Hotel Italia - Cortona

Hotel Italia is a very nice hotel in great location, in the heart of Cortona, very helpful stuff , we had a triple room , the bathroom was small but very clean. Tip: Dont' miss the breakfast, the view from breakfast room is amazing , million dollar view, excellent cappuccino, one of the best we had during our two weeks vacation in Italy!

Stone floors, uncomfortable beds, very basic amenities. Less than ideal housekeeping. Location is good. Staff average.

This was an excellent place to see the city of Cortona. Cortona was beautiful and we are so glad we stopped here during our three week tour of tuscany. The hotel personnel were very helpful in answering all of our questions and attending to our needs.

This is the second time we have stayed there. Nice hotel in a great location. The staff was very helpful.

Ideal location for the centre. Beware that the streets are narrow and you can only drop off luggage then park in free car park outside the city walls. Once that was done everything was perfect. 25 metres to the centre. Walk to the top of the hill and see the views - its a must.

Just a few steps from the Piazza delli Republica in the center of Cortona, one of my favorite cities. Lobby is so attractive that I photographed it. Antonio was enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Wonderful experience!

My husband and I just returned from Italy. Hotel Italia added to our experience with helpful staff, good location, good restaurant recommendations...

I was a little disappointed with the room in the hotel. Quite small, with small window and no tea/coffee making facilities. No bar or drinks area in hotel. Expensive hotel for what it was. Breakfast very basic.

Excellent location in the centre of the old town. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff with good English skills. (They booked a table at a nearby restraunt for us). The hotel was quiet. The hotel was as charming as the city itself. Within walking distance of everything you would want to see. Only 2 euros for 30 minutes of internet access if needed. We like the room cold, so our portable AC needed the water dumped every 5 hours. Got used to it as it is easy to do! Loved it!

Perfect central location in lovely medieval village. Tired rooms.

Right in the heart of Cortona, just off the main Piazza. Friendly staff, large spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the breakfast room is AMAZING. Great value for money.

We had the best time here. The city is something out of a fairytale and the hotel service was unbelivable! They helped booking us in at some of the best restaurants we have ever tried and it was cheap! Beautiful landscape surrounding and the hotel was located right in the city by the beautiful city hall! Privilegiadíssima localização, ótimo café, staff maravilhoso, wireless free, único senão : a pouca iluminação do quarto e o estacionamento , que era muito complicado, mas neste caso bem compreensível afinal estávamos no coração do centro histórico de Cortona.

O atendimento na portaria deixou muito a desejar. Nosso apartamento não tinha frigo bar. A janela estava em péssima condições de conservação. O local do café da manhã é muito lindo com uma vista belíssima da região de Cortona. Tive muita dificuldade em descer e carregar minhas bagagens pois o Hotel fica em uma rua muito estreita e tive de sair de ré […] pois meu carro era grande. Todos os hóspedes ficam com uma chave da portaria pois a noite, depois das 21 horas, não tem porteiro algum, ou seja, numa necessidade urgente, fica na mão. Lisätietoja

Hotellet ligger rett ved piazzaen i Cortona, og er lett å finne. Rommet var rent og pent. Utsikten fra spisesalen er helt fantastisk. Betjeningen var flinke i engelsk, og hjalp oss med å sjekke ut togtider. Et veldig hyggelig lite hotell.

O hotel foi ótimo, o quarto era espaçoso e confortável com uma boa vista, ficava a alguns passos da praça principal e dos melhores restaurantes. O atendimento foi muito atencioso e tudo correu muito bem. Recomendo o hotel e voltaria a me hospedar nele. O único incoveniente é que só tem internet no saguão e o sinal não é bom.

Adorei o hotel. Simples, confortável e a localização não poderia ser melhor.
