The hotel was clean, staff friendly. The breakfast left a bit to be desired. The pillows were not very comfortable. The location was convenient to most places in Beaufort. We had a great time there!

all of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the front desk agents were willing to answer all my questions. room was comfortable, bed was great. my only complaint about the room was the tub was not really a tub as you couldn't fill it and the desk chair, when adjusted to a comfortable height could not be pushed under the desk because the […] arms were in the way. I had the small gym to myself when I used it which was nice. where there's room for improvement: I asked for a wakeup call one evening and it never arrived the next morning. luckily I woke up with plenty of time. the pool and jacuzzi, although they may have been clean, did not look it. in fact, both looked pretty dingy. The hotel and room were very clean. Comfortable room and king bed. The room had a couch pull out bed that was a joke. Very uncomfortabel for our 16 year old son. He couldn't sleep on it and had to sleep in the king bed with mom and dad. If you have a child, don't book the hotel thinking the pull out bed will work. They're the worst I have ever seen. Hotel was very convenient to the Parris Island Marine facility which is why we were in the area. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was very roomy and nice. What more could be said for a hotel!

"Comfort Inn"
Nice clean well-equipped room. Friendly helpful evening desk clerk only problem was that our room was too lose to the lobby and was noisy in the morning. Also could hear the lobby TV that was always on. Next time would request a room on an upper floor.

My wife and I stayed 1 night. We found the staff to be friendly and courteous, and the room itself was quite nice - but the rest of the physical plant itself was a bit frustrating. The exit door near our room didn't operate from outside and we had to walk in the rain to the front door several times to re-enter. The spa was not working at all. Drove from Atlanta with my 2 teenaged daughters for some well-needed time at the beach. Very reasonably priced and only about a 35 minute drive to Hilton Head. Room was a good size. Hotel was very nice. Free breakfast was decent. Will definitely stay here again!

"Can't be beat for a 2 1/2 star hotel"
The hotel is in great shape and in a quiet location. We did get off to a bit of a rocky start at check-in. After an overnight flight from CA and being 6 months pregnant, I really needed an early check-in. Although the girl at the counter was super friendly and apologetic, management would not allow it. The breakfast is an OK set-up with biscuits and gravy, or waffles, being the only real food choice (there are also the usual cereal, instant oatmeal, toast, and dried pastry). They were pretty slow at keeping the breakfast stocked, so you better get there nice and early. It does keep one meal a day off your travel expense, however. Overall - we've stayed at CS hotels before for lower rates, but we've also stayed at "nicer" hotels and had worse stays for more money, so we do give these guys our recommendation. Lisätietoja

We were surprized it was only rated 2.5 stars. We thought the hotel was very clean and very nice inside. Workout room and pool with a jaccuzzi. It was very comfortable and will definetely return when we visit my mom next time.

My husband and I along w/ our two toddlers stayed here for 2 nights and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The room was very clean, with granite counters and shower, very comfortable bedding, a lot of pillows and the sheets smelled nice and fresh even the air smelled good in the room. Staff seemed pleasant enough. The breakfast was super […] nice and the indoor pool was a great hit for the tots! Location was not hard to find at all. Maid service was great! I hope we will be this satisfied at our next trip to Beaufort because I am planning to book this hotel again!! I stay at this hotel whenever I am in Beaufort because overall it is a great buy and I am comfortable. This one time service was off. There was no caffeinated coffee with the coffee maker, the bathroom floor wasn't swept, and when I needed my boarding pass printed, the toner was empty and the desk person wasn't able to replace it. "Housekeeping issues"
Room was beautiful when we arrived. However, we arrived at 2:50pm and they refused to allow us to check in for 10 minutes, so we had to stand around in the lobby waiting to check in. Other than that, the front desk service was excellent. Breakfast was great-the staff who was doing the breakfast kept everything full, clean and ready at all times--it […] was great tasting food also. Housekeeping, however, had some issues. We were there for 3 days and the only thing housekeeping did was make the beds, nothing else. We had 4 people registered in the room and they left 2 towels. We came back one day and found all the towels in our toilet! Housekeeping would not leave a bath mat, would not refill the complimentary coffee, soap and shampoo either. We had to use little pieces of soap from our previous showers to bath because we could not get any new soap. The housekeeper just left the broken pieces sitting on the edge of the tub. The kleenex box was not filled and we ran out of toilet paper. I dont know, maybe my expectations are too high, but if I was a housekeeper and i knew there were several people in a room and I saw there was only a partial roll of toilet paper on the roll and no extra roll, I guess I would have left one! Other than housekeeping issues, the stay was great! Close to ammenaties, area was nice, nice buffet restaurant right next to hotel so easy to walk for meals. One of the best maintained and well staffed hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Facility was in EXCELLENT condidion. Room was spacious and comfortable. Wi-fi was easy to access. I would have liked to have seen a networkable printer, but thats beside the point. We really enjoyed our stay!!

We made the reservation for two queens at hotels.com, then called the hotel directly about a week in advance to request a single king instead. We were told over the phone that the change was made. When we arrived, we were told that the telephone employee had made a mistake, and that we were still in a room with two queens and that the desk clerk was […] unable to make a change to a king. After we moved into our room, the desk clerk informed us that she had called her management and got approval to move us to a king, but we didn't want to go through the trouble so we stayed in the queen room.
