I received. When trying to check in I stood at the front desk in front of the agent for close to five minutes before he acknowledged my presence. My wake up call was half an hour late. The breakfast area was out of plates and when I asked the person working there for a plate he […] picked up one, scraped some dried food off of it and handed it too me. The three pitchers of orange juice were empty but the workers were standing behind the buffet counter eating. When I went to get on the shuttle bus to the airport a few customers were waiting behind the bus to load their suitcases one man finally asked the hotel employee who was standing there to open the back of the bus so we could load our suitcases and the employee said you can open it yourself which we did and proceeded to load the luggage with no assistance. Finally about ten minutes after the time the shuttle bus was scheduled to leave the driver returned with what appeared to be his leftover breakfast and took us to the airport. This is as basic a hotel as you would get. It obviously trades on the fact that it is the only hotel near the airport. and therfore doesn't need to focus on service. There were no towels in our room and we had to wait for 3 hours with 2 reminders before they arrived. However they were brand new/ The pizza in the restaurant was also surprisingly good. […] We would only stay there if we had to be close to the hotel for an early morning flight. We were concerned after reading the reviews but we got a renovated room and this was actually really ok.

The only reason we stayed in this hotel is that we had an early morning flight the next day. I didn't go in with high hopes and it didn't disappoint. Check-in services were fine. Our room was grimy and there was a maid "cleaning" it when we arrived. One reading light over the bed didn't work at all. The pillows were probably the poorest quality money […] could buy. There was also no garbage can in the room which was gross. The bathroom clearly hadn't been updated in decades and the bathroom floor was so unappealing, we opted not the take a shower. Reading the reviews of this hotel, I wasn't expecting much. However, the hotel was clean, convenient to the airport, and the staff was nice. The airport pick up was really easy too. Free shuttle. I would stay here again if I had an early flight out of Casablanca Airport.

Stayed one night on this hotel No problems with the hotel, for one night its what you would expect from an airport hotel no more no less. Hotel has a free pick up service from airport, just phone and tell then youre there and they come and get you. Ww didnt know this and got a taxi, 3 minutes ride an the driver wanted 150 dirham!! Threatened to call […] the police and he backed down but the hotel reception confirmed we would have to pay him 100 dirham for a 3 minute ride.. Guess we should get a new job driving taxis. After seeing many poor reviews, but needing to stay here because of an early morning flight, we were happily surprised. We received a warm welcome, got our early morning wake-up call, took a speedy shuttle each way, & were happy over-all. True, the rooms were just okay, but we just needed a nearby place to sleep, & the Atlas fit the bill.

The food here is probably the worst food ever. The room was decent, the bathroom not very pleasing to the eye, and the staff not very happy to help.

Comofrtable hotel very close to the airport. Very crowded shuttles to the airport.

Everything went fine, but the hotel is pretty average. I knew it was far from Casablanca, so I expected that. There is nowhere to go around the hotel. The food was good, but the staff could be a bit more attentive at times. Royal Air Maroc puts a lot of people there who are on delayed flights.

The Hotel was a dump! Bath and sicks full of rust, the room is very small and unpleasant. Will never go back again!

Mainly recommended because of convenience of free hotel shuttle bus to and from the airport, a 5 minute trip. With a 5 a.m. departure the availability of the shuttle was important as taxis were unavailable. Convenient location and easy/ free shuttles to airport made this a hotel a good choice.

Unfortunately, that's the best thing I can say about this hotel.

Laundry is not possible. Service and cleanliness is of a low standard. It is convenient for the airport only.

Très bonnes prestations mais restauration en deça de l'hotellerie et absence de contact avec le personnel.

Blev positivt overrasket, da jeg havde læst en del dårlige anmeldelser. Hotellet fremstod meget nyt, især værelserne var rigtig lækre (svarede til europæisk standard). Det eneste minus var dog, at der var en meget dårlig lugt ude på gangen. Meget stort plus med morgensmadsbuffetten og den gratis bus til lufthavnen (kører hver halve time).

Et fint alternativ når man ønsker et hotel nær flypladsen i Casablanca.

Très déçue par l'accueil. La réceptionniste était extrêmement arrogante et a été jusqu'à m'interdire le petit déjeuner! Bruyant à souhait, ma chambre était à côté de la salle de service. Le confort est bon, la proximité de l'aéroport avec la navette est tout à fait pratique. Le personnel est très bien. La nourriture est acceptable mais d'une monotonie et d'une tristesse à mourir . Une bande d'excités a hurlé dans les couloirs à 3 h du matin pendant 20 mn sans que personne ne les fasse taire. Dommage !!!

Ihre Reservierung war bei meiner Ankunft (um 1:30) im Hotel nicht bekannt. Glücklicherweise gab es noch freie Zimmer und meine Buchung wurde dann fotokopiert und akzeptiert. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist mäßig, das Hotelpersonal ist unaufmerksam. Eine minibar gab es in meinem Zimmer nicht. Convenient hotel to stay in if you are arriving late or have an early flight out. Free shuttlebus from airport every halv hour, shuttlebus easy to find outside airport, just 5min drive. I also got a small breakfast even if I had to leave very early in the morning. Nice room, good restaurant, quiet nice garden and plesant employees. They also had a fitnessrom […] and massage offers. par quel bout commencer..? - visiblement, la chambre a été refaite : les joints ne sont pas finis dans la salle de bain (joints entre le sol et les murs), il y a une odeur d'eau croupie et de béton moisi. Le téléphone est moucheté de peinture blanche (vu le reste, c'est un détail qui m'a fait sourire) - les fenêtres sont en papier mâché, on entend tout […] ce qui se passe dehors, mais n'ayez pas d'inquiétude, car les portes sont faite du même matériaux, ce qui permet de profiter également des bruits de l'intérieur de l'hôtel. - un conseil en ce qui concerne la porte de votre chambre (si toutefois vous venez finalement dans cet hôtel) : verrouillez-la bien et mettez la chaîne de sécurité, car des gens tentent d'entrer en pleine nuit (et la porte se déverrouille avec leur carte également...). Nous étions deux personnes, et nos deux chambres ont été victimes de la même "mésaventure". - j'ai rechargé mon téléphone sur la prise électrique de la télé, car l'autre prise qui se trouvait au-dessus d'une table de chevet ne fonctionnait pas (c'est également un détail, mais la somme des détails de ce genre fait qu'on finit par ne plus en sourire et par être soulagé de partir). - au fait, le lit est confortable, le petit-déjeuner correct, et l'hôtel à côté de l'aéroport (son seul intérêt, qui ne me fera pas revenir pour autant!) J'ai pris cette hôtel car mon vol arrivait à Casa bien trop tard pour continuer mon voyage. Une navette fait constamment le lien entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport, ce qui est très pratique. Posé au milieu de "nul part" cet hôtel possède une piscine et une décoration à la fois classe et moderne. Bonne insonorisation des chambres sur l'extérieur. J'aurais bien […] aimé y rester une nuit de plus pour me reposer au bord de la piscine! El servicio de traslado que tienen del aeropuerto al hotel tarda una eternidad, tuvimos que cojer un taxi porque nos congelabamos .Nada mas llegar no encontraban la reserva, luego dijeron que no estaba pagada, que tenia que dejar mi pasaporte como aval, no sabian si era una habitacion o dos, llegamos a las nueve de la noche y tuvimos que esperar para […] que arreglaran la habitacion , un caos. Avis limité car notre séjour y fut bref : de 2h00 du matin à 9h00 le lendemain !! Très bel hôtel. Situation idéal près de l'aéroport. Service de navette gratuite très apprécié, chauffeur de la navette très sympathique. A la réception, le personnel est un peu froid. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant que ce soit pour le déjeuner ou le repas du soir. Très belle chambre, très propre. Notre seul "soucis" que nous avons rencontré, […] c'est l'eau de la douche. Notre douche coulait au compte goutte, et ca, il n'y a rien de plus énervant, mais c'est un petit détail qui ne nous empechera pas d'y revenir. Nous avons eu deux version pour le change, une fois on nous a dit que ce n'était pas possible, et une fois c'était possible ;o) détail également. 　朝の早い便でしたのでちょっと私としては贅沢でしたがこのホテルに宿泊しました。空港からホテルまで送迎バスが３０分間隔で出ていますし、朝食は５時から始まるので、どうにかとることができました。メニューもこの国の朝食としてはいろいろありました。お勧めです。
