Clean room and easy to access from the coach station, about a five minute walk. Very friendly hotel staff. Expensive wifi unfortunately, about 20 AUD for one day, and 14 for 4 hours (Free at McDonalds which is superclose to the hotel). All in all I can definitely recommend this hotel, close to everything it felt.

The hotel definitely needs to be renovated and some rooms are better than others. Our first room was ok but had an ancient A/C system, the second stay we had a new system but a pretty large hole in the wall near the door and a patch of carpet that was missing. My grandmother's room was better, with a modern A/C and the room in good condition. The front […] desk staff was very nice but they are only open until 9pm, then you must go across the street if you need anything. We stayed 2x and stored our bags while we were gone. We were supposed to return late at night and since reception was going to be closed the bags were supposed to be in our rooms waiting for us.The staff forgot to return our bag to our room which would have been a huge problem, if we did not return early to our hotel at 8:58pm. Overall a great location (1 block from main pedestrian mall and near all the nightlife). It is in an "alley" about 150 meters down from the main street but it is well lit and it seemed safe enough. Suited our needs staff very helpful close to city UBD

We were very satisfied with this hotel. It was in a very central position handy to shops, attractions and eateries. The price was very reasonable. They extended out check out to 11.00a.m. at no extra cost. The only problem we encountered was that the reception on our room TV for ordinary channels was lousy.

The hotel is situated at a "dodgy" part of Adelaide. I knew that I had made a mistake booking the place when my taxi driver commented by saying "It's not a very nice street, is it?" The hotel reception was the only modern, renovated part of the hotel. The rooms were extremely dated and tacky and cleanliness was not to a high standard. The room was also […] very noisy, even up on the 4th floor. Internet was very expensive and they only give you a 100MB limit (which is not much when you need to work) and they charge extra for every bit of data above that. For a motel of that price, it was a decent choice. It was clean when I arrived, facilities were all good. The only thing that's bad is the smell from the aircond when you first switch it on. That's about it. Others are just great!

Check-in/check-out was uneventful. Rooms were clean enough. Building was definitely dated and in need of a revamp. However for the price I paid at xmas time I cannot complain. It would not be my first choice of stay were I to require accommodation in Adelaide again. Parking is very expensive.

The hotel surface- wise appears to be very worn and old and in a big need of a facelift. The room was stale and not really clean especially the bath-room yuk!! Would not recommend.

The only thing renovated about this hotel is the lobby - which is inconveniently located in a side alley away from the street. The shuttle drops you off in front of the Holday Inn - about a block down. The biggest disapointment were the "Spa Rooms" we upgraded to. The first spa room they put us in was poorly furnished and dated - dark - dank (the only […] light other then from low watt bulbs came from a window covered with frosted paper (wisely so, because when you opened the window it overlooked the airconditioning pipes). The spa itself had been repainted at some time long past and was so badly chipped and peeling it felt like sand paper and you would definately want to sit down on it. The next day we requested a room with a spa that was not in this condition. We we given another room but the spa and the sink was also in the same condition. When we checked out I told them they should not be charging spa prices on rooms wherein the spa was unusable. They agreed the spas needed renovation but did not adjust the price. Lisätietoja

The Paringa was conveniently located in the city of Adelaide, walking distance to museums, transportation, and shopping. The room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom and bright windows. We got a great deal at hotels.com and enjoyed our stay!

Het hotel ligt midden in het centurum en uitgaansgelegenheden genoeg. Op zaterdagavond vrij druk, maar stil in het hotel. Prima badkamer, maar we hadden wel een bed die een beetje stuk was (er miste een wieltje waardoor ie iets doorzakte). Verder prima service!

Chambre côté rue principale. Bar de nuit juste à côté avec terrasse. Cris et bagarres entre jeunes jusqu'à 3 heures du matin, puis après bruits des camions de livraison. Affreuse nuit.
