The room was nice, we were traveling with our kids and were given connecting rooms for the price of a double room. There are no blow dryer or irons in the room and when we called the front desk to ask for them, they couldnt understand what we were asking for? Also the hotel was completely booked, there were many tourist groups, so the main focus was […] on them. We wanted to eat dinner at the restaurant downstairs the first night we were there and the restaurant staff didn't know what to do with us, because we weren't with any of the groups and they were having a buffet dinner for them. Eventually one of the servers said we can eat at the buffet for 15euro a person and charged us the same for our 5 year old. The food choices were very poor and definitely not worth the money. We we not given a receipt, so I am pretty sure that server put the money in his pocket. At breakfast the next morning he was trying to find out if we wanted to eat dinner there again that night. Of course we refused and were able to find a really nice and family friendly pizzeria in the town with much better food and very friendly owners. A nice three star hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a cold Spring day, but the pool looked very inviting and I"m sure this is a great location in the summer. The breakfast was very nice, lots of choices.

When we come to a hotel, nobody seems to care, big minus there is no shops around, but cant complain as 3* it is perfect

Beds was not good. We were first night on first floor and that was to noisy. You could hear people talk in the lobby and from the kitchen. We had another room on 2 floor and it was much better. Swimmingpool was closed but everything else was fine.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the alps. It is placed outside the city so you have to go to the city by car. Huge pool and area around it.

This hotel is terrific for families. It has a great pool with and awesome view of the countryside. Our kids enjoyed visiting all of the ponies and other animals on the property. Everything about this hotel was disappointing. It did not at all look like the photos we had seen on the internet and the service in the reception was unpersonal and slow. The condition and maintenance of the hotel was very poor and very much in need of a renovation. Bad lighting and bad smell in the halls and partially in the room. The only good thing […] was the pool area but unfortunately the pool was closed at 19 o'clock so we arrived too late to use it. The room was ok but the walls were very thin and the bathroom was very old and shabby. All in all everything seemed cheap and worn. Breakfast was another weird experience.. Very poor quality of the food and not much to choose from compared to other hotels in the area (we drove around the lake and stayed at several cheaper hotels with much better standard and service) The tables were messy and not cleaned up after people. We booked this hotel based on the understanding that we would have a car for the trip. We did not (another saga) which made the location of this hotel difficult for us. It is situated almost exactly between Lake Garda and Verona -- beautiful countryside. Buses run to both places, but the times are limited & stop running early. Taxis are very expensive, […] although we had to take one from the train station because the buses are not equipped to allow for luggage. Our room was okay, it reminded me of something from the Jersey Shore. We had a balcony with a view of the mountains (very nice!) & beach volleyball court (not as nice). Our bathroom was minuscule -- the shower was very small, you had to go in sideways. No a/c, but there was enough of a breeze for it not to matter. It seemed like all the locals showed up to use the pool in the afternoons, which made for a pretty packed pool, although the poolside bar was nice. There was a distinct lack of communication about the meals at the hotel -- whether they were included in the price or not. It seems like they were included, even dinner. I wish that had been made more explicit -- we might have eaten more meals there. Overall, for the price, this was a decent place. I would consider staying here again -- with a car. Lisätietoja

Great hotel for families. There is a great big outdoor pool, sandbox and little play area outside. The breakfast included was mostly pastries and bread. There were also A LOT of tour buses in the parking lot with teenagers everywhere but with the a/c going you couldn't hear anything. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because it had wifi access, it didn't say that access was only in the reception area and only by paying for it with a one use only voucher. They should change the description to say, "internet access in lobby!" Rooms were also a little shabby. That being said, it is very well located between Verona and Lake […] Garda, Staff were friendly and helpfull and breakfast was ok. Hotel good value for money. Rooms were slightly shabby but spacious and king sized bed very comfortable, quiet and convenient overnight stop en route to Brenner pass or for sightseeing Verona and Lake Garda. I picked this hotel due to the lower price and convenience to Gardaland and the Safari Zoo. It was a very convenient location to both. The room was VERY small, which is very typical for Italian hotels. There was a double bed, and two twin beds. The breakfast was pretty good with breads, jams, meats, cheeses, and yogurt (pretty typical for Italian hotels.) […] The hotel was very popular with groups and several tour buses full of people came in and out while we were there. However, we did not experience any problems with the number of people or noise level. They have a pretty good Pizzeria that sits right out by their pool, which is pretty nice. camera claustrofobica, col 3° letto che non era stato richiesto! per muoverci in "libertà" bisognava che uno di noi due restasse fermo per permettere all'altro di fare qualcosa. Bagno LURIDISSIMO con peli nel bidet (quasi inutilizzabile perché incastrato tra la doccia e il muro con forse una decina di cm per parte liberi) ovviamente non nostri! set […] di asciugamani per 1 ma eravamo in 2 e comunque mancava quello da "ospite" che non viene dato in dotazione perché, a loro dire, si usa il telo della doccia (?!?!?) ma che schifo!!! Miscelatore del lavandino rotto a tal punto da rischiare di farsi male seriamente nel maneggiarlo. La doccia di misure lillipuzziane! il mio compagno non ha potuto lavarsi, e non solo perché rischiava di restarci incastrato, bensì perché nemmeno è riuscito ad entrarci! ok, è di una stazza un po' oltre misura però lo si evince chiaramente al primo sguardo e lo avevano visto BENE prima che ci assegnassero la stanza, quindi potevano darci una sistemazione più adeguata. Il ristorante offre un menu esiguo e immangiabile e per quello che offre (POCHISSIMO) il prezzo è da sanguisughe! Abbiamo pagato decisamente troppo per un primo, un secondo, (FREDDO) e 4 contorni (freddi anche quelli), di cui 2 quasi certamente andati a male visto quanto facevano schifo! Eigentlich hatte das am Anfang nach einem ruhigen Hotel ausgesehen. An beiden Abenden kamen jeweils vor allem Jugendliche auf Reisen in Cars zur Kurzübernachtung vorbei. Das bedeutet, dass es am Morgen beim Frühstück sehr viele Leute hat und auch recht laut ist. Unser Pech, dass am Samstagabend ausgerechnet auf unserem Flur gegenüber Jugendliche so […] zwischen 16-18 Jahren einquartiert waren und deren einzige Absicht war, möglichst lange irgend einen Abschluss zu feiern. Da die Schall-Isolation zwischen Zimmern und Flur sehr schwach ist, war an ein Einschlafen um 22.30 Uhr nicht zu denken. Trotz Aufforderung an die Jungen, leiser zu sein, feierten und sangen sie einfach weiter. Eine Reklamation bei der Reception brachte eine schwache Verbesserung, aber das ständige Hin- und Her auf dem Flur mit Türklopfen, Zimmeröffnen etc. war äusserst nervig. So gegen 01.00 Uhr kam dann ein Hotelverantwortlicher vorbei und nahm die Gruppe dann auseinander, das natürlich unter einem entsprechenden Lärmpegel. So ab 01.30 Uhr konnte dann endlich geschlafen werden. Schade. Lisätietoja

Le spese sostenuta per una topaia del genere non sono concepibili neanche in perido di fiere. Qualcuno dovrebbe controllare e prendere provvedimenti!!! Che bella figura con tutti gli stranieri che arrivano in Italia per le fiere!!

Accueil un peu froid... La chambre ne correspondait pas à la réservation faite...,nous avions réservé et payé une chambre triple pour trois adultes . Nous n' avons eu qu' une chambre double avec un lit d'appoint plié,non préparé à l'arrivée! Dommage! car le site et la piscine sont agréables...

Eravamo nel hotel come famiglia e devo dire si vede che vengono tanti giovani. Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno dato una stanza nel settore C mi sembra ed era veramente uno schifo forse non per la pulizia ma messa male in generale tappezzeria strappata porta del bagno rotta ecc. Sono andata subito a chiedere un'altra stanza che poi ci hanno anche dato. […] Devo dire che quella era carina. Pero cosa succedeva se non ne avevano altre camere libere? Als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ist dieses Hotel ausreichend. Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch die tägliche Zimmerreinigung bis auf das Bad und die sichtbaren Bodenbereiche beschränkt. Trotz Reklamation wurden Fön und Abluftventilator im Bad nicht repariert. Einen Urlaub, in dem man viel aufs Hotel beschränkt ist, ist nicht zu empfehlen, lediglich der Gardasee […] lockte mich dorthin. Anderes war ausgebucht. Unmotivierte Damen am Check-in haben uns empfangen. Das zugeteilte Zimmer für 3 Personen war ca. 9m2 klein und mit einem Bett bestückt. Reklamation wurde lustlos und ohne Entschuldigung entgegengenommen. Zähneknirschend ein Zimmer für 3 Personen zugeteilt. Bettwäsche, Tücher etc. nur für 2 Personen. Man muss sich alles erkämpfen. Das Hotel hat definitiv […] seine besten Tage hinter sich. Renovation notwendig. Zimmer klein, ohne Luxus, auf pure Funktion reduziert. Zum schlafen reichts aber. Pool ist riesig. Aber auch hier wird nur das absolut Notwendigste zum Unterhalt der Anlage beigetragen. Vielleicht auch nicht mal ganz das. generelt var der gode forhold. Poolen var udmærket, trængte dog til en renovering. Restauranten var udemærket, dog burde de lave lidt om på buffeten fra dag til dag. Frokostbuffeten ved poolen var en katastrofe, da maden stod i 3 timer uden udskiftning med fluer hængende over sig. Der var fine morgenmadsforhold, dog ikke den english breakfast, som jeg […] havde håbet på. Værelserne var virkelig ringe. Samtlige låger og skuffer var itu, telefonens stik revet ud af vægen, så ingen telefon. ventilator på badeværelset larmede meget. Bruseniche var for lille. Ingen minibar, som der stod i papirene. ingen natlamper. I det hele taget under alt kritik. Eine grosse Anlage, welche deshalb auch laut sein kann. In den Zimmern ist es ab morgens 8.00 Uhr laut, weil die Zimmer nicht gut isoliert sind. Barbetrieb und Pool kommt eher wie ein Jugendhostel vor als ein 3 Sternhotel.

Hotellet har nog varit fint en gång i tiden men är nu i dåligt skick. Personalen på hotellet var mycket okunniga och kunde till en början inte äns hitta vårat rum. I övrigt var de inte otrevliga men inte heller det minsta serviceminded. Till sin fördel så ligger hotellet avskilt med fin natur och priset var ok.

Hotellets beliggenhed er rigtig fin, men værelsernes indhold og standard er yderst puritansk, selv om der er sat nye lamper op og malet indenfor det sidste år, mangler toiletpapir på rullen da jeg ankom!! Har brugt hotellet flere gange ifm. messe i Verona.

Hotellet var helt ok for en overnatting ifm en transportetappe, men vil ikke anbefale det for flere netter. Maten var generelt dårlig, de hadde ikke pizzarestaurant selv om de reklamerte for det. Når vi kom sent på kvelden var det veldig varmt på rommet og airconditionet virket ikke. I resepsjonen fikk vi bare beskjed om at hotellsjefen hadde bestemt […] at airconditionet skulle skrues av, de verken kunne eller ville skru det på. Dårlig service. Lisätietoja

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, dass Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Der Pool enstprach unseren wünschen, könnte nur ein paar Grad wärmer sein. Das Zimmer war auch o.k., Leider nur ein deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm. Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, who are looking for real italy. most of the hotel guests are either italian or mostly itlaian speaker. the hotel is in a good condition and we (a family of 4) have really enjoyed the stay there. the hotel is only few miles away from lake garda and a lot of other attractions (movieland, safari etc.).

Das Mobiliar des Zimmers war völlig abgenützt und im 80-er Jahre Stil, Ecken fehlten und waren abgeschlagen, die sanitären Anlagen mit Schimmel usw. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass nicht mal ein Tisch oder Stuhl drin Platz fand. Wir gehen nicht mehr dorthin. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Meget dårlig velkomst i receptionen. Men resten af personalet var ok. Vi havde desværre et værelse med udsigt til en stor kompressor, samt konstant køkkenlarm. God swimmingpool, som også bruges af lokalbefolkningen i weekenderne, så der er der meget tæt belagt.

All'arrivo, personale della reception cortese, ci hanno dato una camera piano terra sporca, lenzuola strausate con buchi, bagno senza bidet, corridoio per arrivare in camera buio e maleodorante (edificio D). Abbiamo chiesto un'altra camera. Ci hanno dato una camera peggio della prima con luci che non si accendevano, pareti sporche con infiltrazioni, […] carta da parete staccata e di nuovo lenzuola strausate con buchi. Di nuovo un'altra camera (ci hanno messo un pò per trovarla) e la storia si ripete, mura sporche carta staccata dai pareti plafoniera rotta ecc. Tutto è stato verificato dal personale che si è scusato e giustificato che loro non erano a conoscenza delle condizioni delle camere. Avendo la struttura piena non potevano darci un'altra sistemazione quindi siamo andati per fortuna e abbiamo trovato un'altro albergo in vicinanza quattro stelle superior meritate che costava anche meno rispetto al centro turistico gardesano. Sono in attesa di veder restituiti i soldi pagati in anticipo con carta di credito tramite Hotels.com Lisätietoja

Hotellet ligger midt mellom Verona og Gardasjøen. Det er ingenting av interesse i gangavstand fra hotellet, og det er et must å ha leiebil for å komme seg rundt. Betjeningen og rengjøringspersonalet var ikke spesielt hyggelige og imøtekommende, og rommet kunne godt vært pusset opp. Frokosten var imidlertid bra, og bassenget helt ok. Vi hadde heller […] ingen problemer med bråk, og aircondition-anlegget virket fint. Så noen drømmeferie er det ikke å bo på dette hotellet. vi ankom til hotellet søndag eftermiddag og fik henvist en parkerinsplads langt væk for hele lokalområdet brugte poolområdet og sådan en 1000 mennesker fylder jo, men vi fik vores værelser det ene med udsigt over poolen med tilhørende larm, det andet med udsigt over parkeringspladsen lige ud for kølemakiner på række med tilhørende larm som vi så kunne […] nyde under hele opholdet. Hotel was bedoeld voor tussenstop. Kamers gedateerd, maar grootte (2 kamers voor ons gezin) was prima. Zwembad netjes; druk bezocht door Italiaanse gezinnen. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten in bar was te simpel en in restaurant was het uit de gaarkeuken. Helaas lag onze kamer boven de bar (en aan de kant van de drukke weg erlangs), waardoor […] we tot laat de discomuziek hoorden. A bit old and worn down hotel, but for one or two nights while driving throug it will be satisfying for most people. As a holiday resort I can not recommend it. Facilities are old and food and restaurant are too simple. For large groups of people, schools ect. travelling on a budget this will be perfect.

Rigtig dårlig service specielt i morgenmads restauranten. Mangel på mad, mangel på ren service mange beskitte borde. Absolut ingen nydelse. Generel ligegyldighed fra hele hotel personalet.

Fremragende pool, ganske glimrende værelser, rent og pænt overalt, morgenmad over italiensk gennemsnit. Kun 7 minutters kørsel til Lazise. Overraskende godt hotel til prisen. Alt i alt en god oplevelse

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La struttura è molto confortevole, le stanze molto curate e la colazione abbondante. Anche il posizionamento è strategico rispetto ai principali luoghi di interesse della zona. Assolutamente da consigliare

Très bon hôtel, très grand lit, balcon, piscine très agréable. Petit déjeuner moyen, les tables ne sont pas nettoyer au fur et à mesure que les gens partent et donc on mange sur des tables encore plein de miettes.
